I did not buy a house from Toll Brothers but I can tell you that Sharon ( The sales woman ) in the office is so professional, she is helpful and always has been a joy to work with. The only reason why I did not purchase a house from Toll Brothers was because they did not have a lot that we wanted. I ended up purchasing a house from Pelican Homes which is their neighbor in the community. They offered large lots and all of their standard upgrades were included! I still go over and say hello to Sharon and even though we did not purchase a house for her ... she is always so kind. They sell beautiful homes that are quality made. I cannot figure out why somebody on here would put such a low review because they are an exceptional builder. Our pelican home will be ready in May and we are excited to live in this community and all of the builders in the community are exceptional. Go check it out, and I would highly suggest looking at a Pelican Home because the process has been seamless working with them !!
