Store is well maintained and very clean. Large variety of toys and novelties. If you dont find what youre looking for, then youre looking too hard.

I absolutely love this place. It could be 2pm or 2am and its clean safe and professional. And the selection is insane...I always feel like a kid in sexy adult candy store!!!

Horrible customer service and policy, went in to buy a toy ended up getting the wrong one cause they were moving their dvds shelves around the store and I wasn’t able to see the correct one . Explained to the manager Aide and she expressed that they had a no return policy Funny thing is my box looks like it’s been opened before .

For Starters I Am Parking And See Security.. Which Is Appreciated On Its Own. Then I See That They Have A Huge Selection Of Glass Which Is Great.. Huge Selection Of Everything For That Matter. Ive been to this location many times and I love it. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I recently went in with a lot of questions and they were amazing. I did not feel uncomfortable and I didnt feel awkward being there. The store is extremely clean and sanitary, even their restrooms are cleaner than a restaurants restroom. They have a large variety of things and their smoke shop is great too. This last time I went I noticed they have a girl attending the store. Which actually makes me feel good because my female friends definitely feel more comfortable with a young female presence in the store.

HUGE selection! A decent discount section and friendly service. If you seem nervous while you are shopping they will come over and ask if you need help and make small harmless jokes to make you feel more at ease.

I personally live very far from this location but me and my hunny make the trip they have a great selection the staff helps if needed so you dont have to deal with the constant bugging you can look for what you need in peace I recommend all the time love this place.

Customer loyalty doesnt get you very far at this store. I buy smoke stuff from this store 2 or 3 times a week. I recognize the manager and all the employees. Today i came with my gfs debit card whom also frequents there with me but was not with me today and they wouldnt accept her card; even tho they write down your license number on the cc recipt on their copy of the cc recipt. Despite that it was still the managers choice to not accept my payment.

Would have given more stars but the video section is very unorganized.. Nothing by category. Takes hours to shift through the dvds stacked ontop of eachother just to maybe find what your looking for. Prices arent to bad though ..a few specials..Huge glass section for the heads..Lingerie isnt to bad on prices and have most sizes... Customer service..well, that just depends on what time you visit the store.. Ive had some good customer service and Ive had the crappy service..

Good store and prices on smoke supplies but terrible late night employee (not the security guard) service. Just rude, judgemental, and seemed to not care about anything when i was there.
