Besides the landlord being a creep and asking for something to make him wait when late on payments. There is also streetwalkers he lets stay here for free, and also he tries to trespass literally everyone. Also when given a place here he said everything was new the dishwasher didnt work neither did the smoke detector well the only one that was in the house the roof is leaking heavily theres several spot where mold is covered up in paint on the ceiling half the sockets dont work the a/c messes up no fans in the bathroom you name it all even bugs.DONT MOVE IN HERE.

All i can say is slumlord trash everywhere mice and Roches everywhere no security people getting killed robbed and shot he dont fix anything and will try to illagally evict you he wont fix anything crime rate is high trailers are run down and broken theres a 12 yr old or younger driving a car through here peoples doodoors get kicked in its just a hot mess here

Lived here for a year. The place was a nightmare. Trash was always overrun at the dumpsters. Old mattresses n other junkie furniture were there, along the curbs, end of ppls driveways,etc. Loud music all hours of the day and night. No respect for neighbors trying to sleep or kids being homeschooled. Jamie, a maintenance man who lives in lot #8, always had old junkie cars, junkie yard, hoarder,etc. Highly recommend living in a better mobile home park elsewhere in Huntsville.

Its home . My girls love it . Landlord is like a grandfather to my youngest he makes me feel secure. If we talk of moving I always look for houses but never wanna leave .

Please note: This review is based upon what was seen 28 July 2018.A: The road is rough and no indication for the speed bumps. If you were not paying attention,you could ruin your underside of your vehicle.B: The majority of all the homes were worse for wear. Siding and roofs were broken and missing chunks.C: Garbage almost everywhere. There were some homes that definitely made some efforts to keep their place clean. However,there were more that did not.D: There was a CHILD driving a gray Acura around the mobile park. Brown hair, sunglasses, approximately 12 years old,alone. Im not one to have too big a fuss,but this worried me due to its location, lack of supervision. Et al... He ran the stop sign while we were making a legal u-turn and passed us in the middle of us trying to finish turning around. So yes,this lack of regard also concerned me as this was a vehicle that originated from one of the homes upon first drive through. (Was here to verify information for Google and to find missing information from someone elses edits)

Maintenance men are good nice men that do everything they can.

Im going to edit this review because my roof has been leaking EPICLY since ive gotten here,causing my whole rental to smell horrible and cause everyone here to feel Ill and sick. Nasty stagnant water has leaked onto all my clothing and belongings and when I informed the manager,he sent maintenance out and actually made it WORSE! I tried to inform maintenance again and they told me they dont do repairs or anything else unless the boss tells them to do so. Unbelievable.

You gettn stole from, talked behind ya back, then take that knife & stab ya in the back!! Thats FO/SHO.....Then the owner that u worked for rite at 6 months, gonna try & tell me I need to come back after working hrs... What tha......%&$#!!!!! My roof was leaking very slightly, the maintenance crew repairedit by removing the old central AC and covering the space left. The next night it rained and water POURED through my ceiling! I even slipped once before I went into bucket and towel alert. I hit my back against the faulty bench that was also supposed to be repaired so hard I passed blood through the ur*****a.
