Nice play to stay. Most everyone minds their own business and are friendly and courteous to all. Very Nice management also. That is a big plus.

Have a friend that lives there seems to be a very nice place Ive been there a few times I drove through and everybody seems well respected and take pride in each others place very good place love it

My parents-in-law live here - the main issue is the road leading to their trailer is falling apart and you have to drive extra slow around the potholes. Theyve been living here longer than the 10+ years Ive known them. They put a lot of work into the inside, however, which theyve made homey and comfortable.

This is a great community rv / mobile home park. Staff are excellent people with great customer service and helpful . They make you feel welcomed and at home. Restrooms and showers remodeled and great, laundry room exceptional. Overall is excellent place to stop overnight or to stay and call it home. This is a every race friendly place and very affordable. THIS IS HOME AND HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

I parked my rv there for a year. Very affordable and rvs not stacked side by side. Its also a moble home park as well. I liked it there.

Lots of broke down trailers and cars. Had pesky neighbors had to borrow something just about every day. And the boyfriend said the girl was doing drugs with some folks down the street. Another place a few trailers down, had someone living in a car in their driveway. I had to go, not for me.

Have to say we stayed in a good number of RV parks over the years, and we have under our belts many to compare to, now at Southern Oaks, you have some great folks that go above and beyond to make your stay the very best, Mr. John and his staff are a good cut above the rest, and we enjoyed our stay . All the folks we met there we good people and they too seemed to be enjoying themselves also, short term or longer we know you will too, Ed Little Sr .

This is a lovely park! We stayed for 2 nights due to weather and the young lady in the front office was very polite to us! She was assisting a new worker. I enjoyed the quiet nights and windy breeze. I only disliked one thing There was a worker here that was very rude to me.. he had a funny looking hair cap and I asked him directions to a seafood restaurant, he threw up his hands saying he didnt have time for me and kept on going on a golf cart. I would love to come back to this park again but the manager really needs to talk to this man. Other than that it is a great park to stay in.

Management and staff go above and beyond. I love this place and its pet friendly too.

Not all camper trailer sites are paved. But very quiet and for the price cannot be beat.

I came in months back to stay overnight, but they were booked. They must have had an event going on, but I was passing through and was not sure what is was. The office assistant was wonderful and so were most of the others. However, there was this one worker outside, wore a hat that had hair on it, that seemed very unpleasant to work with. Maybe he was in a bad mood, but he was sitting on the porch and did not speak to me when I walked up. I even said hello. All he did was just look up! As I go inside and Im asking about prices all I can hear is profanity, coming from this same man. I would suggest, if yall havent already, replacing this man... he gives you a bad taste in the mouth when walking in the door. First impressions are everything.Heres to hoping my next visit is better.George from Hillsboro, Oregon

Wost place to stay on the GulfCoast!! The people that run this place especially the manager is a joke save your self from a headache and go to the one down the road unless your a cruiser then theyll kiss your ass.
