Much nicer than I expected. Pretty far from the strip and everything else but its beautiful. We just used lyft to get around. The staff is friendly. Food at the steak house restaurant is delicious with great drinks. Its also clean and they have employees cleaning and sanitizing regularly. The grounds are well kept and beautiful also. Id stay here again.

Really nice resort, I would rate it a strong 4 Diamond or forbes 4 star. Beautifully decorated, upscale. Overall very friendly.Slots were numerous and spaces nicely, tables were nicely located. Not overly packed. I was there in the morning on a Sunday during pandemic, so not busy, but very nice

Wonderful atmosphere. Very clean and friendly staff. Only drawback machines a lil tight and beverage server can take a while. I love my comps. The rooms are beautiful especially if you get strip view so pretty. Burgers and Brews Restaurant is absolutely scrumptious!! Baby Cakes Bakery the cheesecake literally melted into my soul!! So smooth and decadent. Yummmmm. These pics reflect the time I went while pools were still open. The M resort is a funny little place. I never been here and I live in Vegas, now. The place is absolutely quiet. I mean that is not a bad thing. Most of Vegas is packed even with limited capacity due to the pandemic. Finding a table or slot to play in some of the more popular casino is sometimes a daunting task since 3 or 4 per table and every other slot is shut down. But at the M, it is still 3 per table. But since no one is here. Not much of a wait. All slots are opened and I was able to jump from 1 slot to another without blinking.Sadly. Because of the lack of people, the cocktail ladies are limited, but once they know that your tipping and playing, they move towards you quite quickly. So waiting for my first drink, it was 20 minutes. Waiting for my next 3 drinks. 5 minute apart. My neighbor who I came with drove. So no DUIsNow for the other amenities, non existant. But it was a weekday. Also, for new members. 5 dollar free slot play and more free slot play money once you gambled. I think I got 50 dollars of free slot play for the day. Ended up 700 dollars richer then I came, just from the free play from hitting a bonus on buffalo. 200 from the bj table. Not a bad day.

Absolutely comfortable stay. View from the room was amazing and the bathroom was second to none with a TV in the mirror and all. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

This one star is for how the place looks which is just not that fancy at all. The pool area should not be seen from the inside those windows should have curtains because people dont want to see others in their bathing suites. The security is good very helpful not the ones out side though they werent helpful at all.

I always visit M on my way to Las Vegas! Resort has this brand new feel since I first visited in 2011! Well maintained casino, friendly staff, lots of accessible parking.

Excellent resort! Felt like I was somewhere in Mexico with this convenient little getaway. The pool was gorgeous and peaceful with plenty of room to spread out. We only got to eat at Burgers and Brews (which was great btw - got the salmon and hubs the mushroom burger) b/c most of the dining options were closed due to Covid right now (bummer). The gym was very well equipped and had a nice view of the pool. Definitely will be going back especially when all of it is open!

Nice place! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and upscale patrons. Its off strip, but the M resort has everything you need right there. Murphys restaurants on site. Plenty of casino for space too. Watch out for The Wheel of Fortune slot, it will hook you. ;)Really nice rooms with great views on either side!

We really enjoyed this Casino. Arther was our dealer most of the time and he was very friendly and easy going. It may be a bit of a drive from the strip but this is surely worth the short trip.

The resort itself was clean and versatile. When I turned on the water in the room, black sewage overflowed in the bathroom and the smell was so strong I had to leave the room. Management sent a repair team and cleaning service to fix the issue but it took over 3 hours in which I had to be outside of the room (problem started at 11pm).

LOVE this resort. Clean, quieter than the strip but great vibe. Not too far to uber/lyft/taxi to strip or outlets. The suites are amazing and they are eco friendly. Nice pool and amenities.

I Absolutely loved this place I was in Vegas for a class boy I wish I could have stayed longer I will return though the rooms are beautiful and overall just a beautiful place if youre a diehard Raiders fan this is your home as it is the official home

Probably not a good time to rate hotels or casinos during covid. The M is no exception. For instance, Ive stayed there many times pre-covid and liked to have breakfast at one of the restaurants there. That restaurant is closed most of the week now and apparently only open from Thursday through Sunday or something. Also, (and I get you have to covid disinfect the rooms), but whatever they are cleaning the sheets with and the towels with is clearly too much. It had me itching and scratching for days! Not a good feeling.On the bright side, the room rates were low, particularly if you are from California and even though its on Las Vegas Blvd. Its far enough away from the Strip if you want some relative solitude.

Clean room and kind staffs but no toothbrush and cottonswaps and sleepers. we were given 2nd floor room, cause they said there is no one kingbed room on higher floor so the view from the room was not good and there was birds wing on the roof :/and the pool opening time is 10am-6pm so I could not use.if you are looking for a hotel for just sleeping in a clean room, I recommend this hotel. ah, there is a costco near and that costco is so good and clean. plus, cheap gas price.

Absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The view was lovely. The bathroom was large with his and hers sinks, a huge tub, separate shower and separate toilet area. The room was efficient too...have to keep your keep card inserted to keep the lights on. (Wish I could do that at home.) I cant say enough about the food choices except that I overdid it...in a very tasty way. And there is definitely enough to do in the various bars and lounges with live entertainment that was awesome. Its a resort to repeat!

Fantastic resort and casino. Im a Las Vegas local and The M is my favorite place for a staycation. The resort is very modern and has great amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and come with great views of the mountains. There are several great restaurants in the casino. Id highly recommended a stay here

We were allowed to check in early with no issues. Our room dresser had a broken door and we were moved to another room immediately. CDC guidelines are followed 100% here. Its super clean and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love it here and will return.

The hotel is very nice . The check in was not friendly and we almost left . But Im glad we stayed .We met someone on the floor who listened to our complaint and apologized and was even nice to accommodate us with wrist bands for the fireworks at the pool and some souvenir glasses. The fireworks were worth very dollar we paid to stay very patriotic and the perfect 4th.. But I advise to CALL hotel directly and ask for whatever your needs are as the website is not accurate . There was no valet, bellhop or room service not all restaurant are open and pool is limited to a certain number of guests so if you plan to swim check ahead . On a good note the bars had very friendly bartenders who were very accommodating and actually helpful so stop by there and have a drink you might get tips on some fun spots! And the slots were I dont want to say loose but fair we made back enough to keep playing and having fun all night.

Im not really much for complaining, but I did explain my situation to the staff at the front desk of the M. Upon check out they did not even bother to ask how my stay was. I was just wanting to get away for a couple days as a local here in Las Vegas I expected much more and was disappointed on many levels.

Absolutely beautiful place! Very clean and relaxing! The staff went above and beyond for me making sure everything was taken care of even when asking questions I was given very detailed information!!! Can’t wait to visit again! Pool was great as well great family friendly atmosphere also.

This particular casino on first went to in 2015 for my daughters wedding. so lets become my all-time favorite casino in the continental United States. Ive been to you know hundreds of casinos Indian casinos you name it all over the country and in parts of Canada I might add. Overall overall this is my favorite place the rooms are expensive so you get early on peck in the heart you get Man if you can latch on to one get it stay there spend at least one night there I can get you spend like as long as you want to spend there. Great place great staff you know just excellent every every way.

The resort is very nice! Customer service is phenomenal! However the walls in the rooms are paper thin. In the bathroom where you want to relax in the beautiful tub you can hear the TV next door as if youre sitting directly in front of it. In the bedroom you can hear others conversations clearly, I can tell when my neighbor lowers their electric shades.

Omg I cant say enough. The rooms are gorgeous and it view was amazing. Thats even a tv in the mirror of the beyond elegant bathroom!

This is the first time I have visited the M resort. I wanted to get away from the strip. As I hoped, parking was free and easy, check in was a breeze and the room was immaculate. The view was great, distant view of the famous Las Vegas Strip which was amazing. The pool was nice, the casino floor had good energy and was clean and in order. I will be staying here again in the future for sure.

I love this place. Well the hotel rather. The views from the upper floors of the strip off in the distance are amazing. The rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. I just cant give this place 5 stars only because the casino is lacking. The lack of game variance is apparent, as you become lost seeing the same machines spread throughout. If this place had a better selection of games it would be hands down 5 stars.

Rooms are nice here. Wish they would go back to not charging resort fees, but I can see why they are doing what they are doing. We only used the hotel for sleeping, didnt use any other accommodations, but the rooms exceeded expectations for the price.

A truly fabulous hotel and casino. This has to be 5 star and nothing less. On the casino floor everywhere you look theres quality and so stylish as well as being so spacious spotlessly clean and a pleasure to be there. The staff we encountered were great and took an interest. The buffet ranks very high in the quality stakes. What not to like. Superb.

I have been going to Vegas forever and the M has been the best experience ever. The only thing is that they need to have coffee makers in the rooms. Even the cheapest hotels provide their guests coffee.

Disappointing in that the slot machines are not like the normal ones you will see and play on the strip. A very good amount of slot machines are not the ones that can allow you to bet 2 quarters maximum. I realize that the slot machines are not a way to win constantly. Since the odds are far greater than the tables. One definitive thing is that upon entering into the casino, your temperature is taken and IDs are checked. There is not that heavy smell of cigarettes in the area. Staff is helpful in assisting you with regards to your question/s.

A nice hotel with a cavernous entry leading to a well decorated interior and very nice staff. I found my room (2 bedroom with a view of the mountains) clean and spacious. Each hotel employee I encountered was considerate. Everyone maintained social distance and mask protocol including the hotel restaurants. The view was just ok, but my main complaint was the strong scent throughout the hotel. Luckily it was not strong in the room but my clothes from the weekend at the M reeked like I had put on too much perfume.

Always a good time here plus the official Raiders spot with the beautiful Raiders poker table in the VIP

No promos, comps, nothing that is enticing... The only food they had was fried and I didnt see one single restaurant open. Dont think we will be back.

Located far south on Las Vegas Boulevard, the M is a newer casino resort that is not only beautiful, its very affordable. The service is also on point, everyone is friendly and quick to respond. Everything is immaculate, from the carpet to the gaming surfaces and bathrooms. I have been to many 5 star hotels in California, Puerto Rico, New York and Florida, and this place is nicer than any Ive been to in other states. Vegas kind of spoils you like that with its magnificent hotels and very affordable prices.

Beautiful resort! Clean, off-strip and not so hectic. The buffet is great as well and not so expensive. Very nice place, business oriented with conventions and all but very welcoming. Cocktail waitress kept the drinks coming too so that’s always a plus. Yes, I will be back.

A beautifully designed structure. Modern, clean, sensual. A breathtaking pool features a brilliant catwalk right down the very middle. Very reminiscent of Grecian spas... everything here left me speechless.

We spent a week there and we were treated like royalty. Everyone was polite and respectful. We had so much fun. I walk with a cane and for longer periods I need a wheelchair. Everyone went out of their way to help me and accommodate my needs. Highly recommend M Resort. The steak I posted was med rare and cooked to absolute perfection! Im sorry I cant remember the restaurant name (steak and seafood restaurant) but it was AMAZING!

The queen beds were not comfortable, we specified a king bed during advanced booking but they ran out of them. We were offered the ability to change rooms the following day but when you already have all of your stuff set up, it would have been inconvenient. Paul at poolside provided our party with phenomenal service. They were strict on wearing masks.

9/25 Update: getting worse. Just got in driving from L.A. found out at 11:10 that the Vig now closes at 11pm. No food available anywhere except the bakery.Service is terrible. Tried late lunch at Burgers and Brew at 4pm, but the hostess said no tables were available without a reservation. Many empty tables but was told it would be a wait. Tried 32 Degree but no service. Tables were full of people waiting for to order, not even water offered. Beverage service at slots is non-existent during the day. Played same machine for over an hour, no servers.

We usually stop here when were driving to Vegas from LA. Great food at Vig Deli.

Luxury, luxuries, push. It is not for the lite in hand. However do not let that stop you. It features a privacy of inclusiveness that even a small player feels like they belong. Plenty of dining for those who like a special night out with all the trimmings. Nightclubs that you must dress to impress featuring state of the art sound system. And yes their is VIP lounges in many of the area. Down side, I end in the back of the casino looking for this 4 star hotel. And the penny machines were hard to find. Ball on.

Decent resort, about 15 min away from las vegas strip. Restaurants are pretty good and they do have a nice coffee/breakfast Cafe that is open 34 hours. Casino is nice as well. Hosted a mixer at the M Vue and highly recommend this venue, with beautiful views of the Vegas strip and pool area.

No room service...... tried to order up some breakfast and no dice just know that. Other than that beautiful hotel great service and clean new and clean spot to feel comfortable at.

We went to Anthonys steakhouse for the first time, the day before Valentines Day because we hate the crowd. We got a nice booth and could see them cooking in the open kitchen. Our server, Dave, was very nice. We both had shrimp cocktails which we enjoyed and then split the full Caesar salad. The salad was great, homemade croutons and anchovies. We both got the 9 oz fillet, also delicious. We split the scalloped potatoes and asparagus. I think the potatoes were our favorite thing. They brought us a dessert for our anniversary which was nice. Cant wait to go back.

The room was very big. My daughter had planty space to run around. The bathroom had a nice bathtub. The pools were closed - I didnt like that, because its still very warm outside.

The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. All of the staff we interacted with throughout the resort were very friendly and nice. The sweets and baked goods at Baby Cakes were AMAZING. I cannot find one thing to complain about. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is away from all of the craziness of the strip, but close enough you can enjoy that if you want to.

Came here for a work retreat with about 20 co workers we were all having a great time and while we were out instantly 8 of them got deathly sick and our numbers just keep going up I my self is now food poisoned I think we’re at about 13 sick now. I gave it two stars Bc it is a really nice place and the staff is friendly just don’t eat the food.

Very clean casino!! I come here often for roulette, i dont win much but its fun to play and just enjoy some calm gambling. The morning staff is very very nice. All the dealers are friendly and the managers are awesome!! they always remember me!Good slot variety and since it is further down on the strip its much less crowded than the bigger casinos less crazy people too!!

I amiimpressed, but not surprised that the M actually took the time to respond to just a star rating. That is just the kind of attention to detail in customer service you can expect from this place. Among my other reasons for returning here again and again : The machines actually hit here, whereas on the strip I will almost certainly lose my shirt, I will almost always be able to walk away in the green if I am smart about it. The view is killer! If you live in this valley getting away from the strip and just staring at the beautiful architecture and the madness within is always nice, especially for those of us who work in tourist central. Rooms are clean, spacious and the food is good. Any place that sells their own mint chocolate chip ice cream is a YES for me. I really have nothing bad to say about for vacation orthe casino or the hotel. If you want to be off strip for vacation or staycation then you can be sure this will be a good time, no regrets!

Im sure theres a reason for it but no microwave in the rooms... motel 6 does though. Its probably a reason. Ok well thats my only complaint lol stayed here twice its a lil far from the strip but the view of the strip is awesome! And a gas station right nextdoor almost attached..

We stayed for 4 days and we didnt get rain service once. We turned the Do not disturb sign like they said and nothing we had to continually ask for towels .no one greeted us, its the most unfriendly hotel I ever encountered

The woman at the front desk wouldn’t give me a room key and my mom was having an asthma attack. I explained to her what was going on and she said the manager said I couldn’t get in I’d have to wait in the casino lobby. I had all the information for the booking including the last four digits of the card number. I’m under 21 so sitting near or in the casino area was not comfortable the customer service is so rude I’d recommend Caesars palace or circus circus they have a lot to do and are in a better area with better service.

Stayed there 7/01/2020 to 7/03/2020 the rooms were amazingly spacious. If you like a bathroom that has a tub and shower this is it you cant ask for a deeper tub. They have black out drapes and automatic roll down curtains. The bed is firm but plush.

Resort is nice but sadly when we arrived the first thing we noticed was a dirty room. Hairs in the shower, tub, floors. Place was dusty, phone was disgusting. We were surprised to see such a dirty room in the midst of all this pandemic. We did have a nice time at the pool .

Let’s start by saying the M Resort is beautiful. I’ve been here before for dinner & have always wanted to experience the pool.With my better half leaving tomorrow for a couple of months, her request was to head over to her favorite pool at M Resort. Security was friendly especially entering the property. Pool staff was friendly including the VIP host & the GM of the Pool.As someone who ran one of the largest Hotels in the Country, I was shocked that at 1:30pm when we arrived that Upper Management did not want to reduce the price for a daybed or a cabana. They specifically prefaced to me that they have a lot of their daybeds available for the rest of the day. When I expressed that we arrived with half the day left & asked if we could get a half day rate. They explained that they weren’t doing anything & that they would be keeping the rate flat throughout the entire day regardless of the time. Although I don’t agree with it, especially since it’s a loss of revenue on Recreations part & a not so great experience to start the afternoon, I do appreciate the honesty that was expressed with professionalism.We decided to pay the local fee for the day and sit at some chairs in the back. No one walks you to your seat, however I’ll cough it up to the possibility that we are still in a crazy world at the moment (COVID-19). The girls at the pool hut were very polite & friendly.Our server Kiana came over to take care of us. She is also very friendly & knowledgeable. The prices for drinks are AMAZING & the amount of time it took to receive the cocktails were pretty fast considering how busy they are.All in all it was a beautiful day with beautiful friends celebrating a spectacular human being that I adore.

The pool was so refreshing on the 108° last day of my vacation. The service was great! The pool is super chlorinated so I broke out in hives when I decided to go get dry, but other than that, definitely worth the $20 door.

This is a beautiful hotel. Its not in the center of the strip like the others but the drive is definitely worth it. Very modern like and the decor is very stunning. Staff are very friendly and did enjoy their buffet as well. This is definitely one of my favorite buffets in Vegas. They have a great selection of food here. Also, I like how they have alcohol serve with the buffet too. Cant forget the desserts. so many tasty treats. Definitely recommend this place to eat and explore.
