Well where should I start off!? sadly this community has gone down the drain. there is no communication with the front office staff whatsoever! they are quick to send you a notice when there is something they dislike but if you try reaching out to them for any reason good luck because chances are youll come to a dead end.the gate has been broken for more than a month now and has not been fixed! we have had robberies here from time to time where they break in or steal from more than one mobile home and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GETS DONE! You would think and what I assumed was a decent gated community (at one point) would care just a tiny bit for their tenants safety and send out an alert notice/slip to their tenants alerting them to be aware you know like how they do when your rent is late and theyre wanting to collect it asap. exactly paper slips like that but nope! for this reason a lot of tenants have installed their own cameras.Also, let me not forget to mention all the STRAY CATS wandering around the community!! it has gotten way out of hand. theres dogs loose as well but if you ever want to adopt a stray cat, you will definitely find and see all kinds here its ridiculous!! the management wants us all to have our trash cans with lids but with all these stray cats, its impossible. they end up in our trash one way or another.BOTTOM LINE I highly recommend you to NOT take this place into consideration when in search for a new home. I could go on and on about this place but Id be publishing a book!

New management very unprofessional and apperantly does not do her research on tenants lease before she starts harassing. Sends me pictures without professionally stating who she is. I cant wait to finish my lease on the lot (because Im only renting the lot). So if your looking to rent here DONT, your vehicle gets towed, kids from the apartments will come and play with your stuff and damage your property because management cant fix the gate. Oh and unless you like hearing guns go off at night when people have parties then by all means enjoy the noise.

Excellent site for living

Very calm Trailer park. Kids play freely. Nobody messes with anybody. You can have personal items outside and nobody steals which is a big plus! Girls in office always on top of everything! Very helpful! In time of a situation its taken care of real quick! Thank you!

Very nice neighborhood very calm and safe for kids but theres a problem with visitors parking being full up front and not enough space in the back area of the neighborhood also towing in the middle of the night my boyfriend cant even visit with our daughter due to the parking and towing if they could add more visitors parking back here or lighten up on the dead end streets with towing that would be great

At the entrance there was cars parked but I couldnt park for an hour without being towed. Doesnt make sense!

Very peaceful community. Affordable rates. No flooding in this neighborhood. But there is a problem with ants because of the neighborhood being new. But it can be controlled.

This is a very nice place its really calm till now I havent had any problems with no animals or people here, the management is very nice great place to live...My kids are safe while playing outside

We had a horrible experience with one of the managers there treated us like theifs. Never going back to any of these communities ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Lived here for four months, when I moved in my back door was swung open I couldnt even move in that day bc the maintenance guy had a family emergency and wasnt even on site (it was 2pm) the trailer stunk of cat, which Im preety sure animals were in and out bc of that door being wide open. There were missing door knobs and mirrors. they never answer the phones ! The neighbor two days after I am moved in says be careful for rats she claimed to have see two in her house, she called the front and they wouldnt do anything about it she had to call pest control out of her pocket! When I called the front they said it is bc we are close to the bayou and with all this rain I was shocked and disgusted!!!This place is nasty

Good neighborhood but lacks of entertainment for kids. Ridiculous how we are prohibited from having pools with this heat.

It is very tranquil and clean

I was here going to pick up my wife and kids from a family members (Friday night around 10pm) house and I went inside to use the bathroom, was there a total of 10 minutes and when we came out my vehicle was gone. Apparently they felt the need to call a wrecking company to tow my vehicle for those 10 minutes. I dont understand how that is fair or just and Im now out $200 dollars. Thank you Juana Gutierrez and Benny and sons towing company for screwing over people.
