This is a wonderful place for kids, its so much fun, there are tons of games and rides that suits kids for all ages. They have dedicated staff in all areas. Delicious foods. We went there with the intention to stay for an hour only but we ended up spending 3 hours. We all loved it, especially the kids. Its a really good place to blast off your kids energy. Will definitely come back soon.

I havent been here since I was a kid but remembering how much fun it was back then I highly recommend going there for some laser tag some pizza and some video games anytime.

We have come to blast off a handful of times and every experience has been good! The owners are sweet and care about the well-being of staff. It’s clean. I love they have customers wash their hands before entering. The price is awesome for what you get as well! We would recommend this place!

Took my 9 year old child and a friend for some fun one Saturday morning. They had a blast. The facility was very clean. All the arcade games were working. The play area with climbing areas slides and ball pits was large and fun. The rock climbing wall was a hit for 2 9 year olds. They really enjoyed using the laser tag area and mini golf as well. Employees were very nice and helpful as we shifted from activity to activity. We will be back

My 5 year old loves laser tag! Blast off is a fun place to go! We always get the date night package. The prices are reasonable and the staff are awesome, they have so much fun and patience with my son.

The front counter people were good. The guy running the ticket/ prize counter was so rude. Slamming doors, not letting people spend all their tickets but ripping up the receipt, and it takes him 10 minutes to make 3 sodas. Parents are stressed, kids are everywhere, and the punk in the back made it that much easier on the kids.

The owner is great! I love how well they try to keep things clean. It’s fun for my 2 yr old. Its a great place that sadly people try to take advantage of bringing in their own food to disrespect the owner on purpose. Listen to their rules plz!

Excelent place to do like the name suggests, BLAST OFF some energy, even more during winter times when its freezing cold outside. The place was absolutely clean, and spacious, and the service was very good. The prices are very reasonable, since adults dont pay and the kids can stay playing for as long as they want. The guys at the front desk were very helpful at answering my questions, and very friendly as well. We all loved it, especially my kids. We went there thinking we were going to stay for one hour or two at most before the kids would finally get bored as usual, but we ended up staying for almost 4. My kids couldnt get enough of it. They loved everything especially the ball pits, and were asking for us to come back even before we left through the door. We are definitely coming back.

There is a lot of varied activities here, from laser tag to arcade style games. They have specials here to make it more affordable, but the prices are reasonable anyways. A great way to spend several hours with the kids and really wear them out.

I think this was one of the cleanest kid play places Ive ever been. Its an older building but the owners do a great job at keeping it clean and organized. My kids had a blast. Great prices. Im from out of town and Id never be able to play for this price for even an hour and you get two here.

We went here for a birthday party and the older man with hair in ponytail wouldn’t let my sister take my 2 year old into the bigger toys since I was having some personal problems and could chase her around, and my husband wasn’t there to help. He said strictly only mom or dad could go with her. Not her 24 year old aunt. He said it very rudely as well. Was not happy with this, and probably will not be back because of this. That is not good customer service at all.

My kids loved playing at Blast Off! I loved it because its easy to keep an eye on my kids when its busy and it was very clean in the play areas.

I have been taking my kids to blast off for years, and they usually have a good time. The owners have been a little gruff on different occasions, but I think the prices are not bad. The reason for the one star rating, is that when me and my sister-in-law brought our kids in last time, her oldest was sitting out due to his poor behavior throughout the day. The owner told her that she would have to pay for him because they dont want kids to have to sit out and watch their siblings play. I can understand their desire for everyone to have fun, but that is not his responsibility. He even mentioned that if kids misbehave while theyre playing they will discipline them, but again that is not their responsibility. My oldest son was sitting out due to a hurt foot and he did not charge me for him. When I calmly tried to talk to the owner about this issue, he became very rude pretty quickly and refused to recognize that they do not have any right or responsibility to discipline somebody elses child. Due to this and are there instances where the owners have been pretty rough and rude, I do not believe we will be coming back.Response to your response:This goes to show you that you guys really only see what you want to see and place blame on others. I did not call. I took my children in and talked to the owner in person. I DID NOT use any profanity what so ever. I was actually pretty respectful. The owner was the one who got rude pretty quickly and very sarcastically told me to go ahead and buy this business and change what I wanted.

Took grandkids to play and have a new 1 year old which they charged the same price even though he just started walking. Lady at desk wasn’t courteous and was actually o bit on the short side with us when we questioned it.The owners walked around barking at people to not do this and don’t do that.We understand they need rules but can be enforced in a more respected manner after all we paid quite a bit to get in.I will not ever go back because I don’t need to pay to be treated that way!Owners need to get some manners!!

My family had a great experience. Friendly staff and great management. My daughter loves the kids play area. There is tons to do for the little ones. Even a little area for kids under 7 that has things for all kids in that age range including dress up. We will defiantly be going again soon.

Fun place for taking younglings. Prices are reasonable for the options they have. Could be cleaner. We played laser tag, equipment worked great and the playing floor was fun with plenty of places to shoot from.

We had a great time tonight! We called last minute to set up a birthday party for our daughter and grandson and Rob and his team jumped to make it all work wonderfully! The kids had a blast and we loved that there was something for everyone to have a great time. The babies played in the wonderland play area, the other kids ran themselves ragged in the bigger play area and then had too much fun getting tickets with the teenagers in the arcade. The adults had fun visiting and challenging each other to a game of miniature golf. Thank you Rob and team for helping us celebrate the kids birthdays with as little stress as possible. We definitely recommend blastoff to everyone!

Ive been here a couple of times with my little cousins and the last few times have been a bit unfavorable. The manager was quite rude and seemed to be annoyed that I asked for quarters from a dollar. 2/10 I prefer Leo place. Also one time I saw a Chihuahua in the bathroom all by itself, idk what was up with that.

Thoroughly enjoy taking my family here. My kids love it, and my wife and I like the arcade.

So much fun.As I grew older, I enjoyed playing laser tag and bringing my nieces and nephews to play the arcade games. Really is such a fun a place. Glad IF has something like this.

Went here for my 2 year olds birthday. The smell when you walk it kinda hits you... but he and my 4 year old had an amazing time! We went during a weekday and basically had the place to ourselves for the first 30 minutes! Prices were great! Loved that adults were free to play with kids at no cost! Had a great time!

Great place for kids parties. Ive had my own kids parties here several times. Huge play area. They also have mini golf, an arcade, laser tag, and a rock climbing wall. Tons for kids of multiple ages to do. I highly recommend this place.

The play place is fun, but a bit pricey especially since they dont want you bringing in your own food. If you could pack a lunch and let the kids really play long I see the price being more worth it. Also a large problem is that there is a hidden gate in the back that the kids can escape from. You think theres one exit and then you realize they can get out and head for the arcade. That needs to be blocked off. Its unsafe.The arcade was a joke, not many games and the management was horrible. No customer service. A machine stole some of our coins and they wouldnt give us them back. Then when we took the kids to get their prizes, one of our children was 5 tickets off and they wouldnt budge. If we had the coins that were taken he wouldve had more than the 5 needed tickets he needed. It was horrible customer service! Leos place arcade is hands down better! You get more games, more rides for little kids, more tokens for your money, way better customer service, and the games take less tokens. They will definitely get our arcade business over blast off. If I were this company I would immediately look into getting my management up to par.

So fun for the kids and the staff was awesome. The family fun pack is so worth it if you have 4 kids who want to play. The arcade games need upgraded but laser tag and rock climbing are a blast.

My son has a ton of fun here. It is very large and he could spend hours there playing. I wish the toddler area would be updated with more toys and wonder is they accept donations and the management could be more friendly but, the prices are great and it is a great place for a birthday party. I had my own 3 year birthday party there and now I take my 3 year old. All in all Blast Off deserves a great review because it is a great part of our community and wouldnt want it to go anywhere!

We really like how clean this place is. Could use a few more arcade games as there are only a handfull, but the rock wall was great for my kids. Lazer tag room was quite large and they have nice equipment for it. We did not try the mini golf. The games that pay out tickets for prizes pay out well and the prizes are decently priced also. We will definitely go back for another inexpensive afternoon of fun.

Went here on a whim while visiting for a wedding with 7 guys. From the front it looks like its only for little kids and they wouldnt even get out of the car. I scouted it out then we played phaser tag (basically paintball with rubber glowing balls). Those balls shoot so hard and we had a blast and ended up doing 2 rounds!! It was definitely the highlight of our trip and we laughed forever at all the bruises we had, I would definitely recommend it to beat up on your buddies

I went here for a birthday a few years ago. Maybe 8 or so years ago. Anyways. The pizza wasnt up to expectation and the place felt like it was dying. The next time we went there we were the only ones there. Same feeling of course. Dying store and nothing much had changed

Had a birthday party for our 5 year old here, and ended up spending over $200 more than we had planned (the base cost of the party was $125). They order pizza from dominoes and charge 4 dollars extra per pizza. They even charged us for plastic forks. The service was on the lower side of adequate. The only positive was that the kids seemed to have fun, we just had to pay a ton to make that happen. If you are looking to have a birthday party, go to Leos instead.They are much better if you are just looking for a fun afternoon. I have enjoyed bringing my kids here in the past, but the birthday party left me with a fairly sour taste in my mouth. I doubt we will return.

We were their just a week ago on vacation and as soon as we walked in there was a lot of foul language. Yes we were a costumer. For a family fun place you would not expect to hear that language as soon as you walk in the door.

This place is awesome! The service I received was very professional and friendly. I’ve been here many times with scouts, family, and friends and it’s never been a disappointment. The owner was super easy to talk to and is very appreciative of our business. LAZER tag was a huge hit with my scout troop. Definitely a fun activity on a winter night. Will be going back.

The kids loved it and so far no one has the flu so they must work pretty hard to keep it clean. They make you take your kids to the toilet before playing. I appreciate knowing my kids wont be playing in another kids urine. The bday packages are reasonably priced and,again, the kids loved it.

This is my favorite place to play laser tag in Idaho Falls. It combines close quarters with some fairly long range combat. So what ever your play style is, you can get a decent experience from here. My only gripe is they could stand to do a little updating in some spots but, it isnt necessary. Everything else is great. I have taken my nephew here and had more fun than him crawling through the tunnels after him. Throwing balls through the tunnels and putting them back. There is no shortage of ball pits here. Mini golf is decent here as well. Everything is neon red and green, it is psychedelic. There is also phaser tag. Dress appropriately for rubber bullets being shot at you.

I would say blast off is great for younger kids. They have a VERY large play place area with several ball pits. They have a toddlers area with a small playground and toys and costumes to play dress-up. My 3 year old and 1 year old loved it.For older kids(teenagers) there isnt much beside mini golf. There are a some arcade games-most of them pretty dated.I would also say the place was is very clean. I noticed the other reviewers complaining about it, but I saw no indication that it wasnt keep clean. Its tough to know how clean the ball pits are, but the carpet and play surfaces all looked very clean. The staff seemed to try to keep things clean if they werent helping customers.Overall I would say for the right age its great. Its not really meant for teenagers and above.

EDIT:The party wasnt under my name. I was there for my nieces birthday party. P.s the management cant handle constructive criticism. I would give them a one if my niece and her friends didnt enjoy.Outrageously over priced for what you get they charged us like 30¢ for extra plates. We were charged for a pitcher of WATER. We bought a party plan which was ridiculous we got two tables and just enough plates for pizza plus the pizza which I understand isnt cheap. Which you have to get through them. They older woman working was very rude to everyone in our group. The younger girl was nice. They yelled at one of my cousins toddler aged child because he ran to show his pregnant mom his little dress up thing. The arcade is definitely boring but it all worked. I would not recommend this place for birthday parties. But if youre just taking one or two children, the play prices are decent. They keep the place clean & have a toy for smaller children.

As a business owner myself my response to the criticism: go start your own business, invest a massive financial risk, put in the time to make it successful, set the rules, set your prices for market research, and stick to it. OR bend over backwards for every complaining person who wants something for nothing. See how far your business goes with that approach. You’ll stressed out, walked all over, and out of business in no time. Most businesses aren’t catering to people who are broke...those are called nonprofit organizations or welfare services.There’s always Walmart for supplies, local parks with playground, and Little Ceasars $5 pizzas.

Its a playground not a palace. Old dude there is beyond rude. My daughter knows when she needs to use the bathroom, dont force your customers to use the restroom and learn some people skills. Leos place is much better. Edit: been here multiple times in the last yearand never once was forced to go to the bathroom and in all honesty its really not that clean.Probably just a ploy to make your kids walk past all the other stuff there since the bathrooms are in the very back, more money right?

Blastoff is ok, I remember it back in its hay day and it seems kinda lacking compared to places like outer limits. Especially since they are more expensive. I dont think I would ever pay to be here.
