Quiet, not trashy like majority Mobile Home Parks are these days

Under new owners with new rules and a new lease. Rents going up and the new lease allowed them to enter private owned homes whenever they want. It also no longer allows privet sale of homes do not buy here

Nice place...

I believe it is now the most expencive trailer park in henderson. Under new owners rent is raised 20 percent (if you count the added water cost it might be doubled), the front will now have to pay for water somthing that was not like that before, not only do you pay for water its not just your water they take the whole parks water and will divide it. I live by myself and will be paying for more then just the water I use. You will also be required to pay a pet fee even if the pet will never leave the home YOU OWN and you will be required to give them a key to your home and they can enter it without permission, I dont understand how its legal. Hopefuly the new owners will look into how this will effect the people who have been living here for year and year but sadly they probly wont care

Nice quiet place to live clean people friendly

Great place to live now that its under new owners /management.

For a Mobile home park its clean with good down home folk an well lit.

In need of a place. Called for about a week and never got an answer. Twice a day for over a week. Never got a hold of anybody. I never checked to see if the number is an up to date number but no point calling the one thats listed.
