Konkel Park

Good fun forca leisure Sunday.

Its a little bit of nature in the middle of a city. Its a lot bigger than it looks with trails for walking and biking that lead all over. It was fun to explore. They have very nice pavilions for parties and awesome playgrounds for kids.

Vendors are always helpful and friendly and have some great products. Decent amount of items, but just wish there was more variety. Wish there were more vendors - some vendors take up a couple of spots, so theres a lot of repeats.

I went to Konkel Park for the farmers market. There werent many people and most of them wore masks. I didnt go to any vendors that didnt wear masks.A pineapple upside down cake kept calling my name and I was seduced by it. Kind of creepy that it knew my name. Since I ended up eating it, it is no longer a problem. LOL

This is a great park! Amazing younger child friendly playground! Also, they have an amphitheater, a consession stand area, multiple baseball fields, gazebos, picnic areas, bathroom facilities, and large parking lot. Definitely 5-star park! My 4-year-old loved it here!

Greenfield Green Market sundays 10am to 2pm is awesome! Great variety of vendors. Lots of open space to enjoy.

Such a great place to take your kids to run off some energy. My littles are 9, 8 & 5 and could spend hours on the playground. We also love the farmers market on the weekends.

Great park to go for walk. Or to sit and read a book. When things get back to normal its always fun to catch a ballgame. Or a festival, or one of my favorites, the market. Oh yea there is movies in the park, and bands.

Very clean, well kept park. The farmers market is great. Lovely vendors who are passionate about their products and very friendly. Currently, very well spaced out with safety protocols in place for Covid.

Beautiful park, good for roller blading, walking, etc., but the bathrooms are closed for COVID-19.

Its a nice playground when your bored, I think they should revamp it though, its been the same equipment for years now, I would love a revamp!

My boys have a blast every time we go to the park. We love the fall fest and the farmers market. Who doesnt love Dan Jansen Festival??

Nice family friendly fun, clean, and very helpful staff

A GREAT place to see a band play!! The bandshell keeps the band covered and dry. Theres a grassy area where you can bring a chair and sit. Theres a bar in back along with some metal picnic tables and a very nice bathroom!! The play area for kids is nearby. They have a great selection of bands playing there throughout the summer.

Very nice, clean park. Lots of events are held here, such as Farmers Market, food truck gatherings, concerts, etc.

Really decent family park. Nice for walks and always something going on here. My kids enjoyed the festival with games, food and rides here and I enjoy walking here in the summer for their Farmers Market.

I do understand the reason why a town would ask not to have pets at a park. I just wish people would understand that having a pet means responsibility. Clean up after your dog and keep an eye on them in public and obey leash laws. If all dog owners were this responsible maybe we can take our dogs to more places. Will be back for the farmers market and festivals.

Konkel park people. Like 46th and Layton ave. Its a really nice park. They do a farmers market on weekends in the summer. Dan Jansen fest is popular and sometimes they do movies at the pavilion at night. Its had a major facelift in recent years, tons of parking a giant playground etc. Check it out. Walk the dogs or the kids or walk yourself.

Free ice-skating for everyone, great time and snacks at consession stand.

Usually very crowded but a fun playground

I visited Konkel Park Thursday, May 23rd in order to see the MOVING WALL. The parking lot is small, but I was fortunate enough to get a spot after someone was leaving. Overall, the park is nice to visit, especially if you have kids!!

Clean park, great area for the kids to play, family friendly environment. Highly recommended especially if baseball is your sport. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat as well, really cant go wrong!

Lots of little walking paths, some nice baseball diamonds / volleyball courts, and a nice playground for kids to play. Overall, just a good area to go and get outside.

Weekend farmers market their produce are the best!!! Love getting fresh fruits and vegetables nothing better than fresh produce!

Best fireworks in the area. Great additions to the park made our trip to Konkel worth it. Plenty of grass seating and parking was manageable.

Live locally and bring my two boys here frequently during the summer and was just there. Very nice park which is why its usually got good attendence most nights. I dont like that the baseball fields are locked off but I understand as they are nice and need to stay that way for competition in summers. So I would recommend West Milwaukee park in West Milwaukee or Klentz Park in West Allis if you want to have a nice little playground and a baseball field to play on. We are new locals to Greenfield so I need to explore more parks for baseball fields to play with my boys on.

Its cool but theres always kids on the jungle gym or swings whenever I wanna play. Also a lot of bums here.

What a jewel of a little park! A really great playground are for the littles! And over Memorial Day the replica Vietnam Memorial wall was there, very moving to see it.

I would put 5 stars but every time after it rains there are lots of big puddles by the walk way for a few days.Other then that great park.

I love coming here to run and clear my mind. So clean, peaceful and plenty of other fun activities to do with the family in the warmer times.

Was there for 5k run walk. Very well landscaped city of Greenfield park. Hosts many events. Year round farmers market. Very good parking. Music events,etc. New buildings with electrical hookups for many vendors

Improved an new facilities. Home of Olympic skaters Dan Jansen Fest. Great open area with wild life, exercise stations 2 shelters.

Had a great time here at the weekend farmers market. One of the best in the county! So many vendors to choose from and ample parking. It was more like a street fair or a festival then a farmers market almost. I enjoyed that they had seating available for people to sit and eat the food that they purchased. Most of them dont have anything like this set out for people.

This seems like a great park. I didnt really get to explore too much, but what. I did see was really nice. The pavilion my friend rented was clean and nice looking. Theres ample parking and thats always welcome.

Oh. I often go to Konkel park with my sons. That is a good place to walk and play some games outside.

Cub Scout Pack 579 camps in the park every year and the staff is very accommodating.

My four-year-old son absolutely loves going to konkel park theres usually enough kids for him to play with and have a ton of fun we also go there every year for the 4th of July they have great fireworks

Went to the moving Vietnam wall it was wonderful. They did a great job. Cant say enough it was beautiful.

Each year we attend Dan Jansen festival at Memorial day as well as July 4th in that vicinity and the konkel park appears to be a nice family place very well kept and maintained clean environment this is a great part for a family and located in one of Greenfield most busiest area near the high school . Every year we enjoy this park with family.

Tuesday night Brews & bites was fantastic. The grounds were immaculate. Of course excellent weather contributed greatly to the wonderful experience. I would go again. Every Tuesday night during the summer.

Always enjoyed coming here when I was a kid. Its awesome that I still get to enjoy the park as an adult with all of the events that are hosted here. Its really turned into something great.
