I cant wait to go back here! There are a lot of playgrounds and fields (closed due to COVID), but the part I enjoyed the most was the nature walk! So many beautiful plants and animals - watch out for snakes! - educational panels, bird watching towers, and more. There was also a butterfly garden with some picnic tables that I really want to have a lunch at.

Great park for all kind of sports and bird watching. Excellent trails around the lake. Clean facilities throughout. Dog welcoming with water stations and poop bags. Plenty of benches to sit and watch birds. Lookout tower for water bird viewing

We love going here for a walk. Half the trail is shaded and there is a small but pretty butterfly garden. We like the looking towers as well.

My kids always liked going to this park when they were younger an now that they are older they walk the dogs there. So all in all its kept pretty much clean and I would say is a relaxing park to visit.

Great place to clear your head. Only thing to worry about is the snakes on the side of the trail. I see one every time I walk there so, be careful out there.

Twice now I have tried the grocery pick-up. Twice now, Im missing a good portion has my order. Why do they advertise items as in stock when truth be told, they are not. I ordered one item that said 3 left in stock, plain as day in black and white. I paid for the item, and very excited to pick it up but when I arrive I was informed this product was not in stock. Second time in two orders I was let down. It wasnt like I was missing a loaf of bread, these were main items

I walk there everyday. My kids love the playground when it was open before covid. HOPE THEY OPEN SOON.

The mosquitoes come in swarms and are killer mosquitos as you walk deeper in the trail as its a wetland. Wear bug repellent!!!!

Love this park. Amazing place to see all kinds of birds. Ive seen entire flocks of parrots. Hidden Houston gem.

This place was great! It was our first time there, but well be back. It was a bit more on the rough side for our stroller than preferred. We are betting that during spring or summer itll be even better. We saw lots of people with dogs, more than what youd see at Blackhawk trail. We very much enjoyed our walk.Edit to update in a warmer month: This trail is still great, however, if you go during a warmer month, bugs are not the only thing to watch out for. We happened to see a baby alligator in the water close to the second tower area. So, be on the look out and stay safe. As for me, I have a pair of infants so will probably have to avoid this trail unless its colder weather. The upside to that is that since the trail is lined with trees and the cold wind is extra fast, the trees should block the wind at least to some degree.

Nice park with a nice size pond. A little sprucing up wouldnt hurt to make fishing more enjoyable.

Great park for the entire family! Safe and clean. They have sports practice and games there for football, cheer, soccer and baseball. The park has a cool wet splash for hot summers and volleyball net to add to any birthday party fun!

Came out to Vote at the El Franco Lee Community Center and it was a breeze. No waiting in line straight in and out.

I really enjoyed going to this Park. I didnt do much but walk around. Ate some good food. Heard some voices. Saw some beautiful men and women. Ate some more good food. Walked around some more in my prosthesis. It was nice level ground made great for walking. So walking is what I did. I saw a bounce house but I didnt get in. I drank. I drank an ice cold monsoon and then an ice cold mountain dew. There were many beers but I did not have one. Too lots of life if pictured. #TheEnd capiche?

Only 1 pavillion wish there were a few more even if they were smaller. Splash pad says closed for repairs. Not sure if itll be open by time school is out for summer. Lots of trees and picnic tables. Trash cans but no bbq pits except at the 1 pavillion to rent.

Went there for baseball when i was younger and go there now as an adult to fish in the pond.

This park has baseball fields, soccer fields, a football field, a butterfly garden, walking trails and a bunch of playgrounds and a splash pad.We love this park. But I often wonder why it isnt mowed more often, or mowed completely. There are sections of long grass intentionally unmowed. Which leaves extra places for the mosquitoes to hide.

This is a great park with a lot to offer. You can find everything from a walking trail in the back of the park, numerous sports fields, and the kids playground. In addition, there is porta potties available and a public restroom. They also have a fishing pond.

We have only visited this park for youth league soccer games. They have decent fields that could use a little work and the goal nets needed repair when we were last here. Overall not a bad spot...just in need of some care.

My wife & I have started coming to this facility abt 2 wks ago. Its fantastic! Its a blessing to have such an institution in the community to come out & exercise to stay on top of our health. The instructors & staff are great!

This park offers great services to the Senior community, the installations are superior. The person at the front desk was very nice and willing to provide information of the programs they offered and gave us a tour of the building to check some of them. Theres a very well equipped gym that anyone over 18 its welcome to come and workout; best of all it is free as the rest of the classes. Take some time to visit and check for yourself.:)

Great atmosphere great people with fields and swing but the staffs are so lazy.

I am a local home owner,who pays her dues for this park to be kept upright and to be enjoyed for all our community but as of lately my family and I have not been able to enjoy the amenities the public park has to offer such as the soccer fields. My family and I enjoy a nice family soccer game after a long day of work and school,bmy husband played soccer growing up and now enjoys playing with our sons.But each time we try to play we are either kicked off a field due to practices or games or kicked off by full team adults who litter our park with plastic water bottles and curse aloud not caring that this is a family public park ! I believe this park is not a soccer field complex, but a public park for all to enjoy. So please precinct get control of this chaos so that my family can enjoy our park again.

Ive have visited this park since I was a child and have always loved it. As a mother I am finding some things to be very difficult. To begin, the fact that they have a full restroom which remains locked most of the time is very stressful, its already a small walk from the play ground, once you get there and figure out its locked is very frustrating. They have port a toilets to make up for it, but they are definitely not preferred over a full working restroom, and they too are a bit of a walk from the play ground and splash pad. Now the splash pad, the hours for the splash pad are from 10 am to 8 pm they shut the water OFF at 7 pm. I do not find this fair at all. Being a hot summer in Texas we like to arrive when the sun is not at its highest so summer hours would be appreciated. For them to shut the water at 7 is kind of confusing when you expect to be there till 8 because there is definitely still enough light. The play ground area does need a lot of maintenance, some of the play grounds have rubber ground which is peeling off and becomes a hazard. Over all a good place to take the kids if youre not too picky but the city needs to work on it for sure.

Great park, very large area. It has everything, a large playground, splash pad, soccer and American football fields, family festivals that are really great with free food and enjoyment for families. Egg hunts in Easter. The large trails are great for bike rides, explore and connect with nature. Built in areas to protect and preserve wild life like monarchs and other species growing wild flowers and great for us to learn and observe the process. Ducks, with a dock area to watch. Great park overall.

Went for a graduation party and the splash pad was closed lol no one knew why and I noticed plenty of people were coming and leaving due to its closure. The restrooms were far from us but clean and in good shape. The playgrounds were fantastic but could use the grass cut, it was itchy but didnt slow down the kids.

We like to come here once in a while to look at the birds and maybe see a snake or two. There is a trail that circles the lake. It’s a nice walk and a quick way to enjoy nature without driving for hours.

Great place to bring the kiddos! Plenty of room to run around. Has a cool trail in the back of the park that just had a new renovation! You can rent out the buildings for parties. Valley ball courts, soccer courts. And a big playground.

The restrooms are clean, the park has so much from you to so from the playgrounds to baseball and football. Also if you bring a volleyball they have net for you to use. If you reserve the pavilion in at advance it makes the park so much more enjoyable

Every time we go to Franco Lee our visit is an awesome one. They have some many things for the whole family to enjoy. Its well kept and there is a Sherriff available for security.

I love bringing my daughter here. There are very few parks that have canopys for the sun over the slides. That’s my favorite part about it because the slides and playgrounds don’t get so hot. It’s a very clean park as well. It’s our go to neighborhood park.

Im here for soccer 2 to 3 times a week, seems well maintained and safe.

The multiple complexes is good but not enough trails or long enough. The bird sanctuary was amazing but its not properly taken care. Shrubs & weeds overgrown onto the trail surrounded it.

The staff is great and Ms. Faye the line dance instructor is awesome.

Quiet park during the week. Has 5 playgrounds in 1 section, you can grill or go for a walk/run. Enjoy that its a bit away from Heavy traffic.

If you can stand the smell they have great quality deals. lots of exotic foods you can buy that you cant find anywhere else. Also, there is a massage place that will surprise molest you. Five star rating!

I have only been here for my soccer games, but the grass here is terribly kept and looks as if it hadn’t been cut for months. The grass makes it a terrible place to play soccer and has its effects on a game of soccer. The referees that are assigned there are very rude and don’t bother to listen to their side line referees. I believe that there should be better staff there as well as a fight broke out between 2 coaches on another field and the referees refused to interfere. There are many reasons why I believe this park should improve but I’m only me so do what you want with this.P.S some of the referees smoke on their water breaks next to the children.

Rented the Pavillion here for my sons birthday party. Park was clean and well kept, a park maintanance man was there an hour before the party to clean everything and turn the water/power on. Only thing was no soap in the bathrooms but that couldve easily been solved with reaching out to the maintanance man. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great park will lots of different playgrounds for the kiddos. Sometimes the grass gets really wet but other than that its a great place to go to.

Its a park with basic amenities. Several soccer fields if thats your thing. Nothing exciting per se.

Lovely large park with 6-7 play structures! Omg! Yes! And new splash pad, please watch your kids! Make sure they keep it that way! The part right in front of the steps to the slide is very slippery, be careful and wear water shoes! The structures are a little older and missing parts but the kids have fun! Lovely place to picnic on the little hills.
