Its a very well kept mobile park! Clean, organized and all green areas are neatly kept in a timely manner! Safe place to live in. The only problem that needs to be addressed urgently are the one that occurs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays : excessively load music from early evening to late evening and early morning!!! We went for a visit and it was really hell!!! We hope that soon the admistrator can do something to fix this problem that requires urgent intervention! It will be a shame if you will put on risk loosing your clients for this reason! !!!!

This place is crowded with lots of people living in each trailer. It is kind of kept nice. The rent usually runs around $500, if you own your trailer.

Ive lived here for a little over a year now and my rent has gone up $60 more. They disconnect the water and light whenever they like and dont even give you a heads up. Thats just straight up BS to me. Im getting charged for gas and I dont even have anything that would use gas. I definitely do NOT recommend this place!

Surprisingly clean and well mannered people, just a little weird when it comes to people visiting.

If i could give this place the most negative star i would. Not even 10 mins parked and they towed my vehicle. Would love to know who owns this place to share how limited the parking is and how people abuse it. Also very limited signage and the tow truck drivers will rip you off just to get your car back #towthieves

I look I lived here all my life pretty much

Parked my truck in the grass for one night and it gets towed! Been here for a month, and thought all was great until they tow my vehicle, especially this close to Christmas now i gotta pay $188.80 to get it out, and then on top of that can’t get ahold of the leasing office because no one is there on a Thursday at 11:22??? Really??? Don’t move in here, worst place ever and no have no signs posted anywhere but a small signs up at the lessening office that you have to get out and read that say don’t park in the grass no warning or nothing! Signed a 6 month lease and once that’s over I’m out, I was reading all the comments before moving in and some where good some where bad like you probably are right now, And just don’t move here seems easy but don’t!!!!!!!! Worst place ever can’t stress it enough! I’m folding with the BBB today to see what they can do, they told me they’d look into and getting them shut down for un-inhabitable reasons!

Nice place to stay but they steal money from you, they charge more for the gas than what it really is, and charge a fee for any stupid reason, and they think they have the right to come and fix things for you without letting you know, then charge you for it! They open/close the pool whenever they feel like, and the park.. well i dont ever think its consider a park anymore, they are just tubes stending there. As a whole....if you are gonna pay 400 and up for a mobile home parking spot....make sure at least its a nice place for your family and worth it.

Just watch out were you park at because they will tow your car

If you want to get a house I suggest you save your money and go into a REAL neighborhood.Right here everything is messed up.:-(
