This is a nice quite park, well maintained and clean and the play structure has great padding under it to keep children safe.

If this is a public park & I paid property tax, the gate was opened, and I jogged in for my morning exercise but was very rudely told to leave as if he owns the public park when the gate was opened. Does that seem appropriate to anyone?

Nice scenery, I especially like the bayon trees.

The playground is newer and much nicer than before. The bathroom area and party area arent too clean, but theyre usable. Good place to play youth baseball.

Finally repaired & restored after flooding from Hurricane Lane. It has always been a favorite park of our ohana. Good parking, clean restrooms, pavilions, ballpark and very large playground. Pavilion is also rentable. Just be aware that there is a river behind the pavilion, it may look calm but can be very dangerous.

A must see you wont be disappointed.

Great place to walk around swim enjoy the coast

One of the few places where you can still take a leak in the parking lot.

Great park for a big picnic or just to play at the playground.

The park is big with an open space concept. There is a fenced up diamond with sests for an audience, benches behind the ball park for sitting out of the sun. The kids playpark is under construction still as of 5/12/19. Water flows not that far from the park for a relaxing spot with nature.

If you are from Hilo you know about the parkGood for softball, volleyball. Has an area for smaller kids but it is closedIf you are visiting this should not be on your list of places to go. Theres is a public restroom

Great to have a birthday party. New playground. Pavilion is spacious (6 extra large picnic tables) and also has a kitchen. Public bathrooms also.

Very nice place to come and play, plenty of shade, sometimes there are games to watch. There is a lot of room for a birthday party.

Older facility, although multipurpose. Indoor basketball court. Baseball field used quite frequently by local teams, all ages. Playground area for little ones, pavilion for get togethers available.
