Lovely walkway and trail! City takes great care of it so do the folks using it. Safe well managed area.

There was a lot of cool wildlife to look at, including all types of fish, deer, beavers, muscrats, giant turtles, and small birds. The trail is very long and smooth for biking. Although the trail itself is very thin

Such a nice bike and walking trail. Not too crowded, but enough families around that anyone should feel safe during daylight hours. Very clean, grass is well kept. Some shade, only hot during the worst summer days. Just a perfect place.

Very nice greenway for biking or just taking a walk. Ends in Ditto landing where you can stop and see a beautiful sunset.

The Greenway is a safe and beautiful area to run/walk or bike with many miles available. I like to bike it to Ditto Landing and enjoy the scenic river. I walk my dog each morning and never tire of its splendor.

Great place to run! Can go 11 miles if you go all the way to Ditto Landing. Couple bathrooms along the way and generally little traffic to contend with.

Several stretches each with their own flavor. Most run along the creek from North of Weatherly all the way to Ditto Landing. Excellent place to bike as it would be a very long walk to see it all

I have seen a Bald Eagle flying low along the path. Hawks, cows, cranes, mink,fox,deer,beaver,bunnies and coyotes may cross your path. Midway, a spring feed stream crosses the path providing a cold year round supply of water for the dogs. Great place to get a little exercise.

Spectacular trail for walking, running or biking! This is a gem, and getting more and more rare around the US.Wide asphalt trail, marked well most of the time. Very polite users!The is no parking at the start point of this trail off Bailey Cove Rd. But if you continue to drive south, make a right in Mountain Gap Rd and you will find a parking area past Publix.The Train crossing is at the Google maps place # 866MHCPW+7PGreat place to go with family, couple or alone. You will find plenty of good areas for meditation.Enjoy!

Perfect place to go for a walk, jog, run, bike, etc. The path is always clean. If you bring your dog make sure it stays on a leash.

Probably hard to find a better place to walk or bike ride in south Huntsville than Aldridge Creek Greenway. People are friendly, nice clean flat concrete trail, and enjoyable view of the creek. Multiple access locations and even a couple restrooms available along the trail. Most of the trail is quite due to having a nice buffer zone to heavier traffic.

Great time for urself area

My son and I love riding the greenway. We start next to Publix and ride to Southside Park to play a while. Everyone else on the greenway has always been friendly and polite, weve never had an issue or felt unsafe. I always enjoy seeing the turtles, geese, rabbits, squirrels and groundhogs!!! The greenway also always seems to be well maintained.

I love that it is a little more tucked away than other parks.

Spend a lot of time here with the kids, nice getaway in the city close to my house. A couple of parks along the way to stop at for disc golf, or letting your dog loose, access to Publix and gets you down to ditto landing and the Tennessee river.

I love running on this trail. Its pretty much as flat as you can get and its quite pretty, especially in the spring and fall. Just be careful if you go out after a long period of heavy rain, the water level can rise above the sidewalk in a few places where the trail goes under a road bridge. Its easy enough to get around though and the water level will go down within a day.

This is a great place to jog, run, and cycle. Or if you would just like to go take a leisurely walk this is a great place also. Ive seen people fishing out of the creek. Youre so shallow you can see fish from the side. But all in all this is a great place to just come and spend some time in nature.

Excellent dedicated track to pedestrians - walkers, joggers, cyclists. All pets are required to be on a leash. Lots of access points from subdivisions and parks. Theres also a dog park along the greenway south of Mountain Gap Rd.

The best place to run in Huntsville

Nice houses, looks like the folks care about their property. The woodlands & surrounding areas are great for walking. Schools are outstanding, various schools,both church based & municipal.

I love walking this greenway it has convenient entry and exits throughout southeast huntsville. Theres also a bench and picnic table just south of Mtn Gap road.

Amazing place to fish for bass for beginners

Great place to run, but if you decide to run in the evening be wary of the gnats. They dont swarm you, but they pop up in clouds so make sure you are paying attention or you might end up swallowing a gnat. The trees offer good shade and a small creek runs along side the greenway.

It is such a beautiful trail for walking or biking. Its nice that you can take a quiet, peaceful walk through nature even though its in the city.

Its a great Greenway. They are slowly adding on to it in order to create a green and beautiful multi use path around Huntsville. Its great running and cycling on it because I hate having to take too many turns and doubling back but my mileage. Im also able to avoid more traffic by using the Greenway. I docked it one star because during peak hours you will run into a lot of people that dont have proper etiquette. They either let their dogs stretch a 15ft leash all over, or people will spread out making it difficult to get around if you are cycling or just trying to run with your own well trained dog. Greenway is awesome. People suck

Best parking is at Mtn. Gap (near Publix) or in Ditto Landing. Green way is a combination of sunny and shady. Mostly runs between creek and various sub-divisions, with a stretch between Green Cove Rd. and Hobbs Island Rd. running thru farmland. Good for walking, running, and biking.
