I called looking for a specific brand of peppermint juice. They didn’t carry it. I asked if they carried any peppermint flavored juice and got put on hold. He came back on the phone and said “ we have some spearmint but it would take me forever to go thru the flavors to find peppermint”. Obviously was too lazy to gain a new customer. Guess I continue driving to Greenwood to 317 Vapors to do business. At least they want it.

I spent $300 on a vaporizer so they gave me $20 in rewards points. When I asked if I could immediately use those points on buying a jar, the manager got mad and called me “kinda cheap” as he walked away. I spent THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS in your store, but I’m “cheap” for wanting to use my reward points. Lmao. Okay.One of the friendly associates helped me out, but I won’t be back here again.

I have been coming to this location for about 6 months consistently and they have always been super polite and as speedy as possible .Had to come back today because a vape I purchased was malfunctioning, I know they do not do refunds and that’s understandable . I was fully prepared to shell out the extra cash on my habit .I talked to at least 4 folks and they all were very professional and down to earth. They helped me get a new vape and had me on my way .Keep up the great work guys I can’t thank u enough . I will continue to return and let everyone know how loyal u are .

One of Indys best head shops with massive inventory to select from. Few items a little pricy but overall on par with other stores prices, just with a better selection. (Update) The very arrogant and rude staff on last visit just cost them 3 stars from myself.

This place was so rude. I will never step foot in this store again. They claimed they were busy. There was 5 people behind the counter and maybe 3 customers . I waited while they played around. At this point no one waited on us so we left. I will not try this place out again.

BEWARE OF FAKE QUARTZ BANGERS. Ive been dealing with the Madison Ave location for about 4 years or so now... spending $50-100 easily every visit, every few months. I normally get a quartz banger or 2 when I stop in and some other fun things, but sadly, I will not be taking my money there any longer. Ive had nothing but issues out of their quartz bangers (Ive been through 7) ranging from not fitting properly on the rig (both over and undersized connections) to not having a smooth surface on the top (creating an inability to have a restricted airflow with a carb cap) to, more recently, being more carbon silicate and less quartz, if even quartz at all. They just decided to get a whole bunch of new styles of quartz bangers in a bunch of shapes, sizes, and thicknesses in the $15-30 range. I purchased two $25 bangers (14mm female 4mm nail thickness) and an extremely overpriced and under-worked $35 carb cap... and first off, neither banger would create an airtight seal on the rig. And after wiping them down and placing them on the rig and doing an initial 1 minute torch application... both bangers cracked at the base of the joint during the cooldown process... Quartz doesnt do that... even a glass nail shouldnt do that people!!! So here I am, $50 in the drain and never even got to use the product. Not the first time that Ive had a bad experience with nails there, so i figured i would go in and politely ask the manager if they, in good faith, would replace my nail, and I, also in good faith, would purchase another banger for full price. I was basically told that it wasnt their fault/problem and was offered a 25% discount off of a new nail. Im sorry but thats not proper customer appreciation. Ive spent $1,000+ at this store over the years and have returned in good faith more times than I can count after buying faulty products from them. Ive been using quartz bangers for years... Im not a noob and I really dont appreciate being treated like I dont know the difference between being sold a cheap knockoff and user error. I have a few friends that have also had problems with their glass and quartz pieces. Ill be taking my money somewhere else from now on and I highly suggest that if youre looking for quality items that you do the same.

Ive only been here a handful of times. yes upon going in, they quickly ask for ID. to the people complaining about it on here,,,try going to a dispensary in Colorado they do the same!. service was sub par at best, small tatted chick with know it all attitude explained things so quickly and as if I were 12, that I really had no idea what I was buying in the end.. upon going back for something to add.. she acted as if I were wasting her time.. maybe its just me.....but working in customer service for years I know that educating the customer is better than talking down to them.. it keeps them coming back for more.. I like the store and setup. prices are manageable. and the chick was even cute lol. just not the most polite.

Oh. My. Overwhelmed. ADHD!! So there are three sections to this place. They only card to go into the glass pipes section, its called liability and i understand. There is SOOOOOO much in the glass area and the staff is WONDERFUL. I mainly dealt with this cute redhead Ashley i think and she was very patient and very cool. I will definitely return, especially with their great prices and incredible selection.

Bought a vape there a few weeks back. it broke within 72 hrs. went back a few weeks later when my old one failed to. Let the girl behind the counter know i wanted something different, didnt want to wait on the warranty return and could use advise. She went into a speal about returning the old one. I explained I didnt want to wait or buy the same thing again. she talked right over the top of me to tell me how to return the other one to the manufacturer as if I hadnt told her twice that I wanted something else. Didnt even ask for a return. So I walked over to the manager and told her what i needed and started to tell her about her worker. She talked right over the top of me to tell me that I complain to much and that I should leave. I didnt even have to leave the intersection to find what I needed else where. the service here is usually bad but if you grin and bare it you can get what you need when everything else is closed. apparently not even smiling in their face while their rude works now. Other than high end work they ont have anything that cant be gotten in the area elsewhere, and the high end selection at the bus so much better. There just isnt a good reason to pass up the competition to get here.

Everyone is friendly they have convenient hours, and they have everything you could possibly want.

Spent 15 minutes here the other day waiting to be helped for body jewelry wich was fine because other customers were being helped. When it was finally my turn I asked if they had any acrylic retainers that would fit a septum. The girl I asked requested that the manager help to which he told her I dont think we have those and he sent another employee to tell us. After the third employee said that they didnt have them I asked about the one I could see on the shelf as it wasnt labeled what peircing it was for just that it was 5/16 16g and from what I could see would work. He said that he was litteraly just told they dont have them. I went to another store and bought the exact jewelry I was looking at and it worked perfectly. It was so disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience over some body jewelry when im a customer who has walked in and dropped multiple hundreds of dollars on overpriced glass. Your staff is rude, your prices are a joke and you will no longer have my business. If anyone needs a real head shop Dragon Smoke & Vape, Magic Bus, and Pimplights are all fantastic

Cheap glass, high prices. Each employee seems to be on a power trip!! Shop anywhere but here!!! Magic Bus in Broad Ripple or any place but this for any glass needs.

Just listened to the lady at the counter (mgr) berate a guy and tell him to leave for complaining. His complaint was that the brand they sold previously had broken on him and he wanted a recommendation for another, but that the other girl was more worried about getting him to return the old one to the manufacturer. He wasnt asking for a refund or anything just aid in finding quality in their wares. I think she said her name was cat. who knows? she said he was a regular and complains a lot, but that isnt what i saw. I would just go to one of the other two shops that are right there (head drs and Obadiahs i think). Bad service from people lacking knowledge. I wouldnt recommend them.

Vape mods/coils/tanks overpriced. Was treated like an incovenience when I walked in while a girl was going through a cabinent. Waited 15 minutes for a guy to talk to me witch no acknowledgement that I was even standing there. Walked out with nothing. Wont be returning.

Sold me a 100.00 threadless vape and told me their was a separate attachment for it that i could use for mutiple purposes. Go in two weeks later and they tell me they dont make anything like that for my vape. And guess what? No refunds or exchanges. Will never go here again.
