Very clean, quiet, for a trailer park I am very impressed how they cleaned up this place

To whom it may concern, my name is Patricia Charles, Ive been on this property for 4 1/2 yrs. And i love everything about it, Im @ lot#18 & its been a blessing to me being here., i love my neighbors, i love my landlord Lakota, & the maintance man Howard is such a blessing, every time something goes wrong, i dont never have to wait, they are always on time to fix the problem, this place is safe to raise children, You know they say it takes a village to raise a child, well over here is an awesome place, i know Im not moving, its nice to sit on ur porch & here the birds in the morning, Awesome Place,

My son lives there and had ask for gravel to be put in the driveway and the owner wouldnt do it but it gets so muddy when it rains that cars get stick. But other than that its a pretty clean place

I signed for a 12 month lease. I have been here 3 months so far and it has been a very quiet and nice place. I am very happy here. Neighbors are very nice and Lakota is very nice and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely recommend cottage station.

Cottage Station has been a godsend for me.Friendly neighbors that look out for each other.Staff is awesome! Rent is great, and I just LOVE my little cottage.....and it’s pet friendly!That’s all I need ️

Ive been for 5 yrs.I love where Im @ I love my neighbors,the landlord & mainstance, is always taking care of whatever problem you have, the kids get along, & it is a joyful place, you would love it

Nice decent park little expensive for how small but very kid friendly...

The neighborhood is very quiet. If there was ever a problem I went to the manager and by the end of the day my problem was taken care of.

Ok I lived there for about 8months in that time asked them to fix drive way they never did so I did then ask them to remove the pile of mattresses from behinded me they never it got the point of rotting flest and mold then I started to get Roches and and rats I did not own anything in that place I purchased a bed the rat eat a hole in it then I told the supperent about it they shugged it off like it was not there responsible for and I had enough of this Bs so I left now they have someone using my number at the electric company in therefore this is nothing but a risk to all who live they people seal out of cars wile I was there they there grounds eepers are blind they run over everything and they lie and make you sign that is exactly not not law in therefore this needs to be shut down and the bed and pics of what was out side my windows as well and a police of the theft and they still let them in the place
