Course is Im the best shape I have seen it in the last few years

Liked it so much, were planning on moving there in the next few months.

Used to live there. Beautiful, safe, quiet, and clean. My only complain is that it is not a kids friendly community. No areas for kids to be kids, and too many older people complaining about them.

Good variety of holes. Course needs some work, but is decent & could tell that they did some work to improve it since the last time I was there. I think Ill see even more improvements the next time I go.

Its an amazing course and a great way to relax and unwind and play 9-18 holes of golf

The course is average in terms of greens but the whole place is peaceful to play at. I do have to say that today was the second time the sprinklers turned on while I was at play. Both times it was later in the day with the sun still up. I’ve never had this happen to me at any course... actually had to skip a few holes due to the sprinkler issue... don’t know if I’d go again unless it’s at a cheap price...

Not as bad as I thought it would be. Facilities have definitely seen better days, but the course was in decent condition . For 40 bucks Im not gonna complain

Weve been renting here going on 4 years and we have complaints. It is quiet, no loud music playing late at night. If something breaks, they are quick to make repairs. The provide free pest control, but weve never had an issue with bugs here.

Current owner at Grenelefe. The property is well kept and the gold course is wonderful.

It looks a little run down but the staff was very nice and helpful. The apartments look very clean though.

Well Im still here and by the end of February I will be out of here and I hate to leave but this place is amazing for the money. Clean and a lot of space

Apartments and treehouses are trash. They have carpet in the kitchen and the lady at customer service or the front desk is terrible. If you have a problem they are no help even though it’s an issue for the landlord or maintenance company.
