I made a purchase at this location, Washington Ave. I asked for something specific and the sales lady misrepresented the item. I took her word for it and went through with the sale. It did not do as promised. When I called in I had the misfortune of speaking to a rude employee named Liz who claimed to be the district manager. She disregarded everything I told her was rude and combative. She also stated that they test all their products before the customer leaves the store I explained to her that this had not been done and again she disputed it so I asked her to play the video which she did proving that I was correct all along. After all this she did not resolve the issue. I was left feeling cheated and disappointed, such deceptive business practices and very poor customer care from Liz. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Cindies at all costs.

I would rather score them 0 but this location was a disaster. I am much too wordy for the small amount of space provided. Bottom line do not shop here!!! We came in and things quickly escalated with us and one of the staff members. The night ended w us being attacked by the staff and having to call the police. The police came and saw the store footage and arrested the staff member. The managers showed up never offered an apology for what happen and was overheard complaining that their employee was being detained. I have NEVER in my life been so shocked at how someone conducted themselves at their business. I believe the staff is related to management but i do not have any proof of that but i can only imagine that their relationship must be close as the employees were much to comfortable being rude and belligerent. We are currently perusing a lawsuit against this establishment.

Horrible! I stopped here after a night on the town with my husband! We picked up a toy & got home (Brookshire,Tx) and realized the toy was used. I was instructed to drive back the next morning which i did (per Caitlyn) & i get here and they dont want to honor what they said under any circumstances. She did not test the toy like she was supposed to or she would have seen the off brand battery that was in it, not the ENERGIZER batteries they use at the store! (Batteries not included so that should tell u the obvious)

Great variety and useful displays. Becks knew her stuff and definitely pointed me in some promising directions

Brie and Brooke were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Rude staff, overpriced products

Rude staff horrible customer service. I had a girl come up to me and ask me are you going to take anything? How rude! Ive been in customer service for 10 years and am an lgbt author and knowing that thats how cindies lets their staff treat customers is ridiculous! My girl friend was deeply insulted and though we went in with the intention of buying something we would NEVER spend a penny in such a horid establishment.

Dont do business here. You park in the office space not restaurant parking and they are quick to tow you thinking you went to the restaurant. They say oh sorry we did not know yet you left on the hook for $230+. Stay away unless they resolve their parking. Its ridiculous that a business is run that way.
