Owners are slum lords. They dont care about tenants just the color of the almighty dollar.

DO NOT move here. Its a crap hole. Extremely ran down, poor maintenance. Poor living conditions. The land lord is a slum Lord who DOESNT do anything to ANY of the mobile homes. His maintenance men do meth and steal your stuff, Theyre extremely infested with bugs, falling apart and NONE are up to code, almost all the mobile homes are 25+ years old. Rent is extremely outrageous, 3bedrm, 1 bath is 650-700 $ a month. Thats insane! The place is ran down and full of meth heads who steal your stuff while youre at work. The landlord should be investigated ASAP! He cuts corners and puts peoples familys at risk. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Extremely dangerous living conditions and hes been sued over 40 times that I know of. RUN! Youve been warned...Update: This review keeps getting removed (shocker!) so I’m going to be posting this each & everyday for the years to come. So enjoy the truth
