I have been to this store 2 but I would love to just order my things online instead. But I need to know if the package is discreet or will it have the store logo all over it lol. I live in the same property with the landlords and they always get the packages so yeah

My experience at this particular location was mediocre . I generally like Cindies and would usually shop at another location, but since I was in the area I went to this one. The sales staff did not even greet me entering the store and no one said a word to me the entire time I was there. One associate was helping a customer, so thats understandable. But to not be asked if I needed any assistance or to not be acknowledged was disappointing. Im sure I will be back, because I love the store. I was just expecting better service.

My girl and I have spent $1,500-$2,000 at this location alone the past year. This isnt including the thousands at other locations, this is literally this store. After being shadowed by the employees as if we were going to shoplift, were done with all of your stores. We didnt mind paying a premium for things we could get at 40% off online just to keep your brick and mortar store open, and your employees employed, but after the way we were treated when were actually regulars who spend ~$200 each time we go, were not concerned if you go out of business any longer.

Unfortunately they don’t have as big of a selection as I was anticipating and what the carried and I needed they were out of stock. I left empty handed. They do have friendly staff so that’s a big plus.

This place is ridiculous. I’m 27 yrs old. I’ve been to multiple sex stores and have NEVER been asked to show ID. I walked in & was asked for my id. No where on the door does it say I need an ID to enter. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

This place... the products are trash!! I dont live close to this store so I took the time to drive there to spend good money in there and I got screwed by the shop. None of the stuff I bought worked when me and my wife got home. So I called them to ask for a exchange and was told no! I told the lady that the products dont work and all she had to say was sorry! WOW DONT SHOP HERE YOUR THROWING MONEY AWAY!!

Dont waste your time buying from them. They do no care about their customers. If your product breaks in 20days from purchased they will not help you. They will tell you to contact the manufacture. They will only take your money. Stay away from the place!

Wonderful assist from a woman named Stevi and she was very helpful,attentive and answered all my questions!

My product was faulty. They no longer have the brand I prefer so I tried a more expensive but affordable line.It overheated and burned through the battery and the product its self and I have minor battery acid burns.

Its very clean. Small and prices are about the same as other places. Recommend it.
