We just love the place!! The staff is very cool and helpful. The playground rocks and the kids are happy. It is a indoor must visit place that you cant miss.All facilities are clean, well conditioned and comfortable. Excellent service.

This is our go to indoor gym in the East Bay! The Manager is the sweetest and this place is always spotless. It’s not too busy during the week days and have constantly updated the equipment to keep the kids interested. This is the place my kids ask to go, what more of a recommendation can you ask for?!

Nice clean indoor play space, good for kids up to age 7. They have a area to eat you food, and there are indoor /outdoor privileges so you can go eat lunch and come back. Courteous and friendly staff and free wifi. My four year old had fun and well be back

Oh my goodness. What a wonderful place for kids....every city should hav a place like this. Keep up the good work staff. Place was clean, well organized, with lots of things to do for children.

Great place to take your kids to play. All day is where you want to be due to price and re-entry. Just make sure to bring a good book or your wall charger so your not left with nothing to do. Best when you bring atleast 2 kids so they can play with each other because sometimes there arent that many other kids for your child to play with. The more the merrier!

I really enjoy this indoor playground/ jungle gym. If youre a stay-at-home mom or have little ones during the week its a better deal because you can play a flat rate and go in-and-out all day for $10, thats a steal. Its very cleanly inside, I always see them cleaning, and wiping down the mats. I also like how the bathrooms are tailor to nursing moms theres even a diaper genie to dispose the diapers. Its a really good atmosphere and they have to separate sides so theres a side tailor to kids that are 0 to 5 years old and theres another side that tailors to kids that are like 4 to 13. The only reason this didnt get 5 was because I wish there was maybe a security guard by the opening sliding doors by their front entrance since its a kids indoor play, at least for the weekend when its really packed. However, I know its our duty as parents to watch our children so thats why did give it 4 stars but I would truly give this about 4 and a 1/2 stars!

I really like the concept of this place but this has to be the first Jumpity Bumpity built because everything looks old. Its a really small location that is almost always crowded. I want to try and go to the new one in the south bay but online it says they dont allow parents to be in the play area with their kids.

My boys are 2 and 4 years old and there was so much for them to do. Weve been here for hours and will definitely come back

My son loves this place. Big enough for him to run around but small enough I can sit and watch. Hes 3 and we have been coming since he was just under a year. They also have an area for little ones.

Take your kids here so many activites. Do watch your kids, there are rules there for the safety of the children and you can lose your kid. Please keep an eye on your kid! Other than that there are so many activites for kids these and different mazes which I wouldve loved to go there as a kid! And snacks!

I went with my daughter and grandsons to a little girls birthday party. I sat down most of the time watching the children play and listening to the usual noise. I dont like being around too many people being an introvert but I went because my daughter begged me to go with her. Not going there in the future sure its fun for children, I just dont do birthday parties.

Busy place on Saturday, fun place where the kids and more exert themselves! Its worth the cost. Kids structure for under 4 years old and for older. I dont know why I was expecting a discount on siblings. Anyway great time for everyone in Hayward!

Great inexpensive place to take the kiddos for indoor fun. They also do birthday parties. Sometimes it can get crowded but its not too big a deal. Its always been a safe, clean and friendly place to take my child and i would recommend it to anyone with younger children.

Its a good place for kids to play. I understand you sign a waiver before you pay and enter the play area but the staff should stop kids from walking up the slide. They really need to be strict on this.

They have great rates for week nights and free play. It is also pretty reasonable for memberships. And the 6 slides? Who can get to the bottom first?Not sure I would use it for a birthday as they are priced a bit higher than most other places, but it is certainly an option.

I can see why kids love this place... run and play to your hearts content!For adults it could be better... not too many places to sit comfortably that you can easily see your kids at play, but if you dont mind skipping that, theres a few tables in the back corner that are slightly more comfortable.For parties, theres two party areas off to the side and back... its not cheap and food is lousy, but much more comfortable for adults!

This is a safe place where you can let your kids get loose and get all the play time out of their system. My grand kids usually are so worn out after playing that they pass out during the car ride heading home.

We love this place. Its one of our go-tos on a rainy or smokey day. The kids have an awesome time and the play structure is enormous. I dont have to be concerned about their safety and the place is VERY CLEAN. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Having been to birthday parties, play dates and just random holidays here, were pretty familiar with it but I want to RAVE about hosting a party here. Ive done parties at ourhouse and community centers but this was, by far, the easiest AND least expensive party weve had. Although we had a limit of 45 bodies but thats more than enough for 1 party and a good number for a double party (which is what we do). If you opt for full service, they help decorate, set-up, serve and best of all. . .Clean up! We opted for play time before and after lunch and it was a snap - so easy and everyone had a great time! If you have little ones from 1 to probably 10 or so, this is a great place for a party! We will definitely be going back.

The first time my family and I came to visit Jumpity Bumpity, we walked in and walked right out. Im not sure if they have air circulation but we could not breathe because of the horrible smell. It smelled like dirty diapers. It was probably due to so many people being there and the poor air circulation. I would not recommend going there when it is overcrowded unless you wear a mask.

Its ok small place..attend a birthday party there cant open presents there.. Felt rush very hot inside

We love this place. Lots of fun! We had my sons birthday party here and weve been to many other parties. Wonderful! All of the kids love it. The oldest weve brought so far was 8 years old and loved it. The youngest babies love it too. 3 stories of fun. The kids never get bored here and have once even spent about 5 hours here in one day.

We had a blast at Jumpity Bumpity! After reading so many reviews, I was nervous as to the smell and lack of ventilation, but we were happily surprised and had lots of fun! The staff worked very hard to facilitate several parties and a full house of customers! We will return!

This is a great indoor activity facility for kids between the ages of 2 through 7. Grapes and courteous staff. Food and refreshments inside for sale. Had a great time with the kids here.

This is the best place to be in when wife and I want a break :) Our kids love it out here. Its super clean, super safe and has great play structures. Best of all its really an inexpensive place. They do parties out here and thats when it gets more crowded esp on saturdays but hey kids dont care right? They have more fun when its crowded LOL. A special mention for the staff who has always been really nice and friendly.

They got my grandsons order wrong and we had to have a plain cheese pizza delivered. Half the kids dont eat meat. So the time the pizza go there we had to scarf down the food so the next party could get in. Also who ever was up front was rude to my daughter when she asked about the mistake

Great fun for the kids & adults. Pay $10 per child nothing for the adults, then let the kids go. But please be responsible parents & not let you kids be obnoxious or unruly towards the other patrons & the staff. Speaking of the staff, they are very honest forthright people. At least that is the experience for us. They went out of their way to help with a lost wallet missing money situation that was above & beyond their job description. Bravo for the management I say, great staff.

We walked into the place and then immediately walked out. The place was packed and had a horrible smell!! This place was so stuffy and had a really bad smell, it can use some ventilation to circulate the air. I was surprised that there was a grown man was laying in the floor sleeping on a bean bag where kids should be playing. Overal, the place looks like a fun place for kids to play but due to lack of hygiene, we decided not to stay.While walking out, another family also left for the same reasons.

Clean, always full of kids (Kids do look for company at such places). Staff is mostly indifferent to the safety of the kids so you would have to keep an eye on your wards. Otherwise a fairly decent place for the kids to easily spend an hour or more and exhaust themselves

Get darker each time we go and today we close 6:45pm not show on website we just know when get there only play 30 mins. Call before you go weekend morning might close for private party too

First time there. Very unique, wonderful place for kids and parents. Double slides where both can hold hands on the way down. Many, many other great toys, the kids will sleep good after. $10/all day. Can leave and return on same ticket. Minimal or as much work for the parents. Bring treats and have a great time.

My son loves playing here and he gives it 5 stars. It has a unique design that interconnects the entire play structure within the whole space. Theres a lot of variety in the things that kids can do. Lots of thought put into the design.There are different sections for younger and older kids. You can book parties here. There are lots of places for adults to sit and theres a TV there.

Nice play area for children. It is single story and they have place blocked off a section just for small children below 5 yrs of age. The staff is very prompt,vigilante and active. The play area seems clean and well maintained. i went in with 4 boys, 8 yr olds and they had lots of fun.Weekends seem very busy there, and they have wrist bands with colors to keep track of the play time start and end period. It is a good play place.

Good place to chill while your kids have fun

They stole my pair of shoes. They were red, I had them on top of another pair of shoes, my nieces. I went back to check and they were GONE. Be careful of your belongings because people are cruel and will steal. Never going away.
