Very nice beach setting, not too crowded and able to space ourselves away from others. Great day for the family just to get out of the house for an hour and a half. Parking fees were reasonable at about $5 for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Great place to relax. Parking is tight so get there early or drive couple more blocks for parking deck. Miami definitely keep up with their beach. This park has a bathroom which normally doesnt have a line like the broadwalk bathroom and not as busy.

The playground area is still closed, but the restrooms and the park are open for cyclists and runners and anyone who wants to walk around, always keeping the safe distance restrictions. The beach is also open and not crowded, plus there is a lifeguard. The only downside is the seaweed. It is out of control, the beach is absolutely horrendous because of it, so I dont recommend it now, especially if you have kids. The sea was wavy and dark, so sand gets everywhere. Not fun. I am hoping this is just a seasonal nuisance and it will be gone by July or August. If you dont mind it, then by all means. I have a suggestion for Hallandale Beach authorities: please, get a small bulldozer and take away the seaweed. Every hour or so, a small dozer can sweep and make the sand clean. I have been to Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and all of these countries have teams clearing out seaweed from their beaches. The beaches there look spotless thanks to this. Miamis beaches are a tourist attraction and people come here to enjoy our sparkly water and warm sun. Lets give them an awesome time! By getting rid of this problem, I guarantee more tourists will come down. It can be done and it wont be costly. If other countries do it, we can certainly do that too.

Gorgeous beach, park, and experience.Only downfall is, like all beaches, it costs to park and have a good time. But the beach is really worth the price for every once in a while to enjoy with family and friends, the area nearby is also quite gorgeous.

Lovely playground by the beach. I have been coming here and to West lake park since they removed from TY park the playground for babies and the swings. Here there are swings for babies and for older children, and a simple playground where also babies and toddlers can have fun.

Great parking, fine sand and nice waves keep me coming back to this spot though its an hour away from home. Definitely recommended. The boardwalk is great and has many shops from which you can rent skates, kangoo shoes, bicycles, among other things. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to eat good food (like Istanbul or Sahara (?)). Theres usually, if not always, a good environment, be careful with the bike lane of course. Perfect for a group outing to the beach. (beautiful full moon from the pics not guaranteed though!)

Beautiful. I have been sleeping in the parking lot as well as the life guard tower for weeks now. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a home away from home. JK this is unlawful.

Clean beach,, my girlfriends brother had a jr life guard camp here and that’s why we went. Super serene and pretty and unlike Miami Beach not many people which is really good. Brings out a very friendly crowd. Can’t wait to see this beach again, I went 3 times cause of that camp.

No Boardwalk, No Crowds, No Restaurants, No Bicycles, No Skateboarders, No runners, No stress.... just a simple clean NOT crowded nor commercialized beach. AWESOME!

Its very small. Its good for small kids. There is a short climbing wall, a small play area, and a small swing set for bigger kids. It has shade and restrooms. It is very close to the beach and a small library.

Wonderful beachfront with shaded community park and kid playground. Be sure to get your sunscreen, chairs, umbrella and plentiful drinks to keep cool during hot summer day. There is a washroom to get kids clean. Two parking lots are right besides playground and cost is $2 per hour.

The place was very clean and maintained, what I didnt like was how they charge four dollars for one hour. Other than that its awesome.
