As a member of Harvest Host, this is a very nice place to stay. We were able to park our 40’ class A with no issues. The museum itself is very interesting, especially if you’re a MOPAR person, you’ll love it. I really liked the “Tucker” displays. All of the cars are beautiful and clean. If you’re in the area, take a little time to check this place out.
Visited this AWESOME museum while visiting Harrisburg. The staff was very friendly and I even got my own personal tour. If you are ever in the Harrisburg area - this museum is a must see!!
We really like this Museum and try to make a stop everytime we are in the area. Its always changing and there is always something new to see. Definitely recommend!
Great museum to visit! All the staff was very friendly and informative! The museum is very clean and they have a path clearly labeled to follow with many hand sanitizer stations available. My son also loved the Disney Cars themed scavenger hunt! Highly recommend!!
Incredible collection of all things motor related. From the bus featured in the movie speed to an Oscar Myer pedal car, and some really rare one of a kind autos like the Tucker Collection. The guides were very freindly and the video on hemi engines helpful for a novice like me. We came and figure we spend an hour tops...but left 3 hours later. Go see it
Incredibly well curated auto museum. Friendly, informative crew & docents.Inexpensive...bring the entire family.
Ive gone there many times with my family, always a great pleasure seeing all if the beautiful cars and history of them.
Fun and informative. Great for a car buff in your life or to learn more about cars and other vehicles since their inception. Its a fun and well worth it time for the entire family.
Great selection of historic cars and very knowledgeable staff.
Great museum with knowledgeable and friendly staff
Beautiful cars for each decade, emblem collection, motorcycles, and a train room. 3 floors.
Wide variety of amazing exhibits. A must for any car fan
An eclectic collection of vintage automobiles, fully restored in period venues with props, literature, and murals. The largest group of Tucker 48 perhaps in the world. Changing exhibits spotlight vehicles of popular interest. Todays exhibits include a 1955 Chrysler Imperial, a Aston Martin DB5, used several times in the James Bond franchise, and two DMC Delorean cars; of course, this vehicle was fitted with controls of a time machine in the movie series, Back to the Future. Todays special event was vendors selling various die cast toys on all three levels of the museum. Sanitary stations are located through the building and temperature scanning is performed prior to admission. This museum is associated with the Smithsonian Institution and honors Veterans on Veterans Day and on other days, offers a substantial Veterans discount for ticketing. Highly recommended !
Wonderfull auto museum with beautifully restored antique vehicles and friendly knowledgeable docents.
What a great car Museum. The cars were very well displayed. Lots to see and friendly, helpful staff.
Todays car show was awesome! Clean and friendly staff made parking a breeze, as well as exiting. Wide array of vehicles at the car show, but an exceptional collection inside. I would recommend anyone who enjoys cars to visit. Absolutely worth the trip
Had a great time taking my dad and my 9 year old son. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. The installments and displays are interesting, interactive and fun, and staff are helpful and informative. Lots of old cars, motorcycles, memorabilia and hood ornaments. My son especially enjoyed the interactive train room display.
Classy and state-of-the-art.
Such a good place to look at cars! Highly Reccomend!
I visit here often. Staff is excellent and collection is circulated and special exhibits are always well done!
What an awesome place to visit for a history lesson on the automobile. Staff is very knowledgeable. The Tucker & Studebaker exhibit are both top notch. Well worth the $12.50 entrance fee!
Great museum with lots of cars to see and plenty of information on each car. Very cool to learn about the history of transportation! The tucker room is very interesting
Very fun museum to walk around and see how cars were built and designed back in the day. I had a lot of fun on the bottom floor walking inside some of the buses that were in movies like Forrest Gump and Speed.
Ive been waiting awhile to visit this museum. I was not disappointed during our visit yesterday. I know zip about cars - I felt the placards next to each vehicle were very informative and made me feel I could walk away with a liiiiittle bit more knowledge about these beautiful objects. Fantastic variety of automobiles that would interest so many.
Such an amazing place. Plan to spend some time there so you can read everything. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and bright. Fun gift shop with a penny machine!
There are three floors full of cars. There were all kinds of unique and beautiful cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend to any one who likes cars. They even had antique buses and an old food truck diner! Very cool!
As always, this is a must see if you are a gear head visiting the Hershey area. We tend to come here once or twice a year, as they are always rotating whats being displayed.Through October they are showing a large exhibit of Mustangs. As a lifelong Mustang fan this was a blast for me and my daughter. Of note were a couple of Boss 302s, a Boss 429 and the Mustang III concept/prototype.If youre in the area, definitely stop by and check it out!
Very nice museum of antique cars, busses, and motorcycles. It is very open, very well lit, plenty of parking, and nice themes around the museum with the cars. There are special events held during the year (we just did the 80s event featuring the Ferrari from Ferris Buellers Day off and showing of the movie) There are guides available for tours when you go in. There are multiple bathrooms and a very nice gift shop. The staff is very friendly if you have any questions. It is reasonably priced and the vehicles change through out the year.
Excellent place. Fantastic displays and amazing historical vehicles
Nice collection of cars and the staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back!
We were in hershey for a tradeshow. We stumbled on this great museum. We loved it. 150+ vintage motorcycles, 50+ studebakers, and hundreds of hood ornaments. Absolutely loved this museum. We will be back.
Its an interesting place with many stories about cars over the years.
Very interesting and a lot of information. Very good exhibits.
Well done! We will come again soon.
If you are a classic/antique car fanatic like I am, this is the place to visit. Be sure to take the bonus tour down to the garages where they store all the vehicles that arent on display or are being repaired. Well worth the extra money.
The pictures speak for themselves. I posted just a few of the beautiful automobiles on display. Every vehicle also has a framed display with information about its history. Well worth the visit and great for kids too! The model train layout is a bonus!
What a amazing museo. Friendly service and lot to see. Very clean.
One of the only Bus Museums in the country that has transportation history on display at this level of preservation and only on the East Coast to host the Annual Spring Fling Event, first weekend in June where many preserved buses from around the country gather for the weekend..
Great cars. Lost of interesting facts.
Awesome array of vintage cars! The current Garage finds exhibit is a lot of fun if you like cars with a story.I would recommend at least 2 hours to fully enjoy everything. We arrived at 3:45 and with the museum closing at 5 it was just not enough to fill see everything but we were able to rush through it all. Employees were adamant about closing on time, wish they would have let us look through the gift shop.Awesome collection of antique buses in the basement! Highly recommend this museum. It was a fun break from all of the chocolate in Hershey. This is a blue star museum meaning they offer discounts for active duty military and their families. If youre a veteran, they also give you a discount.
Took my grandson and had a great time! Very nostalgic seeing some of the cars I rode in as a child and drove as a young adult. The train room was a big hit with my grandson. Highly recommend a visit!
Beautiful cars and wonderful people
I dont know how they keep the cars so spotless, but they do. There is a great Studebaker exhibit going on right now. 3 floors of fun. Top floor doesnt have too much, except there is an exceptional hood ornament/radiator cap exhibit. Bottom foor has about 10 busses and lots of motorcycles. The floor you enter onto has all the cars, including a nice Tucker car exhibit. While I was there they were setting up for some sort of epic wedding reception. Looked like everyone was getting a special matchbox car. The place I work at, a couple years ago, rented the whole place out for a fun work dinner evening. Since the place is 9 to 5 everyday, they can rent it out for special events in the evening. Oh yeah, the Hershey Kissmobile was parked outside the day I went too. 10 buck admission, lots of free parking and handicapped accessible.
This place is really cool. They have a Polar Express movie night for children, that I thought was a really good price considering they provide food, drinks, and snacks for the kids. The museum had a ton of extremely interesting cars. The Delorean is clearly a fake though, as it has no flux capacitor.
Amazing. I highly recommend this hidden gem if youre in Hershey Pennsylvania
Theres a lot of cool vehicles there like the Delorean from Back to The Future, and 2 busses from Speed and Forest Gump! If you like cars, this is a great place to go to see cars from different points in time. From the 1890s to the 1980s.
A truly world class museum in our back yard!
Wow the history of the automobile is amazing..its a great experience so glad I visited!
Great Museum! Amazing collection of cars!
One of the best auto museums we have ever visited. The staff is outstanding. A must see when in Hershey Pa. Area.
Great place for a private party.
I loved going here.. we didnt plan it, it we ended having a great time! the staff/volunteers here are great too.. not to brag but we got a secret tour into the garage and we got to look at the one of a kind henry ford model collection! they also have the bus from speed and forest gump which made this the best car museum I have ever been to!
Very nice! Large, professional displays. If you like cars (or busses or motorcycles), its worth visiting.
Wonderfully preserved cars and buses in the same location.
A bit small but some beautiful vehicles on display. Small size makes it easy to see the whole place in just a few hours, if that. Not too expensive for ticket and entry and the money is needed to keep up the facilities and help maintain the exhibits.
Exceptional cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and model trains on display and more. Enjoyed it very much with the family. Will return again!
This museum is AWESOME!Many cars exhibited are from the days when the US had hundreds of manufacturers. Some I had forgotten about and some I had never heard of before. Who knew that Briggs and Stratton made a car - small single cylinder powered by a fifth wheel. A whole wing of Tucker autos and factory memorabilia shown by a friendly docent. Two Fageol busses - one city bus and one cross country bus. One of the vary knowledgeable staff members opened up a panel of a 1906 Waltham to show me the simple CVT (continuously variable transmission) much like I have in my snowblower. They also have an extensive collection of exotic hood ornaments. Be prepared to stay for hours, there is LOTS to see.
For car enthusiasts. Loved taking the tour through time to see automobile history. You could climb into some of the vehicles and see what the inside looks like.
Great museum! Parking was plentiful and easily accessible, the layout of the museum was very intuitive, the employees and volunteers were extremely helpful and friendly, and there were ample activities and things to see for patrons of all ages.I came with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old, just hoping that their love for everything vehicular would sustain their interest. What I wasn’t expecting was the large variety of hands-on activities geared toward little tykes, including:- Several wooden train tables, ride-on rockers, puzzles and art activities in the main play area on the bottom floor;- An entire room dedicated to an elaborate, beautifully maintained miniature railroad scene, complete with child-height buttons that brought individual scenes to life with movement and lights;- A replica of a classic diner with stools to climb on, a working jukebox and free “soda jerk” hats for kids to take home;- And, last but not least, real buses and cars they could climb into and explore.Needless to say, I was more than pleasantly surprised. This museum is a must-see—at just a fraction of the cost of more commercialized attractions in the area. We had a great time!
Impressive collection of vehicles spanning over a century. Creatively displayed with an obvious love for all things transportation. Well worth the visit.
Great place for kids, this is actually my sons favorite Museum for our visit to Hershey town. Lots of beautiful and well-maintained antique cars from early 1900 to 1980. One of must-see museums when you come to visit Hershey. Nice location- just a few minutes driving from the Hershey Museum.
Fantastic museum for any gearhead or any history buff. We visit at least once a year, they have permanent & rotating exhibits. The docents are very knowledgeable & everyone is friendly!
My first time coming to the AACA Museum inc. I walked through the door everyone was friendly. I couldnt wait to see the Tucker torpedo. The Tucker section of the museum is a must see. There was a whole room with Tucker engines and cars. Blue prints photos. If you are a fan of the movie. Please come by its really worth the drive. Not far from Hershey park. Studebaker cars and trucks. Really nice and motorcycles.
Stopped by as a side trip.Very close to 81 and definitely worth a stop. Beautiful historic cars with period vignettes such as a drive in, gas station etc. Accurate and detailed. If you love trains there is a whole room display with interactive buttons. 5 stars!
If in the area be sure to stop and visit. Nice display of autos and motorcycles. Kids had a fun time too.....
What a great place. Worth the time to stop and take a tour.
Great place to visit for the car lover.
Visited with my boyfriend on a Saturday afternoon. I didnt think I would be as intrested in it as I was! Really cool antique cars, Tucker cars and other interesting vehicles and the history to go along with them! The bus from the movie Forrest Gump is there and you can go inside and check it out. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. A must visit if you are in the area!
Great selection of cars and a nice gift shop
Worth your time! Wife and I spent almost three hours looking at and reading about the cars, lots of documentation. We were the last visitors to leave, a few stayed late in the gift shop for us to look around, prices are VERY reasonable!
Very nice museum with lots of wonderful cars of all types. Very friendly staff. Well maintained, clean, fresh displays that change from time to time. Well done at the Mustang Premier!
Loved the museum. Quiet and neat! Kids can have fun at the room full of model trains.
Definitely a place to go to, display changes often!
What a great time my favorite part was the story behind the car Im placing a picture of.. You Must Go!
This place is phenomenal, cannot recommend enough.
Looking for something to do and came across this museum. It was great to see all the fantastic looking cars. We own a 40 Studebaker Champion so it was great to see other Studebaker cars.
Awesome place. Great vehicles. Was just at Autos and ales. Highly recommend. A must visit for any opening night of a new exhibit or if you just like great old car.
Very nice collection of vehicles.Be sure to see the Tucker collection. They also have two Delorians. Building is new, clean and ample parking. Handicap accessible and elevator available. Near other attractions and restaurants. Hotel on grounds and others nearby. Easy access to highways.
A hidden gem, great family experience and educational.Fun area for kids and great information for adults.Visit often the exhibits are always changing.
You like classic cars and little history of them this place has it. You wont be disappointed
Fantastic collection of motor vehicles supported by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff in an impeccably maintained facility. A must see for visitors of all ages to Hershey.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Exhibits where ace
Great place if your car guy. I was lucky and went when they had a car show outside of the museum so double whammy for me
Amazing collection! Especially the Tucker exhibit.
If you like cars this is the place for you to go, there are so many beautiful cars, they also have buses that you can go into, which the kids really enjoyed, they also have motorcycles
Saw a bus used to make the movie Speed
If you love Studebaker, as well as some of the old and discontinued marques, then youll love this museum. The museum staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars that are on display. The displays are changed for different themes, so you if you are looking for a specific make, then check their website for whats on display at a specific time. They have handicap parking, as well as handicap access to the museum, so there are no worries there. Take a ride out there and see for yourself.
Had a great afternoon at the museum. Nicely displayed exhibits. Clean and comfortable.
This is the biggest auto museum I have visited. Some amazing exhibits. The best Tucker collection out there too! Def worth a trip if you are visiting Hershey!
Wow was fun to see the old vehicles
Amazing stock of cars. My 14 year old son loves cars old and new. This place has antique cars and they tell you some history behind the cars. We learned so much. We ended up staying here for a few hours. Price was on par with the tour.
Nice selection of cars, buses and mini bikes
My first time here; I will visit again! Their exhibits change from time to time so theres something new to see. The exhibits that will change were Tucker and Studebaker automobiles. Very well presented; theres a lot of knowledge on this staff. Also, I volunteered here; a very good experience! Met some extremely good people and had a great time. AACA Museum is highly recommended!!
This is a beautiful museum, I can not recommend this museum enough!
Gorgeous museum, amazing staff! We rented the whole place for an evening and the folks at the AACA worked with us to make sure everything went flawlessly
