The Flight Fit N Fun is another Indoor Trampoline park. It seems to be enjoyed by all of the kids. They have a variety of trampolines as well as multiple foam pits of which one also has obstacle course type activities. They also have about 4 party areas. It is located in Holyoke Mall inside from the Macys store. Check it out!!

You’ve been closed in the Holyoke Mall since March 2020 how about you update your website so people don’t drive 45 minutes to get there and find out your closed when the website says your open. Then have to tell 2 disappointed children they can’t go.

We went Saturday as a exploration to a new trampoline park. View the prices was much more expensive then the ones by us but the pictures made us believe it was bigger then it actually was. We got there and paid, was told we needed thier socks even though we had other trampoline socks. The place was packed to the brim. The area where the kids could jump was extremely small and several spots only one kid could go in. With at least over 100 kids this was extremely frustrating. The crew looked extremely miserable, the place smelled gross, like old socks or a gym. Over all very dissatisfied with the price per what you get. Open jump is 18$/person doesnt matter age,and socks are 3$ compared to a similar trampoline park in a mall by us, but its way bigger and has more things for kids to do. Its 9$ for under 42in and 12 over. Still 3$ per socks but they allow you to use other socks you may have. Hope this review helps not sure why there are so many high reviews with good comments.

Took my 3 year old son and the staff, Manager Melissa, Owen and Lloyd gave him a wonderful experience. He has not stopped talking about it since.Thank you, you guys are the best.Highly recommend!

The pit was sooo fun

At first I didn’t think I would have a good experience but once the cashier came to life a little it all went uphill from there . I went on Thursday afternoon so it wasn’t too packed and my son had a blast in there ... I also realized My fitness needs some work lol but good place, will return and spend a little more money on the other stuff there like virtual reality .

My daughter celebrated her birthday today at flight and she had so much fun. The kids just enjoyed themselves and didn’t want it to end. The hostess Ally was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The Manager Melissa was wonderful and when it was problem with the virtual reality game she accommodated the kids. Thank you for a great time.M. Griffin

Flight is so great to go to. Every time we are welcomed warmly by the front end team. The first time we wen they had just opened and were beyond busy. The front end team was calm, patient and kind to every customer.When jumping there are many other Flight Team members. They are smiling, helpful and very kind in ensuring everyone is safe. By far our favorite place to go. Flight seems to have done a great job training their teams. If you have not gone you should give it a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Flight Fit N Fun at Holyoke Mall is the best! My family of 7 ranging from 37 to 6 all enjoyed it tremendously! We went as a family outing with a total of 20 plus people. Melissa (the manager) welcomed us and checked in with us throughout our 2 hour jump time to ensure our time there was unforgettable! Could not have asked for a better day!

Melissa the manager, along with every single staff member gave the most amazing experience. They interacted with my kids so well and made them come out of their quiet shell which is really hard to do lol. I never had such a positive welcoming experience with every single employee like this place. They really deserve more than 5 stars! Went for a birthday party on 01/20/2020 my brothers party host Kim was wonderful and very attentive overall great experience and place!

We went to Flight Fit N Fun today for the first time as a huge family group and it was by far the most fun we have had in a long time that everyone (all ages) enjoyed! The employees were so nice and very friendly especially Melissa (I believe she is the manager) she really made our first experience there a blast & one well never forget! We definitely recommend Flight Fit N Fun to everyone!

My 2-year-old has so much fun here! But what most impresses me is the staff. They are so attentive and theyre so careful with everyones safety. Huge thumbs up to these guys!

Went to flight with my family and I must say I was extremely satisfied with our visit I have four kids ranging in age from 2-14 and it was a fun experience for all of us! My 2 yr old was nervous about even going up and jumping as it was busy but a female manager was quick to engage with him getting down on the floor with him making him feel like the only kid in the building she was able to get him into the laser maze room crawling and playing with him and in no time they were like best friends eventually getting him to go up and try jumping she took time from all that I’m sure she had going on to make our experience unique,memorable and just plain in simple a great time. After the manager was able to get my two yr old jumping playing giggling she returned to work where I then seen her picking up things off the floors helping other and giving high fives to every kid she passed with management like that this place will be very successful. It was very nice to see staff smiling and genuinely helpful it made our typical chaotic family day everything and more!! Thank flight we will be back again soon

My sons birthday party was here today. Our host Imma was terrific. Any anxiety I had about what would be required of me to coordinate just melted away when she kicked into gear and took care of everything and beyond! Its nice to actually enjoy the party myself despite being the person in charge. Imma was a whirling dervish of productivity and smiles. Couldnt have asked for better service or more mindful attentiveness.Not cheap, but worth every penny.Thanks!

I came here with my niece the other week and I was delighted by the service and treatment we received from the staff! Specifically a female employee named Alondra was incredibly kind and helpful all day!

Overall, my experience was great! But there are a few flaws I would like to point out; 1) signing waviers on the computers are very awkward and uncomfortable. Theres no seating and the screens are on a weird angle. 2) The trampoline squares arent very big, which leaves no space for tricks. 3) more foam pits wouldve been nice. Many kids (including myself) were jumping into it. 4) theres no AC to cool down with.The staff was friendly, I guess. I really only had an encounter with one of them, but I dont know her name.I did enjoy my time here, but there were just some issues that could be fixed also.

Way to expensive!!!!! Horrible customer service up front paid more attention to their cell phones and sitting on the floor then to the customer!! I will say the staff overseeing the safety of the customers on the trampolines were awesome very nice and helpful! Its unfinished no water fountains just not what I was expecting!

The place was nice and there were plenty of places to sit and stand while the kids jump but the front of the house staff is too slow at checking everyone in and no managers were around to help with anything or answer questions.

Let me start by saying we had a good time overall. Our family of 5 for 1 hour of jumping was $100 and comparatively it cost more than Bounce (a competitor in the area). Upon walking in the front door we were not greeted by anything other than the awful feet smell associated with a locker room. After signing waivers we checked in got our bracelets and proceeded to watch the safety video, but the volume was so low we couldnt hear anything. The staff were friendly, and we went on a weekday after school so there wasnt a crowd. My initial reaction was its smaller than it looks from the window. The jump mats are smaller and dont allow as much room for tricks. Some things I noticed that were concerning, the Velcro holding the safety mats to the frames was coming off in places, the placement of the obstacle course equipment was very tight and could cause injury. Yes I know we signed a waiver but I still dont want to get hurt.Overall we had fun, but I will not be paying to go again.

First time I went to flight and I have to admit customer service was amazing. The manager Herman Pittman was awesome in ensuring me and my guest had a great time.

Way too expensive for the area. You can go to Bounce and do the same thing for HALF the price. Kids had a blast, don’t get me wrong, however unless the price comes down to normal, this place will be gone in 6 months.

Wow, had a blast and kids love it. The staff was very friendly. The laser light could have been more nightclub like to make it even more awesome. I gave it a 3 star because the employees werent wiping the virtual headsets and its one sweaty head after another sliding them on. The other issue which is a serious safety issue was the amount of static shock you get in the play area. I did see electrical equipment touching the metal poles, not sure if that causes current to charge the area, because it was one painful shock after another. And no sanitation wipes to be seen throughout the area. You also have to put up with the smell of stinky feet which means foot fungus and the spread of planter warts a type of HPV virus. Besides stinky feet their isnt much for air movement, no fans, so its stail, many kids, no showers, lots of sweating, no proper sanitation equal serious B.O, lol. So all they have to do is fix the electric shock problem, the lack of airflow, set up sanitation wipes and wipe the headsets after each use and the place is loads of fun, cant wait to go again and hopefully see these issues resolved!!

The place was okay. The activities were kinda bring though. The worst part was the refs. The kept calling out my siblings for the tiniest reasons and we couldnt do anything there.

Really cool place for kids and adults

Overpriced. Looks unfinished. Not a lot of things to do, kids were bored within 45 minutes. There are a few other places in the area that over more for kids.
