Chill place. Quickly got me the juice I was looking for and at a good price. The guy was nice and made sure to ID me. I went in knowing exactly what I needed so there wasnt much conversation besides that. The inside was nice and looks like they have a really wide selection for juice and gear.

Went there today and bought a new valyrian v1 because nobody has coils for the v2 right now. The extra pyrex glass is NOT in the box. The extra coil that comes with the tank is NOT in the box. I thought i was just getting yet another tank so I could always find coils but no I was intead getting 30$ worth of tank and not the 20$ worth of stuff in the box.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Guided me through the process and gave great recommendations based on what I described. Highly recommend.

Stopped by here after work today based on the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased. The guy working was very friendly and helpful, he even turned the music down to be considerate, not that the music bothered me at all, but I definitely appreciate when people are considerate of their customers. Their rewards program is awesome! I got $5 off my next purchase (no minimum) just for stopping by and I only spent $20 this visit. Ill definitely be back. Cool people and a wide variety of mods and juice plus great deals. I wish I had a little more time to spend in there to discuss my next upgrade, but Ill save that for my next trip. Highly recommended!

When I walked in everybody was really friendly it was really homey in there shop I have been looking for a Vape for probably over a year and have never been able to find the right one I really don’t know very much about it but when I asked the owner about a certain model that would fit me he knew pretty much what I wanted immediately! The prices are great! You can pretty much find anything you want there I always had trouble finding the right juice to use because I’m really picky but he literally the first one he found I loved and have been using it ever since! I want to thank them because I think that this could probably more than likely Help me quit smoking!

Could be a lot better, cleaner, and better locations could def. Help, more knowledgeable staff as well......Trust Ive done reviews from here to LA so you know I do things and know what Im talking about. Step in there talking custom, mechs, or mooches battery charts and its a hollow breeze is what you get in return or looks of confusion. Yeah ask any of them to tell you ohms law without breaking out a phone to Google on lol.

Love the shop. They always make sure they help in whatever way I need. I only go here and have since I came in to check it out last June. Jermey already knows what juice I need and has it ready for me. They make sure to see what you like, let you sample what you let them know you like and are usually spot on when getting what you are looking for. I broke my tank yesterday and hit up there new spot on Washington Street and the owner made sure I was set. All around cool people who make you comfortable and dont try and over sell you like most vape shops. Highly recommend to all my friends or anyone I see vaping!

Excellent customer service️Great deals️Went in today 5/21/18 and they didnt have a 30 ml bottle of the juice I like with 6 mg nicotine so the gentleman working gave me a 60 ml bottle of it for 30% off with a free empty bottle to split it into 2 30 ml bottles plus 3 free packs of nicotine. This guy also was the one who sold me my first device almost 4 weeks ago and I havent smoked since. I come here for all my vaping items. Love Tillberrys️️️Will be back again.

The top came off my bottle and dumped my juice out after 2hrs of purchase, I called them for an exchange or maybe discounted bottle and the guy said not my problem and laugh. This is what I get for not ordering my e juice online. $30 down the drain. All these vapor shops are useless. UPDATE: The owner called me and offered to replace the bottle, I will not take him up on his offer because this is not the first time I have had a issue with this shop. I have tried 3 times to have them order a RDA for me with no luck. I appreciate him calling me tho... owell I have moved on along time ago and only went there because I was desperate. Not going back period

BUNK SMOK COILS!!! Dont buy from here. My husband bought two X6 coil for my Prince tank. First coil lasted 1 day and all my liquid poured out of my vape as soon as I filled the tank on day 2. So next coil was same as soon as I filled it the first time. Whole tank of liquid gone. Next day he stopped in Tillberrys on his way home from work and got a V12 mesh coil trying to help me out. Same thing as soon as I filled it up. I went in today and tried talking to someone about how many coils my husband bought and something was wrong. No one wanted to listen to my problems. Frustrated not having a vape almost all weekend and mooching off my hubs vape I got another x6. I put it in and my tank of liquid poured out the bottom. Googled and found out the coils are bunk cloned ones and not authentic. I knew they didnt feel right for some reason. I went to napetown vapor and put one of theres in and it worked right away no issues. You can see the minor differences of the coils when comparing. So now Im out 25 bucks and bottle of juice. Dont buy from here they are crooks. If they were open I would have went back up there. I will be calling the owner for resolution and will update review.

The first time I came into Tilberrys, I was welcomed immediately and didnt feel like I was just a nuisance interrupting their work like I have several other times at many vape shops around town. They are very attentive and quick to answer any questions and actually KNOW the products that go into their shop. Customer satisfaction is an obvious priority here with a great atmosphere to keep you wanting to come back. They truly care and show interest when someone is making strides to quit smoking and switch to vaping, rather than just how much money can we rack in. This is hands down the BEST vape shop in Indy. 12/10 truly recommend. :)

Small vape shop but the people are always friendly and provide a good atmosphere. I wish they would offer more dry herb options like the PAX.

Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with a mod bought from here, no fault of Tillsberry or the staff, but they solved it and made thr entire experience painless and possitive. Truely amazing staff, honestly one the best customer service experiences I have had in any store, let alone a vape shop. Next time I have a need for a new mod, this is my first stop.

About a smoking quantum from them and 3 days later it stops working and they refuse to do anything about it. It wasnt dropped or scratched,not a mark on it. I used to go there a lot but I never will again after that. They were very rude.
