I came in looking around about to buy some lingerie for my girlfriend, and the employee that was in there had a bad attitude and in the middle of me trying to look at the lingerie was asked if “I was just looking around or am I going to buy something”. She had a huge attitude and it made me feel so uncomfortable.

I come in here and hope to see some lion, but this was simply not the case. Very disappoint with misleading store title name. All I can say is if you want to go somewhere with wild animal, you should not go in here. Wish this was not the situation experience I have, and most worst thing was underwear here was very expensive. For this, I take 3 star. Not a good place to buy a movie too. Bought Pirate of the Caribbean and was in for a shocked surprise. Lady at front was very nice with many tattoo. Still two star though.

Jae( I hope is spelled correctly), she was very helpful and courteous. She answered all my questions and gave helpful information on products. I will be a repeat customer.

My husband and I stopped in recently, the store itself was of a nice size, clean, and a large variety of items. the only thing that turned us sour from returning was male employee working the night we stopped in. Now I dont know if its the store policy or the employee himself, but when we were paying ( with our credit card ) he asked us for our pin #.We have never been asked for our personal pin number from a cashier and didnt feel this was right. We refused to give it to him and he did eventually give us the handheld so we could enter it ourselves..It just makes us wonder how many other people this has been asked of.

Terrible customer service experience. They avoid speaking to you at all costs. I was the only customer in the store and an employee walked past me twice without even a simple hello. When I asked a question I got a head nod instead of any verbal response. I just dont understand why people get jobs in a customer based environment who hate being friendly to people. Go work in a warehouse or be a truck driver. Geesh!

Found this place by accident actually. Nice selection, sales clerk was very nice. Was looking for directions to somewhere else, but bought a very nice pair of panties for a really good price since they were so helpful. Id recommend this place if youre looking for some nice sexy things.

Great shop, selection rivaled only by online stores. Fun, helpful staff. Prices are competitive for the industry. Lots of space & wide wheelchair friendly aisles.

Very bright and clean with friendly staff. No off odor as in every other adult store in Indy. HUGE selection of sexy wear and toys. Nice place !

Really Impressed with this store . We were able to take our time and shop. Without being rushed or feeling like we were being watched. If I needed help the young lady at the register was egar to help. A wide variety of items to select from made it an exciting experience . I would recommend giving them a try .UPDATEAfter visiting a 2nd time Im not sure if IlI return. The girl working Nov 7th (wed) was rude the entire time we were shopping. We were followed and several times caught her starring. She constantly sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes.

The dike that works there is very disrespectful and rude she asked me if I need help and just for me to ask her a question she gets smart while raising her voice at me Im not sure what she got going on in her personal life but she shouldnt be taking it out on innocent customers

Honestly I wish I could rate them zero stars. I came in today with my friend because I was looking for fish net stocking and I know these types of places have the best ones. When we walked in we were nonchalantly greeted by one of the 3 African American Female workers who seemed to be too busy at the register putting garments on hangers to even care that we came in. One girl did ask if we needed help and I told her what I was looking for but in that split 2nd I found them myself and started walking towards them. When she was halfway there to show me she stopped, realizing that I had found them myself, made a big huff, and slapped her leg. like I had just annoyed her for walking over to try to help me find the fishnets, when I never asked her to help me in the 1st place.After I picked my fishnets out my friend and I decided to walk around the store because I have never been in this location or in any Lions Dean at all. My friend and I were laughing and having a great time just looking around at all the fun items they had BUT WE WERE RUDELY interrupted by one of the 3 African African ladies that worked there.She RUDLEY asked us ARE YOU IN HERE TO BUY ANYTHING OR ARE YOU JUST IN HERE TO LAUGH AND TAKE PICTURES These are the exact rude words that came out of her mouth... I looked her in the eyes and showed her my fish nets. I told her I was getting them and she was looking still upset but then walked away.1st of all I didnt know it was a crime or against the rules to go inside of LIONS DEN and laugh and take a picture of a product I mightve bought in the future.All 3 of the African American ladies who work there, 1st off, all seemed to have negative energy and bad attitudes from the time we stepped in there. I didnt get any of their names but they all need to be FIRED ASAP. One day theyre going to get an attitude with the wrong person and they WILL regret it.If you want to go to this place just make sure you dont laugh or take any pictures because they will get a whole attitude and probably trying to call the police and kick you out.As a matter of fact just dont even go inside because theyll have an attitude as soon as you step foot in the door.
