Stay away - their online store has been stealing from customers and not providing any products for more than a year.Selection is terrible, prices are bad, and they can’t hang onto staff for any length of time bc they pay poorly and provide no training or resources.Go to any other sex shop, and you’ll have a better experience.

This location is very convenient for me because it is right around the corner when I need my fishnet stockings for my sexy going out outfits I can always rely on Katz in Humble Eastex Freeway. The staff members are always very friendly and especially Derek and Carlos and DD. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and I will continue to be a patron.

I WAS IN THE STORE ON MONDAY EVENING AND ASK FOR A ITEM THAT I THOUGHT THE STORE SOLD, COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THIS PARTICULAR ITEM WHEN I WENT TO THE COUNTER TO ASK THE CLERK ITS WAS 3 STAFF MEMBERS WORKING AND THE ONE WHO HELPED ME WAS THE CEO AND HIS NAME BROCK !!! THAT MADE A RACIAL COMMENT TOWARDS ME WHEN I PUT THE ITEM WAS BACK ON THE SHELF.. HE STATED WATCH HIM BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE HE STEALS, BECAUSE HES OF MY COLOR!! I ASKED FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER HE SAID THAT HE WAS THE GENERAL M... SO THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE HANDLED BY HIM... I TOOK THIS TO THE STORES WEBSITE ... PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

I went to the KATZ in Humble and 59 and This place is totally awesome they had just what I wanted the employee DD was so very helpful and friendly very sweet lady this was my first visiting this type of store she made me feel comfortable and relaxed I will be back thank YOU so much DD FOR ALL your help

I only go here when Andrienne is working. She is the only rep I’ve ever came in contact with at the store that goes out of her way to help. Very knowledgeable and makes me feel like a valued customer!

I was disappointed that with the options they had for penetrable toys. This place was designed more for women and couples. The store doesnt even have their title on the building. The only good thing I can say is that for you lucky people is there is at least motels that are close by. My experience was unsatisfied and I left the place in seconds as soon as I saw a lack of toys for guys.

Kinda pricey and not a huge selection but if youre in a hurry, there you are.
