A fun place for the whole family! I just wished they did the 50% off unlimited play more often. My family loves to come here when we find the time. Staff is always very accommodating.

Excellent for birthday parties! Pizza, chicken nuggets and fries great for young ones. Laser tag and glow putt fun with organized hostesses. Only reason its not a 5 is the location of bathroom, near homeless, but I felt safe.

Fun way to kill a few hours during school breaks. Kids get to play some laser tag (which we highly recommend) and some video games before cashing in some of their digital tickets for prizes.

We had so much fun! The mini golf course is just the right length and the obstacles are cute and creative. The laser tag is fun also, pretty good sized course. A few arcade games in disrepair, but not enough to ruin the fun.

It was so much fun, the workers there were super nice to everyone. Loved the games. The pizza there was delicious. But the bathroom is down a hallway which can be pretty creepy for parents with young children and the bathroom smelt of drugs.

Family friendly, a little small, laser tag was super fun

Not what we thought. They only have 9 holes instead of 18. Not stroller friendly so if you have a non walker best that you wear them. They do offer free parking(when validated) which is nice. My younger kids 5 and 3 had a blast which is all that matters. Pizza is good(but very greasy)

This used to be called Rascals. Regardless of the name it is a fun place but small. The real draw is the laser tag which is about a maximum of 20 people per 10 minute round. Become a member for one year (effective the day you aign up) and get unlimited laser tag the day you sign up. We did this on a Sunday because there is no unlimted offers on Sunday. Member prices are better but we didnt sign up our 5 year old because she was just to scared of all the people moving around. Maybe in another year and she will like playing the game.Bowling is for kids with 1/3 sized lanes, wire connected pins and bocce balls for bowling balls. There are bumber guards optionally which was nice. Small at 5 frames per game.Mini put was very small in a horse shoe path with 9 small holes.Games needed 4 tokens which were $0.25 per so it was a $1 per game. Air hockey was a fun option but every game was very short. It was like vegas slot machines for kids. The parents in the end pay for this.Food was expensive for size of food and this is bought on the Tikis side. For desserts you get them at Ritas which share the same counter as Tikis food section. Prices are like Basking robbins but the Italian Ice was a nice change of pace.Overall laser tag was fun, games we expensive, bowling and mini put was cheap to pass time away. Member pricing makes sense for just about everyone if you play at least three laser tag games.

This is a real hidden gem! Its tucked away in the historic Dole Cannery next to Regal Cinemas, so location wise, it can be a tough find if youre new to the area. It houses one of the coolest state of the art Laser tag facilities on the island! A great place to work functions for those big kids at heart, and of course birthday parties for the keiki! Overall Tiki Family Fun Zone is a great place to kick back and go wild!!

I love love love this place. The employees were great and when I didnt know what I wanted from the snack bar they gave recommendations and made sure everything was perfect. The golf was fun, even though Im not good at it at all. Then theres the laser tag! Ask them about the different games you can play in there, theres actually several, Michael is the best one to help with that.

Quinten was a great host! Clean, just the right size for burning fallbreak energy! This was my first visit with my son and 2 of his friends. They had fun playing 3 rounds of laser tag and all those arcade games. Highly recommended!

The good: Nicely decorated and a decent amount of fun activities. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and answer all my questions. Theres plenty of parking and they validate for the first 3 hrs.The bad: We waited pretty close to an hour for 4 slices of pizza. We also ordered a pitcher which we finished during our hour wait. My son went and asked for water and they said he would have to pay $1 for a tiny cup of water. Thats just poor customer service in my opinion.Also, they offer specials during the week. We tried to take advantage of the $6 Tuesday laser tag special. We were told that we could not do that because they had a summer special ($20) for unlimited laser tag. I didnt want unlimited, only one game. It shouldnt be on the menu if youre not offering it.

Needs a refresh. Really. Needs innovative leadership to make this leap. This should be a premiere spot on island to bring kids for fun.Im not sure how to do it to be honest..but if you own this type of business... innovation, reboots, and a refresh always pays off!

Great fun! Got the 4 hour pass for laser tag, but kid got bored after 3 games. They also make you wait 15 minutes between games which is annoying. Ritas is in the building, which is awesome, and the movie theater is next door. Laser tag, arcade, Ritas, movie=great day with my boy!

Laser Tag is the main attraction here for my family. I would like to see a laser tag arena on the Kapolei side soon. Town is crowded and it’s a long drive for the young kids.Glow Mini Golf is okay here, but I would definitely not pay for it again because it is so short, yet pricey. Maybe better for the younger kids 5 or under.Arcade games are kind of like places to sit and wait for the next round of laser tag. I rarely see anyone actually playing any of the arcade games.The bowling is mini-bowling. Very small and only a few lanes. Again, good for the little toddlers, but too short for the older 5+ kids.

Great afternoon using a groupon for golf and pizza, adding on laser tag and some ritas! Fun and delicious for the family.

A great place for older kids. I suggest avoiding the miniature golf. We made the mistake of adding that to our unlimited four hours. We did it once and never did it again. However, the kids totally made use of their four hours of laser tag. They keep track of total scores and rankings. Sometimes they played on the same team and others they played against each other. They definitely, want to go back again. BSA aware there are no locked lockers, so only come with what you need or dont buy that 4 hour unlimited and do so just for the kids. You dont want to be running around the laser tag room with a baby strapped to the front (mom) and a huge baby bag on your back (dad).

Games are limited, and the ticket prizes are unreasonable. But, the laser tag is where its at. Great enthusiastic marshals that take care of watching over the games. Arena and playing time is great too. A bit pricey tho if youre going just for one game ($10). We went for the special $21/unlimited play for 4 hrs, well worth it!We havent tried the mini golf course yet, so no comment.

Small amusement center. Lively atmosphere. The laser tag layout is pretty good. Wait times are longer on special occasions like parties and holidays. Its a worthwhile stop.

4 year old granddaughter had fun but there really arent a wide variety of games. She enjoyed the bowling. They dont have their own bathroom so its quite a walk with young ones to get to the bathroom.

Laser tag was so much fun. You go in against other families and they keep score. Food was very cheap but was not that good. Childrens food, like pizza, soggy chicken nuggets, fries. The pizza was edible along with the fries as long as you ate them with the cheese sauce. Wish they had hot dogs and hamburgers which can not be easily screwed up. Customer service staff was very friendly and helpful. Mini bowling was fun. A small amount of video games also. Next time we go well try the miniature golf.

We were there for my nephews birthday, so definitely my kids enjoyed the experience. Planning on going back again!

This place is really fun for family and friends. There are different variety of games for everyone to enjoy. If park on the other side of the dole canary you will get free parking. Some things can get pricey but, there are many coupons and special offers online.

We ame here for some glow golf which was pretty fun 9 holes. The arcade part is a bit small and short on space. The pizza we got was extremely good and the staff was friendly. No public bathrooms!

Its like a little d&b. Just went to check out Ritas Italian Ice And Frozen Custard. After watching a movie. Got some frozen custard I see no difference to Ice cream. But it was kind of expensive but good anyway. The girl working there was kind of rude. So that is why I gave it only 3 stars. Still a good place to take the family to have fun.

10 hungry kids! Waited an hour & a half for 2 pans of pizza & pitcher of soda. Pitcher I had to go to their counter & grab it because they forgot about it. Other than that, the kids had a blast with unlimited laser tag.

I came here during spring break and although my children had fun I was not that impressed. The space was too cramped with running children and adults. The front staff try to be accommodating but it is hard for them to stay organized in the chaos of receiving or giving golf clubs, giving receiving bathroom keys, getting a new laser tag card, answering questions and checking customers out. The games cards are ridiculously expensive. To play a 3D game, my $30 game card was empty in 10 minutes. The largest items are mini golf and laser tag which are dependent upon the lines, overall you may not get to do much. The snack bar was decent but overpriced. While I was there they kept the cafe closed sign up for 2 hours even though the it was still open. I enjoy when my children enjoy themselves but I will be choosing Dave and Busters or another larger outlet for fun next time around.

Our first experience with laser tag - it was so fun. The staff was nice and the kids had a good time. The games were pricier than Chuck e cheese and seating was limited - its small, but a good place for family fun / kids birthday.

Visited 7/3/17. Not bad. Laser tag was best value. Had a promotion for $21 all you can play. Got in 5 activities so we got our monies worth. Small area. This place SHOULD be in a bigger space. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

My son and I enjoy going to Tikis to get in a game of laser tag. We notice that this place has taken a lot of customers opinions on what they can improve to make Tikis more enjoyable. We appreciate the current updates to some outdated arcade games and the new menu items at the concession stand. Ritas gelato is amazing. A team Mom had suggested Tiki’s for our daughters team bonding and the kids had a great time playing mini golf and laser tag! She had purchased a Groupon because an earlier promotion had just ended, but I’ve heard there are always different promotions running so you just need to inquire. There was already a party being held in one of the inside rooms but we were offered the outside area free of charge and given discounted options for laser tag. Food prices can add up quickly so plan out your menu if you can. Pitchers of fruit punch are $7 and there are no other choices except bottle liters of soda. Recently switched to swipe cards so there is no need for tokens or dealing with money changing. Restrooms are not available onsite so you need to request a key (and leave a photo ID) and walk towards city mill... young kids, even as old as 12 or 13, should be accompanied by an adult when walking to the restroom. 3 hour parking is free with validation.

The only thing good here is laser tag. And only because its the only place to play laser tag. All the arcade games are super expensive and the service is terrible. They dont have a bathroom inside, you have to go around the building to a dirty bathroom which was usually occupied. The food is awful.

Tons of fun! Great for birthday parties, on Friday nights you can play laser tag all night for a flat price (pretty sure its $20-$25). Small arcade, small arcade style bowling, and a putt putt course also.

Not as big inside or great as it seems to ve advertised. However, good spot to waste an hour or two if you are in the area. Look for Groupon deals before you go.

It was awesome!! Its not only for kids ots for adults too!! It was my first time to play laser tag. Mikey was awesome and made it fun giving tips! First experience and i LOVED it! Will go back again and this time with my kids (lol who should have been there in the first place but it was for work!) This place is sooo recommended!

This was.a decent place for kids, however, it isnt very big. I guess the majority of the space is for Laser tag. The food is ok, the prices are ok, but many parents dont control their kids. Over all though, it is a decent place to bring young kids.

A great small place to kill an hour or two with the kids. Small setup with a large lasertag areana smd mini golf. Minus 1 star for the long lasertag que but other than that this place is great.

Lazer Tag was awesome. They continue to make renovations/ upgrades. A little worried about germs from the laser tag guns/ suits though.

It could be a lot better if there was a laser tag league so that me and my friends could come and play without feeling like total dorks and have something to compete for.. overall great place though

This place used to be pretty awesome but its just too expensive ever since the new owner took it over and jacked up the prices. They put in a new laser tag system but I like the old system better. Its very slow.

No restroom in the fun center. Closest one was down the street and not well kept. Staff seemed very annoyed with the kids. Food was way over priced and a lot of the games were pretty beaten up.

We first came to Tikis (around a month ago) for a kids party and the kids had fun. Laser tag is definitely where it’s at. Golf was ok. The food is pricey and not that great to be honest. It does taste like microwave cooked food. Dining area is really small and the games weren’t all that either. Small assortment of games and most were out of order . Great for kids! Not so much for adults. Oh and the place could use a good cleaning. The night of kids party we saw a different kid puking as he got out of laser tag and that just stank up the place.We went to tikis today because my son kept asking to play laser tag soooo we went. Not much has changed. My other half and I just wanted to get out of there tbh. The whole place needs a makeover

Pretty small place - would really love to see this place expand. Rules are strict with Laser Tag but overall a fun experience.

The staff at tikis on Feb 11 2017 6pm-closing were very awesome!! They had awesome customer service and was extremely friendly!! Even though they were completely slamed!! The laser tag game was awesome my kids had a blast!! Thank you for the great experience we will defiantly be back!!.

Ok service. Fun place with lots of choices if you have a few hours to kill. Pizza not bad. Nachos are disgusting...unless you like can cheese sauce and stale chips.

Really small space, not enough games, several games were out of order. Only plus side is the Laser Tag game staff however are extremely nice.

This place is fun for kids but I stood in line for 20 minutes just to get our clubs and get started on the mini golf. It was just a mass of people trying to pay for things. Very disorganized. A lot of things seemed to be out of order as well. No changing table in the bathroom, which is difficult to find.

Good for kids old enough to play Laser tag with a few games and good food but small overall good for a couple of hours.

The mini golf was a blast! We went there for bowling, but sadly only one lane was open and we had 20 or so people.Was a little small for our group, but the ac was cold and the gelati was to die for.

Me and a buddy went to go have fun and play lazer tag nothing serious im 28 and we were playing with mostly 5 year olds. 4th game in we played with 2 guys that had been playing for years. A little into the round they came up and were standing next to us and kept shooting us and wouldnt leave us alone. I nudged him to move back then went to talk to the guy that was in charge of the round and he just looked at me like what you want me to do and around little guys the bouncer was just letting all this happen in front of little kids so if this is the environment that you want your kids to be around parents by all mean but I wouldnt want my kids to see this... FYI they come every friday...

Place is expensive and very unorganized. The food cafe is horrible. Fries suck and always run out of food. The orders take forever to come out. Very small and cramped.

Each kid gets 3 words for this revie. Kid 1; laser tag is fun. Kid 2 Id go there again. Kid 3; could be better. As you can tell, only 1 kid cares about using 3 words. The kids and mom and me enjoyed laser tag although we had to wait too long for 2nd game. Getting the groupon is the way to go. Adults didnt like the restroom issue but had fun beating kids at laser tag. Mini golf is good not great. Solid time was had by all

Upon curiously walking into Rascals, youll be greeted by a less than motivated staff...who just have a job. Honestly you probably wont get a greeting and will be subsequently lost. Usually its quite empty but never quiet thanks to the staff blasting whatever they find on youtube. If there is even enough staff youll soon figure out how to pay for the overpriced lasertag or glow putt. The gaming area is extremely small, but could possibly keep a kid busy for about 20minutes. There is a snack area, but its always closed! The scenery of this place is kinda cool but due to the customer service Id have to rate this lower than usual. Oh...and theres no onsite bathroom...so grab the key and go pee!
