We held my nieces reveal party there and it was clean with picnic tables, outlets, and trash cans placed conveniently around. Theres also a bathroom near all of the pavilions even if you have a little walk to get to it. The staff is usually very helpful but theyre not fully staffed during the autumn.

This park has some nice amenities as far as picnic camping or using the pavilions for parties. None of the playground areas have very much to offer, I would even have concerns about some of there sturdiness. The area is pretty and makes for a nice outing but as far fun stuff for the kids outside of the natural areas leaves a bit to be desired.

Kinser park is the best place i been to for practiceing cross country. Best and most peaceful place ever :D

The Kinser Park pool was a very big disappointment with the new Covid-19 rules. We were told you cannot bring your own drinks or outside food. I can understand not serving food at the Snack Shack.But not allowing people to bring in their own drinks is absolutely insane. Not to mention you have a bunch of teenage kids manding the desk and they pick and choose who they allow to bring the items into the pool. When its 90 degrees outside and guests cant bring drinks is ridiculous! We will not be back and hope when everyone else finds this out they may want to think twice before heading to your pool.

I cant speak for the campground side since I stopped in off season (january) to check out the boat launch and picnic pavillion, but here are some pics i took of the restrooms / outhouses jan 2020. its 2020, not 1890...I would be ashamed if i was in charge of these restrooms.

Needs to playground equipment and it is very out dated. Feels like a old horror movie. However, it is clean and well maintain beside the play ground equipment and good place to camp and nice lake and cheap prices for things as well.

Great camping park

I paid up for three nights stay and still got a call asking if I had paid for the two nights that I actually stayed. No shade or water, was right next to the road in the area where I stayed. Place is pretty much an RV residential place. Will not be coming back again.

Very clean everyone was so kind and helpful staff and the people that has campers there we all had a great time looking forward to returning next spring

But needs more activities

Love the fireworks and all the things they have for kids to do. Would like to see different kinds of food next year if possible.

Not what it use to be. This used to be a nice family park it used to have a water slide playground pool Campground was really nice. But now its just went downhill. Now theyve got trailers and campers set up permanent spots where people are living in them.

Its quite and peaceful.

It has beautiful mountains all arond,this spring,we had lots of flowers everywhere. Specially the red bug and violets and other pretty, flowers too, still more coming .

Clean, Friendly, and Safe. Ms. AnnaRosa, Deborah and I have been here for 3 days so far with free water, electricity and sewer.

An out of the way State Park. Swimming pool, ballpark, dishing, RV park. I think locals know about this place and arent telling anyone else ;). Very nice place to visite.

Very pretty place. There is a lake for fishing, kayaking, etc. Only downfall is some of the recreational activities, which there are many off, are run down and not well taken care of

Its a great place to camp, ride bikes and to have a good time. There is a water slide down a long hill. The pool has a diving board and there is a kity pool for small kids.There are also play grounds for kids. Its a great place to ride bikes with the whole family. You can bring a camper or a tint.On the other hand the mini golf course is old and you cant hardly play on it. It can also be hard to get a spot reserved for campers.

Nice campground. Putt putt is run down and not kept up. Cant say about pool and slide it was closed. Some campers are WAY too close to each other.

Beautiful place. Nice pool and amenities. Do not follow GPS if you have a RV!!!! Stay on 70 until almost there and roads are 10 times better. GPS route would tear up most RVs.

Its a huge place!!! Even has put putt!!! Cheap to get in and cheap snacks sold beside the pool!

Nice pavilions and nice place to have a cookout, the pool is decent. Campground area looks nice and quite. Other than that thats about all the good there is. Playgrounds are run down and attractions are dangerous. The water slide looks fun if it wasnt for the mosquito infested muddy water in the pool at the end of it. Description on Google says there is tennis, but theres no tennis courts or nets. Volleyball, yeah if you like playing on an overgrown court. Putt putt course looks ok. Baseball fields are nice but apparently there only available to one certain local traveling baseball team. In general most of the park is fairly well maintained in most parts but others are in need of maintenance and upkeep.

Awesome park beautiful peaceful and relaxing..

This park has not been updated since I was here 30 years ago as a kid. Antique playground equipment, water slide is really just a large modification of a slip and slide. Didnt even see the putt putt course they are supposed to have. Very disappointing. I remember loving coming here as a kid when they had the large in- ground waterslide. Sadly it has not been well maintained and has not been updated in 30 yrs.

Great place to camp every body is nice and very clean restrooms and grounds

The staff were very nice. The camping was good. Only issues I had were, the bathrooms were full of bugs and spiders and webs hanging all over. They are in the bathroom stalls, which makes going to the bathroom a frightening experience. There were also a lot of barking dogs around, which went on through the night too. The first night I was there, a couple and their kids pulled in next to me and proceeded to set up in a non-camping spot. The next day, the staff told me that they didnt have permission to be there. It would be nice if they had someone that was monitoring for people that dont belong there.
