I think its pretty good cause my girlfriend lives there

Our experience living here has been a nightmare. For starters we ended up with 2 landladies and signed 2 different leases. One for the mobile home, and one for the lot. Within 3 months of living there one of our landladies asked our 19 year old son for sperm to make a baby, literally 4 minutes after declining to donate to them through text message, she texts me and says Sharon in the office needed me purchase $50 per month pet insurance through the trailer park and pay her husband an insane amount of money for mowing grass in the yard that doesnt exist. The yard is a mud pit. I found out they are good friends so Ive obtained a lawyer. Sharon is disrespectful, degrades her tenants by talking down to them as if shes better than them and always has an attitude. Im almost 40 and have been renting since I was old enough and never have I ever been so disrespected and treated with such hatefulness. Repairs were never made. We have a hole rotted on the bottom of the door my German shepherd can stick his head through so weve had to block off that door and use the back door unfortunately. Its a mess. I cannot wait to move.

I have a friend from work who lives there. Very run down. Doesnt look like management takes care of it either. Would Not recommend. They need updates.

I wish I could give 0 stars because the manager Sharon is a nightmare. I was faced with a personal emergency and Sharon did not care at all.Do not live here ! You will regret it.

Peaceful neighborhood. I wouldnt mind if I lived there. People seem to mind their own business.

Very quiet. Not many people follow the speed limit and there are children but other than that its nice.

Wow... that was a lot of roaches... anything remotely close to lot 51 is probably pretty infested. You can even see them crawling from unit to unit during broad daylight.

Stew pot of trouble

Its a good place to live. Quiet.. Not much for the kids to do thow,got to be very careful when pulling in the trailer park lots of little kids playing in the street or laying on the paithment. There is no storm shelter neither. Most neighbors keep the lawns clean and pick up their leaves on a daily basis. They come once a month to fumigate outdoors,and thats great. There is a littleKiddy park for the little ones. POPULATION here is 60%Mexican. 40% white.3% mix..3% Puertorican. 3% Afroamerican. 1% other.. There is a curfew for the kids,and they are supposed to be accompanied by parents after hours. You arent supposed to walk threw peoples yards. Also you cannot put up small pools nor trampolines here in the summer. We now have two internet companys,Wow,and Google fiber. All and all its a nice place to live schools are close,Wal-Mart is a mile away. Some food restaurants also.

I recommend you get cameras around your house. Just saying.

Some pissy people stole my dog and took him to the dog park and left him there. Telling people they saw us abandoning him fine if you dont like us but to do something like that and the manager helps and condones it. When its her friends doing it. UN kind of the people UN professional of the manager this trailer park truly holds some trash act tenants.Unbelieve-able.
