Terrible place. The managers are rude and unkind. You can not even wash your own car there, with your own water, on the property you pay them for. Very disrespectful and too many rules.

Very nice mobile home park. Pretty well kept and quite.

Nicely groomed spaces. Streets are well maintained. Its quiet. Nice pool area. Large rec room. Clean laundry room.

The owners or managers or whoever they are are rude unhelpful and if they are managers they ought to be fired for picking on senior citizens

Very nice 55+ mobile home park I just wished they had a gate around the park with a combo to get into. Id feel safer with my Mom living there.

Horrible place they watch everything i do after leaving my home and they are very nosy the managers are some of the rudest people I have met in my 75 years on this earth I cant believe the treatment of the people who live here they are very discriminatory against me and my kind
