RIP OFF!!! I bought this thing on Saturday left for 5 mins to run to McDonalds one light down and noticed the stupid thing was leaking. I went back showed the guy but he couldnt fix it then he said he couldnt give me a refund. Called customer service they said they dont do refunds only exchange. Worse store every i will never shop there again.

I bought a $300 vape here from 2 nice girls so I decided to return and look at their bongs. the bold guy was a different story. He is very hostile. he will try to make you feel stupid when you ask him a question. I will never shop here again.

This location is the only one Ive been to so far, but I got what I needed there. The female associate that helped me, was nice and guided me around the store to find what I was looking for, as well as answered questions I had, promptly, and with sincerity. The only issue I had was in the limited variety of certain things, but overall, a very positive experience.

This is the last time Im going here. everything is overpriced, even worse, the workers are extremely rude and condescending. when asking about a product they act very unnattentive, as if youre business is somehow bothering them, and all the while making rude remarks/sneering comments or replies to your questions. terrible service, talks to customers in a rude and belligerent manner, its best to just save your money and go to toking eddies instead. much better selection, environment, and staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would been there quite a few times now and they have always been rude and condescending especially the heavy-set mixed guy. He’s horrible... He’s the worst one. I’m done going there now I’m not gonna give them anymore of my business. And their overpriced ripping people off. Just a shady a hole business and that overly husky dude fits right in. The big (Hefty-Bag) type dude is a staight ignorant, arrogant and just plain stupid. Doesn’t know what he’s talking about and acts like he does and if you say anything he will be rude and condescending and then argues with you over it basically saying he’s right and your stupid. That’s my last time going there.

Dont waste your money, go somewhere else. They sell broken products and dont give refunds even if you bring back same day with the receipt. The employees are rude and act like its an inconvenience to have to deal with customers. The stuff they sell is trashy and overpriced. If you saw one of these employees walking towards you on the sidewalk, youd cross to the other side of street, Im pretty sure this job is a condition of their probation or something, clearly they dont care about keeping this business going.

The staff are really cool. Plus, they told me about a new product they might start carrying called Weedies Cereals! I cant wait to tastem!!

The store ripped me off. The item was defectuous and I was suggested to replace the whole item. The item is not even available online, which clearly shows that it was done on purpose. I strongly advice to stay away from such bad customer service.
