Place is pretty much a dump. Granted they have cleaned it up around there a good bit and gotten rid of most of the problem renters. Need to invest more into the park and its pool area get a dam new pump for the pool already!!!! Have to pay for a background check for each presons that will be living in rental. Pet deposit for each animal.

My family lived here for over a year! If I could give it negative stars I would! They were always hiring maintenance men because no one wants to deal with the mess there... they hired a contractor who raised prices to way more than what the place was worth, they half way fix anything! We moved into a bigger trailer because our family grew by two and we out grew our tiny 2 bedroom and the doors leaked every time it rained the frame around the door would cut your hand when you opened it... 2 weeks after signing a new contract they changed the rules and even after paying a pet deposit and then seeing our dog multiple times before we signed a new contract and paid ANOTHER pet deposit they told us we had to get rid of him or be evicted so we left! They also want you to pressure wash your trailer! YOU do the maintenance on a trailer you don’t own! Keep the grass perfect or get a fine (you can’t store your mower there though because you will get fined) you can’t have your Childrens toys in the yard (outdoor toys) not just clutter.... my husband witnessed the “contracted maintenance” breaking into a trailer that was owned by one of the residents because he was in the hospital and hadn’t been home for a while... I mean I could go on for days but all I will say is there are better more affordable places to live!

Ive lived here for almost two years. The management is great. Quick with fixing things. Uplifting when needed. Neighbors are peaceful. Everybody gets alone. Overall good place to live.

We got an Airbnb rental here as we were in the area for work. Simply amazing! So much better than a hotel, the place is fully furnished, we really highly recommend it. Heather the host was exceptional, readily available and very accommodating. We will be returning for our next job down here.

Do not I repeat do not rent from these people. You cant get in touch with nobody at the office they never fix anything. My son was living in mold and a trailer that had sparks flying out of the wall they continue to come back and cover it up until he forced them to give him another run down trailer that they never did anything with. Then when you move out they try to accuse you of damaging the trailer & put fees on you that u knew nothing about and turn you over to collection agency without even talking to u. Be warned do not move here!!! The worst place ive ever encountered in this state.

Terrible place!! Rents paid on time every month! They have a security guy that likes to accuse people of BREAKING into homes with no proof. Looks like he should of put the crack pipe down decades ago. Dont let the woman and security guy find out your gay or they will do everything possible to make you move out!

Cannot WAIT to move! We moved in here as a last minute resort because no other 4 bdrms were available. My first ever trailer park experience. My last! Id rather live back in the hood in new orleans. At least when stuff breaks you already know nobodys coming to fix it! But here? They promise maintenance and how proud they are to keep everything in working order. So why hasnt anyone come to fix our fridge? Was told theyd come wed afternoon before 5. Nothin. Went back to the office friday and given an excuse that neither employee showed up thurs but theyd come later after 4. AGAIN NOTHING. Quick to want that rent on the 1st but not fix whats included in the rental unit? I dont think so. Also was told trailer was unoccupied for 4 yrs before we moved in...BS! And I asked because roaches started crawling out from the hood above the stove and from behind the fridge. So why were there fresh roach baits if its been 4 yrs? Why are we getting recent mail like medical statement letters and medicaid office letters for a previous occupant? Find a cheap apt somewhere. Dont move here. Unless you happen to be a typical trailer park inhabitant. Youll feel right at home. The men even beat on their women right in the street

Need to fix potholes in park makes it hard for 2 cars to pass each other with a 2 foot deep pothole on one side.
