This place is great experience for an entertaining group activity.Brought my out of town friend and girlfriend here for a random Sunday activity and we ALL had SO MUCH FUN!You have one hour to work as a team to complete 3 different missions and solve multiple staged puzzles. The missions give you enough freedom to challenge your observational, problem solving, and teamwork skills while also providing enough hints to assist without being patronizing. It is well set-up, and I look forward to the next set of missions that are released. Thanks Gerard!
This place is so much fun for both kids and adults! Cant wait to go back for more!
I’ve done one million escape rooms due to my wife’s issues with gaming. This was the best one. 12/10 stars.
Great group activity and excellent host! Would highly recommend.
I went there with my friends and the experience is amazing! Would recommend this place to anyone
This was my first time trying VR, it was an amazing experience! I went with a group of 4 people and we had a blast, Ill definitely be coming back when the next adventure game is ready.
Having never tried VR, my group and I all wanted to give it a shot. Adventure VR was the right call! The owner, Gerard, was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the experience and gave us all the tips we needed to set right in to the virtual worlds he designed. We experienced no motion sickness (often a concern at other VR experiences), and each had our own curtained area to avoid collision with each other or the surrounding environment. The experience itself plays somewhat like an escape room, and the puzzles were very enjoyable and intuitive. It played out as an excellent way to get into VR, and the price per-person is a great deal. Ill absolutely be coming back next time Im in town.
Lots of fun, our team was able to finish the game within the hour! We were concerned that we would experience motion sickness since we have PS4 VR, but we had no problem. Highly recommend!
Very fun and amazing experience. I suggested to all my friends to check it out.
This was a very unique experience and it was especially fun with a friend. It is interesting how quickly your brain adjusts to the virtual world. The game was great - youre on a mission to save some beings in a few different worlds. The graphics and environment of the game are really well done. I dont want to spoil anything, but some of the things you have to do are quite clever. I would love to come back when a new game comes out. 5/5
Really fun, immersive experience! I experienced no motion sickness, and all the hardware and software worked perfectly. All the puzzles had very logical solutions, everyone was able to participate (which isn’t something that normally happens in classic Escape Rooms) and we were able to make it out!I can clearly see the potential of this technology, and if this can expand online in the future, even a Virtual Reality MMORPG could be possible! Everyone needs to support these guys so they can expand and obtain more staff, because I really want to see more of this.Highly recommended for all ages and nationalities!
So epic! Did not know what to expect but immediately was thrown into new worlds that needed saving with the help of friends and family, could not recommend more!! Bravo!!
Absolutely amazing! No motion sickness at all and I completely forgot I was in a VR! Great experience and I cant wait for the next adventure! I recommend for anyone!!
Fantastic experience ! The family had a great time. Cant wait to go back when new adventures are created. If they ever get a Holloween themed adventure I will be the first in line!
I heard about this place through a friend and was excited to try the 3D experience. We went as a group of 4 and we each got a head-mounted VR display and two controllers which you use to interact with things in the game.As soon as it started I felt totally immersed in the other worlds and forgot about the headset on my head. The three different virtual worlds (I wont spoil it by giving too much detail) all have their own themes and puzzles to solve. It felt so real that at one point in a tower I was actually scared of falling off! The puzzles are lots of fun and some of them are cooperative (your teammates are represented by their different colored helmets/controllers in the game). The whole thing took us about an hour to complete and we all had a blast.Even though adventure VR uses cool new tech, its straightforward enough for anyone from your little brother to your grandma to be able to play and have fun. Just a heads up, they take groups from 1-4 people. Check this place out!
The guy running it has a passion for VR and is really friendly
My wife got tickets for me and our three kids. Sooooo much fun. It’s kinda tucked away off Ward but plenty of parking and very close to good eats. Gerard walked us through the do’s/don’ts and we spent an hour VRing it up! Super nice guy, super fun experience. 10/10 would suggest anybody check it out. My daughter is 12 and had no issues... may want to ask Gerard his thoughts if you want to take kids under 8 or so, though. Do yourself a favor and take the family!
VR is amazing! I am so glad we discovered it! It is so much better than anything we ever played (escape rooms, laser games etc.). We can’t wait for more game scenarios! It was so cool to see how game industry will look in the future. The place is newly open so still has no sign outside, the parking is in front of a Christian bookstore. You call Gerard when you arrive and he will let you inside the studio. He is very friendly and monitors your progress and gives helpful hints if needed.Five stars experience and totally recommend to both adults and kids.Merci beaucoup Gérard, c’était extraordinaire!Aleksandra and Mark
