For this rating I am going to split it up.First will be about the theater and facilities, Second will be about the play I got to see.Part one:On the parking lot, whoever said to pay for blacktop should be rewarded. Lot was well planned out and with two entrances you had several options to not get stuck. The building was very nice. My apologies, I didnt check the concessions or the bathroom to report on those. The seats were very nice and padded. Wasnt uncomfortable throughout the show. The lighting and the set were great.Part two: this is community theater?? We went to the matinee showing of the play In-laws, Outlaws, and Other People: That Should be Shot by Steve Franco. The actors (both male and female) were great. In the opening scene the father and daughter set the stage for the rest of the play and the rest of the cast truly live up to the expectations. I was able to identify myself as well as other family members as portrayed by the cast. Really worth the money spent when you realize that everyone involved are volunteers. Will for sure go back. Much happier spending my money here vs going to see a movie.

Jesus Christ SuperStar, Mud Creeks current play, was unbelievably fantastic. I was mesmerized. Id seen the play in another theater and was so bored... but not with Mud Creeks rendition They did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

I have been to more than my share of cramped, uncomfortable community theatre spaces, but this might be the most cramped and uncomfortable of the lot. The shows Ive seen here have ranged from I dont know how Im going to get through this terrible to pretty good. I would give 2.5 stars if I could, but Ive rounded up. I suspect the majority of folks going to shows here, like other community theatres, are there to support people who are in or worked on the play and thus dont really have any say in where they attend these shows, and I think its fair to say that the experience here reflects that.

Great local theater. This was our first time going and it did not disappoint. Everyone is genuine and nice, be it the people working or other audience members. Loved that the actors greet you as you leave the theater.

In operation since the 1950s, Mudcreek is not just a place to see fun and interesting local theatre productions, but more than that it is a community. Being a member of the Barn is being part of a family of people that share one thing in common; a love for the Arts, and a desire to work together to bring it to the masses. It doesnt matter what your day job is, or what you have going on in life, but once you clock out, if you enjoy theater and and like to share involvement in it then do consider becoming a member of the Barn. My wife and I moved to Fishers in 2012 and I think the barn has not only given us a reprieve from difficult times in life, but it has amplified the good ones as well. Its part of what we now call home. Kick back relax and watch a play or become a member. Either way you will find yourself being quite pleased with the return; A bias, but well earned 5 stars from me.

Enjoyed the rabbit hole production. Natural acting and creative setwork with lighting and drapework that helped tell the story.Inviting staff, comfortable seats, paved parking lot, and even nice bathrooms. Nice and toasty inside in the winter. A great neighborhood theater.
