Ive unfortunately lived here for almost 16 years. This mobile home park is where hope goes to die. Not only is this place filthy and disgusting, the management is god-awful. All they do is collect rent checks. Its a maddeningly noisy place to live. It sounds like youre living in a dog pound. The neighbors blast music all night outside with amplifiers. Most of the good residents have been threatened by the bad ones, a few of the older residents are afraid to leave their mobile homes because of horrible neighbors. Management refuses to do anything, and yet the rent keeps going up. The electricity randomly goes out often, sometimes 2-3 times a day. The water is randomly shut off without notice, sometimes for hours. Ive had better luck reporting this place to code enforcement. I wish i could give zero stars! Currently looking into moving. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Dont remember going to but I guess it was ok.

Manager didnt return calls and lectured me for talking to other tenants in researching the park. This from the person who didnt return my calls unless I did something she didnt like. Then she called within the hour. Hope owner finds out how she deals on his behalf. An unprofessional, petty tyrant, in my opinion. Do not recommend.

Dirty and ghetto looking.. first impression on what I saw but might have a few gems in disguise
