Great views! If you are in Hilo or driving around the wet side of the big island of Hawaii dont forget to stop here.Definitely recommend it. Plan to spend a few hours if you can. And bring your camera Good times. Be sure to walk towards the light house to get some beautiful pictures.

Perhaps it was beautiful at one time, but not anymore, unfortunately. The road is partially closed because of damage of some kind.

What a beautiful place and wo Wonderful landmark to come and visit here in Hilo Hawaii there is tons of shops and tons to do downtown if youre visiting from out Of own suggest coming here.

Could be much more. Homeless people constantly milling around and occasionally living there. Not a big park or area for water access. With having lunch out or checking out for a little bit

A historic landmark..tells of heights the ocean was when the tsunamis hit the Hilo Bayfront and left destruction,devastation behind.

Some older locals like to hang out here. There is a fishing spot. No good for swimming.
