Its a nice family park typically quiet and safe.
Vary nice tenants and a good place to work
Small place people are pretty nice there but its pretty crammed.
It is a good place to live, but sadly it has several things that are not good for some months now you have to pay extra parking, the rent went up a lot and I do not know what else is next! We are thinking about leaving this place ..
Nice neighborhood. Swimming pool.
I have lived here a couple of months and the new manager Suzie is great! She is helping our kids get together for nice wholesome fun. The park is clean and quiet. Great family park!
Love this place it like a little dump
The place needs to be fixed the front yard is on kinda nasty but overall it was arl
If you are thinking of moving into this park, I would seriously reconsider. My family and I have had nothing but bad experiences living here and in particularly the on site manager who is well known for cussing at and insulting the kids who play here. This is not a place to raise a family or retire if either of these are your season in life. The amenities are virtually non existent as the pool is only open 3 months out of the year and the laundry facilities are only unlocked at the managers convenience. If you are young and like to party or you enjoy daily police visits to your neighbors or perhaps the nightly drama of yelling and screaming from multiple locations in the park well then this is the place for you. There are also monthly fees for trash bins that overflow and water bills (which increase every year) of which, despite laws, no receipt is kept or given. I asked the manager for a copy of park policies and a monthly statement/receipt of which was refused. I am glad to have moved out and found a safer more family friendly environment.
☆ 4/17~Well, we have a new manager now, lets hope things r better! No more cussing @ kids Jack Black!☆ UPDATE~12/2017...Well,, rent is going up AGAIN,$25.00 on 3/18. Seems silly to me, because (rent for me) just went up, this year $40 a month, no upgrades, perks going down, & pool isnt even heated, anymore! (+ other)It seems excessive for a mobile home park (with perks deducted!) to go up this much in 2 years. What do you all think? Seeing that most mobile home parks, consist of lower incomed, disabled,& SSI Income, persons.. I could go on for hours on how unfair, I believe this is. I mean, the millions of $$ these owners make on rent alone, is amazing. Not to mention, the mobile homes they aquire, from the (usually) elderly, that passes away, who have no family that wants to take responsibility of the rent (& raising of)monthly.. And you would be surprised, how families refuse excepting these homes. They are usually too small for a family unit, & if they own or are buying thier own home, why move to a property rental, owning just a metal box, that usually needs much repair, due to the family/friend, who dont make enough to upgrade anything. Not to mention, other downfalls. I just dont understand, & I wish we could find the assistance we need, to rectify this issue.☆ My Recommendation? Dont purchase a home in a Mobile Home Park! Total rip-off. As far as I am concerned, this park is the worst. You will get
