( i even told her Im searching for a 2 bath or 3 bedroom mobile home i have no kids or pets ( She said No i dont have any .

Love living here in my rv with my 2 rescues, because of Debbie, their down to earth management, laudramat and pool!

Great place to live, children friendly, Seniors as well.Community BBQs and pot lucks when possible,A place where every one knows your name, and we all watch out for each other.

Its an older mobile home park. Its surprisingly very quiet and not a bad place to live. Rent is very fair.

All though I don’t live here I purchased a camper from a gentleman here. In the loading process I got to see the community, everyone seemed very friendly and nice to each other as well as being quite.

1uiet place usually but go slow the kids r around roads slightly narrow but u can Miniver round more updates to the rentals I believe with the right work it could be a nice place to live. U do actually Kno ur neibors. Block parties. FOOTBALL PARTIES Life

I have a family member who lives there.Park is run down, trash, broken down vehicles.Some places are nice, not enough.

I travel that road all the time and I think that because henderson need to innovate the property because it looks lifeless and color remember that is what we see at first glance when entering by the old henderson

If there was an option for negative reviews Id give it 100 negative stars.The manager sucks and never opens her door during office hours and never explains things properly. has a disgusting attitude that makes me want to expunge this place out of existence. the water is constantly going out and then she tells us itll be back on in an hour but then one hour turns into one day the neighbors are a bunch of Hoarders and have junk overflowing and when you have to clean your yard all of the stuff they want clean you already have it clean oh and get this you cant have pitbulls, Rottweilers and other certain dog breeds and you cant have a lawn so you want me to live in a place with no grass and flowers well sucks for you now doesnt it.And the park has absolutely no color so it kills the mood and when they open the pool they close it for the whole week after it opened the day before and make us suffer during the week I could have a pool in my backyard right now if I was allowed to but no they want us to suffer and not have a cool day so all in all this place sucks and I would not recommend you live here.

I lost my puppy one day and everybody in the park cared and was a big help finding her love the place great people

Almost got hit several different times while I was there .. people have no regard for children or elderly. No one actually. Speeding threw there at 35+miles an hr. When the speed limit is 15. Asked the manager to PLEASE ENFORCE SPEED LIMIT. AND THAT WAS LAST YEAR. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. ....NOTHING...WHY THE MANAGER WONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT IS BEYOND ME. PUT IN A FEW SPEED BUMBS. FOR CHRIST.SAKE. INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT WHO S MAKING A LIL EXTRA NOISE WHY DONT SHE WORRY ABOUT POSSIBLY SAVING A LIFE .. BECAUSE SOME ONE IS GONNA GET HURT! NO EXCUSE.FOR THE SHEER LAZINESS ON MANAGEMENTS BEHALF.

I MAKE SURE THAT NO FUNNY BUISNESS IS GOING ON .. DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR KIDS. ACROSS FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WALMART WALGREENS ALBERTSONS, TACO BELL, SONIC, SUBWAY, DELTACO,LIL CEASERS,BURGER KING. CIRCLE K. 7-11 WILD FIRE CASINO AND LIQUOR MARKET SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE., SMOKE SHOP, 24 HR FITNESS AND ST.ROSE EMERGENCY ROOM ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE AND BUS STOP RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET IF BUS IS WAY OF TRAVEL . . MANAGEMENT STRIVES TO MAKE SURE EVERY BODYS CONCERNS ARE ADDRESSED AND DONE SO IN A TIMELY MANOR .

This is a very quiet area. Except when the dogs start barking across the street . I watch the older woman has to pass to get the post box

No place like home

This place is an embarrassment. Its a dilapidated tiny community and I think unfortunately is because of neglect or misuse.

Where r landowners. It would be nice to have running water
