It is very nice to visit my girl from time to time to hang out or see some new things happen around the place. Its not great,but it is not bad too. I enjoy it

This used to be a quiet little retirement community with lots of French-Canadians who took great care of their lots, now it is over-run by Cubans and Hispanics who are noisy at night, and it seems they are not very strict on the age restriction because there are more children running thru the neighborhood than ever. Not to mention the management seems to be very lenient on the building and improvements the natives are doing, most mobile homes have now been turned into multi-family homes or boarding houses.

Everything you would hope and expect!

Not too bad a mobile home park, nothing fancy, their price is cheep for SE Florida and a pretty safe place to live. This is the main office for 3 Mobile home parks in the area. They also have limited RV spots in some of the parks.

Every night we see Young people smoking marihuana in the park and parking area. Vehicles of people who do not live in the area occupying spaces. Excess speed within the park, there is no respect for traffic signals that are also very scarce.

My cousin lives here. Its a fairly average place. Good location.

Very bad experience Uber dropped me off there i;n the rain 18 blocks from my destination and will not pay me back my money.
