I was sold the wrong item, because they didnt know what the item was that I was talking about. Asked for Pole Grip, sold me something for sweaty hands instead. When I told them they didnt sell me Pole grip... Their response was, I Dont Know What Pole Grip Is...REALLY!? then was told to call the manufacturer of the product. Once its out the store basically its a LOST..

Went there today just to browse and put in an application.. left with a few items that I can’t wait to try! The manager of the store was amazing .. very friendly straight forward.. knew EVERY product ! Answered every question I asked ... made suggestions .. I was very pleased with my service . Store was amazing .. clean .. smelled great .. I will definitely be a regular at this location . I am impressed . Highly recommended

These ratings need to be updated. We just visited this place yesterday and it was great. Asked manager why they had bad ratings because I didn’t understand it. Clean, great selection, outstanding service, good prices, nearly daily discounts, nothing but 5*+ overall. My girl and I had a blast checking everything out.

Friendly staff. If you tell them youre just looking they will leave you alone and check on you later I think thats great because I hate pushy sales people who hover over you. The products are very nicely displayed, with several display models out. There are so very many different products! I was very comfortable shopping here and impressed with the selection!

Martin/marvin or the night closing guy was very very nice, he was patient and listened to anything i had to say or ask. he directed me to some very nice options and even help me find some things that weren’t so pricy! i would say there’s definitely a low to high price tag on any kind of product! the store is extremely neat, and i’ll be making this a regular store for me now :)

Wanted to get a teddy for my special friend. No such luck. Had to make do with a your junk in my trunk elephant g-string.

I came in recently and the manager girl with really long and down her back. Hair is red or light brown, was sitting in the back doing her hair and makeup while the other employee had a store full of customer and doing all the work Im a regular customer and every time I go in the black is doing all the work and she is very sweet other girl with the long her has a nasty attitude every time I go in there. Want be going back cause her. Think her name is Jessica. The nice one name I think starts with a T. I like her very sweet girl hard worker and always cleaning when I go in everyone else there does nothing. Never seen a manger do her hair and makeup at work. Thought you supposed to do that at home. The food tastes very poor.

Walked in and got asked to leave so that employee could take care of personal issues

Got charged double on a $9 6 pack of aaa batteries. And staff didnt know how to ring up sale items. Im no longer a customer!!
