I feel like its nice and clean plus the drug dealers keep a low profile. You feel safe taking friends there

Ive been here for a week and a half now. And people are really friendly around here. I recommend Meadowbrook, good place to raise a family.

I have lived here 3 years and since they changed manager it has been way better. I like the people in the office they are both so very helpful to me and my family. Very peaceful community to live in.

I had a Spanish speaking friend call in and they told her what they had available but everytime I call we have nothing available, Call next month.

Absolute worst place to live, because the people at the front office cant post a payment to the correct account. Always pay my lot on time and somehow still keep getting txt of late payments. Reaching corporate is no help either. Wished I chose a better place to live at before coming here.

The people in the office are never helpful and hard to get in touch with.

Management are easy to sent out a notice to clean the outside of your house but won’t take the time to notified the community when a body has been found within the communityWhere is our safety here#poormanagement my family don’t feel safe here anymore.

I visited Meadowbrook trailer park quite a few times seems to be pretty well managed I drove a school bus and to that subdivision kids a little Rowdy and disrespectful how to post that but its true

Very bad service I lived there before and 3 months ago im asked for the deposit we paid for the lot, the manager is never there and the assistant never knows anything. Im still waiting for an answer.

Nice and clean complex. Mánager is corteous, helpful and profesional. Updates to the pool are awesome. Keep going!

Is a nice place except they remove to many of the atop sings people always speeding is not safe for kids

I have been living here for about 2 years and it has been very calm. Ms. Dana has been immensely nice to my family, me and every I see her talk to here in the community. she helped us out with getting our new home here and we have finished paying it off real soon. I recommend this community to anyone who wants to live in a family oriented community.

I am really anoying that the manager Delfina Mena what us to pay the rent as the date and every time we go they never there ! Or they said they will back on the time the say they are and they DONT ! Now is been a week the trash has NOT pass ! Now our neighborhood looks bad with all the trash everywhere ! But yeah she always wants to charge us for anything ! Hopefully the owner sees this becuase trust me i am not the only person whos has the same problem .

Well I just moved here about a year ago but also have family members that have been living here for about 5 years so far I have been very happy with the management (DANA) every time I have a problem or question always finds a way to help me love the community very welcoming with all the neighbors from all over the place (Mexico, Guatema, El Salvador, Honduras). All I can said is that here there is no decriminalization it dont matter weather your illegal or not you always fell welcome.

I grew up here, been here for 10 years now. There is so many negative reviews about this place when in reality this place is pretty nice. Have never had any problems of break ins, there is people that have been over 20 years and why havent they left?. Because is a great community to be around. Dana is a great manager she addresses the problems around the community im guessing is to comply with yes community rules. It dont matter who it is she gets on them when is needed. I like the rules because it keeps things organize and stops people from doing what they want. The towing enforcement is great because now you can actually drive around the streets unlike before it was hectic. I do believe there should be a better system for the bus stop. Dana is so friendly, at first she came off as rude but once u get to know her is just the way she sound she does a lot of great things for the children around like installing the hoop, made a soccer field for the kids so they stop damaging cars or properties. For the people saying is little Mexico exaggerate, is folks that are racist. This is a very diverse community with all kinds of races and is great because you have a lot of generations growing out of this community every year. I cant think of living in another place, is peaceful, quite and good neighbors. I hope all yes communities are as great as Meadowbrook has been to me, this little community i have grown to love so much.

Becareful when applying for a mobile here they might rent it to someone else without telling you after you were told you were going to get it. I got my application fee back and they were nice about it. but I think it was bad service to lead me to believe we’re going to get the mobile home I applied for and then rent it to someone else without letting me know.. I believed her when she told us we were going to get to move in within that week.. They could have atleast told me.. I called to see when it was okay to move in and I’m told someone is already living there??

I lived at Meadowbrook for 7 years. No problems and great neighbors. Dana Fowler has done a great job and is like a member of family!

I don’t recommend this place at all, they are very deceiving and dishonest people and unprofessional they never answer the phone you have to communicate with them via email smh and the park is nothing special i’m so happy we decided not to go further than an application with this property

Horrible!!! I went yesterday and the doors were locked and it was 2:30pm and there was two ladies inside. One of the ladies come to the door and only sticks her head out to talk to me. I asked if they were open because I wanted information on buying or renting from them and she they were not open. I told the lady at the door is just want to ask a question. She the closed the door and looked at the lady at the desk then opened the door to let me in. When I started asking my question the lady at the desk gave me attitude right away and she seemed like she did not want to help me. I asked her please do not give me attitude because I not talking that way to you and she still had a horrible attitude. I understand if she doesnt like her job but she doesnt need to take it out on someone that is wanting information on buying or renting. I would not considered going back to but from them I will take my business some where else. Worst experience with any trailer park!!

The office has been an immense help in my families biggest time of need. My husband and I are so grateful we could cry.

This place is amazing to live, Delfina, maritza, Jose and all the team members are helpful persons always helping all the community since Delfina got her the community is better amazing place to live ️

The worst place to ever live the lady in the front office dana goes up on rent every 6 months and harasses me. She even takes photos of my house after office hours. Made me pay $75.00 extra on my rent the past 2 month cause supposably my dog was out and no one was out side with her. I think she pockets the money and does what she wants to do with it. Avoid this place at all cost. Would not recommend anyone to move here im looking to move my self hopefully soon.

I have seen this community grow over the last 30 years and considering the growth we have had very few problems thanks to the great management. Our manager has gone way above her job duties to help make this a wonderful and safe place to live. Dana juggles between being the enforcer of rules and our caretaker especially well.When we do have problems she is quick to address them and she even takes her time to help the children by offering tutoring,movies,holiday parties, soccer,and more, for the kids here.Dana is the heart of meadowbrook and I think she deserves a reward!All of the complaints are I suspect those who need to get a piece of land away from everyone for they are ridiculous! The costs of our lots have never went up over $20 a year and I believe go along with the cost of management. And the costs of fines for breaking the rules are needed to maintain the rules.If you want to live in Humble and do not mind following basic good neighbor rules you will find there is no place better than meadowbrook to raise your family.

If ur mobile home isnt high clas or something they dont like u cant live there that is wrong on many levels...

I couldnt put no stars which is what I want to put. Dana the manager is very rude and had many complaints from other non Mexican residents! Someone vandalized an elderly disabled persons trailer a week ago.
