Good place for old people.very clean .

Very clean but tightly packed mobile home park, with homes very nicely kept up or new. No junk lying around nor did I see any home here, in disrepair. If you need a mobile home park in a centrally located spot near 441 and Sheridan St., This is the place. But dont go looking for someone to move out of here, any time soon.

Its not separated and organized like other trailer parks, but the homes looked nice.

The manager is rude but quiet place to live no space in between sorry for the pepl that has to deal with the manager she is rude

It is a cemetary not a mobile home park.

The girl working in the office is really bad she never doing good job
