A quality set of small trails that take you through the woods a wetlands with plenty of birds and other wildlife to admire. Personally I preferred the trails in the rest of the park away from the wetlands due to the significantly lower insect and wasp populations.Bug repellent is an absolute must.

Short trailhead but mostly clean. A nice light trail before you hit the main park.

Decent walk close to the city. Never far enough from 41 to get away from the traffic noise. Trails can be flooded at spots even during comparatively low water. I would not come here if I was not in the Evansville/Henderson area.

Sunny days are the best time to go to the wetlands. Its beautiful when the sun rays peak through the trees. Its also a good place to take dogs. There usually arent many people there.

The paved trails, lakes, rivers, field, trees, and gorgeous wildlife made our 4 mile walk seem like a walk in the park (no joke intended). I can appreciate the numerous portable bathrooms along the trail! My bladder thanks you!

This place is beautiful, with a nice wooden path to walk through the swampy area. Very peaceful here.

Nice to have some benches along the trails to sit and watch nature.
