Great place for kids. Very clean. Sanitation stations everywhere.The staff are constantly cleaning, all day. Very friendly.Let the kids out and have some fun. They have already missed the whole summer.

Went for the first time today and loved it here! Great place to play for toddlers and older children. Was clean too, even with children playing everywhere. They were very serious about safety too, which is always great! Will go here again when back in Mass next year.

Best times to come here is on week days. The place is decently priced. The food and drinks are priced very decent as well. You have to buy their socks now, and bring them when you come.

This is a great place to bring any age kid on a rainy day. Though I do not generally aspire to indoor games, this is a place that takes indoor games to another level. Several other levels, in fact! Challenge yourself to join in your little ones fun! A+!

My three year old loves it here. Weve been there a couple dozen times. Some of the slides are so fast! A couple things I dont love are that you take your shoes off on one end then the restrooms are on the other side so you end up going into the bathroom without shoes on. Also the food isnt the healthiest but the employees are pretty nice and I always leave feeling like I got a good workout.

What can I say bad about Billy Beez. My children absolutely love this place and I will say the adults have fun as well. It is a bit pricey and expensive but I think you would spend the money elsewhere regardless. I can say every time that we go here it is an absolute nightmare trying to get the kids to leave. They love the slides the balls and there is a great place for the little ones in the toddler spot. It is also not a bad place to go for adults. I see more adults riding up and down the slides and chasing their Littles around every time I go. It brings a smile to my face as well as my kids and that’s what’s important. And it’s relatively close at only an hour away and well worth the drive.

We took my grandkids there yesterday in Holyoke Ma. It was amazing the kids had such fun and the staff was so nice. Plus the place was very clean. The kids had a ball. The snack bar wasn’t much but the elevator is just a few steps away and when you get off on the bottom floor you have the food court. Plus you can go back to Billy bees after you eat. You just can’t bring food and drinks back. Understandable.

It was fun but it got so crowded, and when it gets crowded it gets yucky (sweaty footprints all over the mats). Regardless, my 3-year-old loved it, we spent about 2.5 hours playing together. Her favorite activity was the rainbow slide but she really loved everything. I was surprised that there was an additional fee for the trampolines, I thought that would be included with admission. If we lived closer and could find a time that is less crowded, wed go back. But I think well stick to the trampoline park as an alternative.

Its a shame places like this feel they have to charge so much. The cost is $17 per child and $4 per adult (just to sit and watch your children). They charge you $3 for each pair of socks and you are required to purchase their brand. The trampoline and games cost extra. You could easily end up spending well over $100 for just a couple of hours of entertainment. While my kids had fun we dont feel its worth the high cost. Socks and trampoline use should be included. The place is well maintained and kept clean and they closely monitor who enters and leaves, however, their needs to be more close supervisions on the weekends, as it gets overcrowded with birthday parties and kids were getting hurt because of the total chaos.

Good place to have fun with your child. The best part is adult could go in the slide with their child. Is a little high on the price but, to have fun with your childrens is priceless.

I brought my two nephews and we had a blast. There are so many slides and little obstacle courses that kept all three of us entertained for more than four hours.They loved the trampolines, where kids go one per trampoline (there are two), with each session being five minutes. If theres no one waiting, theyll reset the clock and let you go again.I am not a tiny person and I was able to do everything they did.The arcade was small, but they have the Jurassic Park arcade game which was super fun.A little pricey at about $54 for one kid, one toddler and one adult, plus two all day trampoline passes. But it was worth it. We had so much fun.Theyll need to refurb some things soon, but it was mostly in great shape.

Its a cute place, but if you have more than one child is extremely expensive. To use the trampoline is an extra 5 dollars and more than one child at at time is not allowed.They have a consetion stand but the food is expensive frozen, and a bit nasty.

This place is awesome!! I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. From the bathrooms to around the slides and everything else. Thats a big plus for me. There was a lot for the kids to do, very entertaining place for children under 10. Theres a small arcade that has a few games and prizes. But I realy love the fact that they give the whole family matching bands when you enter, it gives a sense of security. They have the exit gate shut and an employee has to let you out. I felt comfortable letting my 5 year old run around alone and knowing he was able to find me easily. We did go to a birthday party there and I loved the way they set everything up and everything they give seems like a really good value. Also their pizza is delicious. I will definitely be bringing him back here!!

It’s great place for children, although, it is way to pricey. The policy is outrageous! You need to purchase your own socks.

Me and my daughter had the most amazing time there yesterday it is the greatest place in the world to bring kids to on a rainy day. I had the best time of my life with my little girl, and Im definitely bringing her back on another rainy day. But its a great place to go anytime any day. I will guarantee you will have one happy child.

The kids love this place but the day before Halloween we went and there was a net bridge that had a big X of caution tape that we assumed was Halloween decoration since it wasn’t truly blocked at all. Turns out there’s a hole in the net bridge and my kid fell through with one leg. Insanely unsafe.

I brought four kids with me ages 12, 11, 10 & 5 and initially I was ready to give a one star rating because they were all tired of the place after 20 minutes. Getting in was $16 per kid and $5 for me then one kid didnt have socks which was another $3. The play area is pretty good though the biggest disappointment is there is only one trampoline which you had to pay extra for and could only have one kid at a time. The arcade was pointless considering there is an awesome arcade one floor below. The snack bar was horribly priced and they dont allow outside food or drink. I bought a 20oz bottle of Coke which cost $3.20 when I can literally see a Coke machine 25 feet away outside the store. I initially wanted a fountain drink which was $2 for a large and no refills. The only choices on the fountain were hi-c and lemonade, the rest were out of order. The music was pretty much what you would expect, kids music mixed with unoffending pop music. In my opinion it was much too loud where I couldnt hear someone sitting just a few feet from me. My youngest really enjoyed her time but the other three not so much. Never going to come back as there are other similar places for less money with better equipment.

What a great place to bring kids of any young ages. The play places are vast and fun for kids. Being able to walk around within the huge playscapes to keep an eye on little ones is a great bonus, and even fun for adults to play along with their kids. The system to keep children inside in innovative yet simple, but very effective as to not worry about a child leaving unintentionally. The food is typical and slightly pricy, but its expected. Also, they have discounts for military, which is a great bonus.

We usually visit there once a month this friday after thanksgiving bring kids over there staff on gate was so rude and shouting on kids to show wrist bands after showing bands attitude problems. We are not going to visit this this again. We paid 142.99 that day. Not welcoming for moms not welcoming for kids worse customer service we received. Enter after 2pm.

Great place to bring your kids and have them run some energy out. Also a great place for adults with kids who miss jungle gyms and want to play with their kids on them. Biggest gripe is some of the slides like the big blue one or rainbow slides are just plain boring and they are impossible to go down sliding you have to force yourself down them.

Waited in line for 45 minutes because they only had one person working the front desk. The manager on could not be bothered to help out or send someone to assist the lone cashier. He would only come over if there was an issue with the computer system. Multiple people walked away from the line. I did call out the manager in regards to my concern when I saw him standing there. He still walked away. It was not until other guest also did the same that he eventually helped 2 other families.

Me and my daughter love this place. It is really big has tons of slides. Keeps you entertain for a long time. I actually couldnt find my daughter for a good couple of minutes because she ran off

Kids love this place. Lots of fun stuff for them to do. Also has a toddler area for the younger kids. Can get too crowded at times. But fun for all.

Had a birthday party there, and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful! I expected the food to be just ok, but it was actually really tasty. They did everything for us, distribute the food and drinks. We didn’t even have to clean up ourselves. I would definitely return.

Hidden rules like 2 parents cant be with their child, only one at a time, wife n i took our 2 yo and was asked for one of us to leave the play area, sign says differently but you know....0 star if i could my lil one was having a blast

I took a walk by this place in the holyoke mall. It is a huge place for kids to play in. It has slides, jungle gyms, tables and chairs you can sit and watch your kids play. They even have a ball pit for the kids to play in. It looks like a cool place to hang out with your kid or kids.

Such a great place to bring your kids. Especially during the colder months as outdoor activities can be limited. The best times are weeknights after 4pm. Weekends can get absolutely bonkers.

Great place for birthday parties for your children. Also a wonderful place to Tire your children out! Also fun for the parents as well. Security is very high here and they take it very seriously which I think is wonderful. And although the stuff has to be serious about the security they are very friendly. I will definitely be going here again.

Im on the fence on this place, with the kids its always a blast but not sure if its worth the money or if its just a glorified playground .

Clean safe and fun. Parents can pay for massage chair or sit on benches. No outside food or drink is allowed but they have a snack station and you can leave and re enter all day long for one price.

My sisters went there with my daughter while I walked the mall with my 1 year old. They were having food and my sister said it was $3 to sit at their food court area. I was okay with paying that. Went to front desk employees ignored me for 3 mins talking to each other about their personal stuff. Girl in the front says I have to pay for my child who will not be going in to play but sit with me $14?! Complete rip off.

The service is friendly and efficient. A little expensive but worth it. We celebrated a birthday.

Billy Beez is the perfect place to take your kids when its raining or very cold outside.It cost a couple bucks to get in but the play facilities will keep your kids occupied easily for at least 2 hours.They have a toddler section filled with little age-appropriate playground facilities.And they have an excellent 6 to 13 year old section. It has fast slides, crawling and tunnels, a basketball area, a soft play area with foam balls, and three stories worth of playground.They have food there as well and a water fountain.You have to become a member and they take your photo but this is mostly for security reasons.They check every single time you enter and leave to make sure your child and you have the same number on your wrist bands.You must wear socks and adults are allowed to play on all of the facilities with their children.

Always love going here with our kids.. our son is 10 and our daughter is 16 and even she has fun too

Lots of fun. Very cold almost sub-artic cold. The music is very loud probably due to the noise of all the kids playing and charging around. Staff was helpful. They sell stocks of you forget yours. Very clean. A bit pricey

Had birthday party for grandson,was charged$30.00 per child and$3.oo per adult.had7 kids and9 adults.do the math! Price included room for1 hr. 2 pizzas and drinks plus cupcake cake for kids.trampoline would have been extra$2.50 per child.do the math! just before our hour was up we were told to leave the room or an extra $75.00 would be charged to the bill.two pizzas come with room so we ordered2 more.got billed for4 pizzas. leaving kids were stopped from taking balloons said they couldnt leave billy bees.have you done the math? Bad place for kids birthday party.

Come here all the time, my 1year old and 3yr old LOVE IT here! There’s so much to do, it’s a bit pricey but anything for the kids. Not gonna complain over $4 for me. The procedure is long but it all ties down to the security of the kids I understand. I love how clean they are, every time I end up going there almost the whole staff is cleaning. I don’t get how people don’t understand the “socks” policy I mean it’s common sense (GERMS). Had an incident a while back but the manager was very understanding. Will forever be my children’s favorite place.

Took the kids there to place it was only 3 kids and two adults. I payed $60 I was forced to pay to sit on the bench and watch my kids play. They played for two hour and where bored. Not worth the money they charge. The workers there do not know how to smile. And makes it all that more depressing.

My little sister recently had a birthday party here with all her friends and family. She absolutely loved it!! There was so much for her to do and she never got tired. There was this one girl I believe her name was Vionely at the front who immediately greeted my family as soon as we walked in. She was so energetic and polite. I didnt know someone could have so much energy with all those kids around. Definitely somewhere to bring kids to enjoy.

They now require everyone to purchase the billy beez socks even if youre just watching your kids. All adults need to pay too. No spectators. I guess well be sticking to the attractions on the 1st floor from now on.

A great place to take your kids

So far weve had a very pleasant experience here. The staff checking us in was nice as well as the attendant for the trampolines. It does not state on the website but there is an additional fee to use a trampolines its $2.50 per 5 minutes and the attendant did do a great job in monitoring that. Its much larger than the photos, there are plenty of slides and three levels of play in the big area. We came early on a Saturday and its been pleasant, not overbooked, but a good way to spend a few hours to have the kids blow off some steam. Bring your own water bottles.

The staff were awesome. They helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely go again. The kids loved it.

Staff completely suck place is not safe at all for kids horrible. This place needs to fire all their staff and hire better ones somehow but the ones they have completely suck. They don’t even smile and give you attitude when you ask a question. Dont bring your kids here.

My kids love it here, its pretty big. Bathrooms are clean. You actually see people walking around cleaning and wiping things down. Their food is nothing special and pricey. A water is $3 and isnt even brand name. Went to a birthday party here too and I believe their smallest package is $300 and the party rooms a very small. Parents also have to pay a kids ticket is $16. Its expensive I would look into the 10 pack where you get more for your buck.
