Small clean. Has swings and play area. It also has a baseball field. Well maintained. Its on a busy street, Magnolia, which makes close supervision of children a must.

I bring my son here nice little park he loves it, has baseball fields where there are games on the weekends I belive, I like to fly by drone here nice and open area too.
