First time at a trampoline park and Get Air did not disappoint! My almost 4 year old son loved it! Was nervous to visit during COVID times but I felt everything was very nicely spaced out. Kids weren’t on top of one another. The staff was super friendly and constantly cleaning. Hand sanitizers were placed throughout the facility. Staff was constantly cleaning and replacing the dodgeballs/basketballs plus going around spraying with disinfectant. All wore masks! Overall felt very safe/clean while having a blast and letting my son burn off some energy! We will definitely be back! :)
Great price, great staff, clean! My kids love it!
Great place for family fun but it was a little high in prices.
This place i will never recommend to anybody they steal and double charge the staff are very rude and have absolutely no concept of customer service and refuse to.give refunds when it is brought to thier attention about the double charge and try to play stupid saying it didnt go.threw on thier end when clearly it will not clear the bank until it has cleared on thier end this place is awful and stay away
It was pretty clean, small place but we had lots of fun. Staff was nice.
My family and I were in Green Bay and made a random stop. My grandkids loved the atmosphere and had an awesome time. I was provided with an opportunity to sit and relax and enjoy my favorite book as they jumped until exhaustion.
It was a nice place but smaller than most trampoline parks Ive been to. Great staff!
This is a wonderful activity for families and adults. Ive seen groups of teenagers here as well and I have to think its a great way for them to burn energy as well. Staff was great to us and the equipment looked well cared for.
Fun place for the kids. Not as large as extreme air, but cant beat the location and employees are super friendly. Would recommend.
Friendly atmosphere. My kids had fun but it was pretty busy and not much room to jump. The tables, floors and bathrooms were filthy. Bathroom was also out of amenities.
Very cool place and very affordable. Brought my 1.5 year old for the toddler area (under 42) for $8. Lots of other stuff for older kids. Website is very confusing, but if you call they do a great job answering any questions.
My kids loved this place! There was a lot to do including a little Ninja Warrior obstacle course. A warning to parents =) if you are not used to jumping on a trampoline anymore.... your body will Hurt the next day! The only reason I didnt give 5 is the cost, its not totally unreasonable but its enough that you want to watch for coupons or something. We will be going back but probably only with a deal or coupon.
Wasnt too crowded. My 10 year old and 5 year old loved the ninja course and the trampolines. Prices were a bit high, but since it wasnt super crowded, I was fine with it.
Went here with the family. It was one of the best times just bouncing around for hours. Foam pit is a blast. Lots of fun.
My kids have been twice. It is an awesome way for them to have some indoor, active fun. Theres an area for my younger kids (under 46 tall), several areas for all ages, and a big air area for my big kids (including my husband). My ninja warrior obsessed son is all about the obstacle course. Planning a birthday party there in the winter. Will try and update with how that goes. Also, there isnt really food or drink. Its just vending machines, but what the other reviews arent telling you is that you can bring your own. Ive just brought water or gatorade will me and left it in the locker area.
I bring my son every year for his birthday with friends and they have a blast. I recommend eating after they are done jumping! Oh and carry ins allowed for the exception of other restaurant stores (mcdons, pizza hut, ect.). I say this because there is not much to choose from for drinks or snacks. Drinks are 3 bucks each in house.
Today was our first time at Get air Green Bay. I took my little guy who is on the severe side of the spectrum. A gentleman noticed he was covering his ears and he turned down the music for him! Awesome staff and fun place thank you so much for the kindness it meant a lot to me. ️
So this is definitely..fun good exercisebalance and equilibrium I think I lost somewhere in the foam sponges.. cuz it feels like I just got off a rocking ship or a pair of roller lol it was so much funI suffer with back pain and wasnt sure I would even bounce but it was very easy on the square trampolines. Did one activity with the foam square pit that was the hardest activity getting out LOL still laughing and having fun..
My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here. She had a great time
Nice indoor fun for kids! Not real big soda machine and some vending options. Remember your socks
This place was fun. Wish i wouldve just paid for my daughter though instead of me and my husband too. If you have a young toddler then just buy a ticket for them. You cant jump with the other older kids. Not a bad thing. Just wish i wouldve known before hand.
The kids love this place. They manage to drag me there once every few months. It is smaller than the Appleton site so it feels really crowded on busy days. It gets expensive for two, even on the discount day. The socks are ridiculously bad - had to trash them after one wear. We bring our own now.
Super fun, great prices. $45 for two hours of jump time for seven kiddos!! Including jump socks. Tyler is the king. So respectful. Just didnt like that kiddos were expected to go in the bathroom facilities without shoes. My kids wore shoes in there without a problem though.
Great employees clean place great place to burn off energy also great birthday party packages best place to host paryts
Lots of fun. I bring my toddler there for toddler time and I get to jump for free! Heck if a cardio work out! And the kiddos love it!
The park itself was fun and there was a variety of options for kids of all ages. My kids favorite area was a pit of foam blocks that you jumped into. There is a camera on a delay, so you can watch yourself jump. I really enjoyed the dodgeball area. I also really appreciated that, even though they have a designated area for people under 46 my son wasnt restricted to that area. It was nice being able to let him jump into the pit or play dodgeball, but it was also nice to have an area to retreat to when other areas were getting crowded.Unfortunately, while I was there, a family group kept ignoring the posted signs; hanging on the basketball hoop, multiple people where signs read one at a time, sitting directly in front of signs that read no sitting, and jumping in the area designed for children under 46. Their safety video recommended informing staff if you notice people breaking the rules, but staff didnt seem to care when I informed them. They had one lifeguard who roamed the area rather than having enough staff to monitor the entire park and ensure people were following the rules and to keep people safe. You would think that between the waiver you have to sign, the safety video youre required to watch, and the warning signs literally everywhere that the staff would be more concerned about safety.
Pretty fun, not extremely big. The atmosphere of the employees is great they all have positive attitudes and are nice. Not extremely much to do. I would recommend.
Downside was at max capacity when wanted to initially go. And had purchased tickets online. If time wasnt available it shouldnt have been an option at the time to purchase.Place was great. Kids had fun.
We came here with my children while visiting family members in the Green Bay Area. While here, we had 2 male employees standing in front of us, one of which was complaining about a female co-worker, stating that if he was forced to work with her ever again, he would quit. That he cannot stand her. He stated this multiple times and started to get very nasty about it and swore a few times. When I went up to tell management, they spoke to him and then called me back over to address it with me. They told me he spoke to the employee and that I would have to delete the photo I took of the 2 employees. (Apparently the waiver states photos cannot be taken?) Hmmm...I only took that photo to show management who the employees were since they do not have name tags on. So I’m assuming no parent can take photos of their children then either since an employee might be in it! There were no signs anywhere stating photos cannot be taken either.Last I checked, it’s a public facility and it’s not illegal.NEVER coming here again, and I would highly recommend others to stay away as well. Management should have handled it better and not put it back on the person reporting it.By the way, the equipment is not very safe, as most of it is held together with tape and such.
Two hours was more than enough fun for my 6&7 year old. They had a blast!
Great place! I love how the staff is always walking around checking on all the kiddos. Good work get air!
First time there and we will be back! This place was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and seemed like they actually enjoy their jobs unlike most kid high energy places you go. We had a 3 and a 6 year old and were there for a small group event. Very clean and nice. Thank you for the great experience!
Will never go here again. The rules are ridiculous. My 2 year old was scolded numerous times for running on the trampolines instead of jumping. He’s 2.My older children were scolded for going the wrong way through the obstacle course. It’s a large square area that is netted off. Unless you’re outside of the obstacle course looking at the taped arrows, you’d have no idea which way you’re even supposed to be going.I was holding my son so he would t be in other jumpers way, and I was told to put my own son down.We gave this place our business because its closer than Appleton, but next time we will drive the extra 20 minutes to sky zone or extreme air. They never ruined our experience.
We have gone to get air at least once or twice a year for about 3 years now (since they opened). My kids enjoy the different stations available: slam dunking, dodgeball, worrior type obstical course, huge fun trampoline grid, run/jumpand flip into foam pit, a neat balance climbing rope that wiggles, balance beam over padded pit with knock off padded poles to play with an opponent, and a surfboard that wiggles with a timer to see how long you can stay on. There is also a separate area for younger kids under 46 to play safely with their own trampolines and balls. Staff has always been nice. Yesterday I asked if it was possible to change the nice oldies music to Disney (we were the only ones there) and she was happy to do so ). The only thing I was bummed about was not being able to wear our jump socks that were from another jump place...we were able to turn them in (they threw them away) and pay $1 for their socks. Not bad.. just new and different and I wish I would have known before going in. Always a nice, fun place for the kids to go play and but s some energy!
Granddaughters ages 2 and 4 LOVED this place. Friendly staff. Sunday evening wasnt real crowded. Granddaughter keeps saying she loves this place!
Awesome place, friendly staff, great fun for the kids! Will definitely be back.
This was really fun. We went on a Sunday afternoon. I like that you buy by the hour because it doesnt get too crowded. They have staff placed around for help and to monitor guests also. Its also good for all ages not just young children and being a grandma I could still keep up to some of the areas.
Fun for our family! Friendly staff with excellent service
Had a birthday party there last night for my sons. I was highly impressed, everything was set up and ready for us. I walked in with fruit/veggies and cake and that was it! They had everything from napkins, plates, a knife to cut the cake, to a lighter to light candles. They checked on us often and made sure we were having fun. The staff truly cared and tried to help us in anyway possible. The pizza from Gallaghers was great tasting! It was so nice to have a stress free birthday party! Thank you Get Air!!
Small is an understatement! Sardines in a can in a box is more like the size of this tiny joint. Prices are a bit high considering you can hardly enjoy because of the space vs amount of customers. Dont go on a weekend ...
Booked a party ( not cheap at all) for my son 10 the birthday. Table was never set up, we set it up ourselves, our extra pizza was looked over so initially never ordered, had to constantly ask for everything, gifts/ice cream/etc. My son never received his ticket for Future visit. The only reason I have 2 starts was because the sweet front desk girl did everything she could to make it right and the other staff members were great with the kids. I was not mean or ungrateful, just did not appreciate this kind of service with the money I spent to not have to worry about this. Manger never approached me with the issues nor reach out. Not very pleased at all. Most likely will not go back .
Place is best suited for kids 2-7. Staff doesnt know how to interact with older kids or parents when they have a concern about a kid not following a rule. Wont pay money to have a teenager try and toss my kid out for something so minimal. Staff seems to be looking for ways to bark at kids and parents instead of getting parents involved early. They also need training on how to interact with parents and kids, very short with me and my kids. I would recommend finding something else to do with your kids, waste of money.
I love it here. Everybody’s complaining that it’s small but it’s got everything you would want to jump on. There’s even a ledge which helps for getting really high air and I also like how there’s a flat wall because it makes for some cool tricks as well. It also has some ninja warrior like courses which I haven’t seen before and those are fun to try. I for sure recommend coming here!
Small, especially compared to other similar places in Appleton. Convenient though I guess with it being in Green Bay saves another 30 to 40 minutes of driving. Not a lot of exhibits. Birthday room was pretty disappointing. Certainly nothing special for a trampoline park.
Great jumping place! Me and my little dude love toddler time and the special needs time they do on Saturday mornings. Staff is great and its always clean and inviting. Great place to burn off some of that limitless kiddo energy :)
Birthday party for my daughter was super excited to be able to sit back with out hoovering I. There play time. Tlyer. Was a great host
Need better people watching the kids. Some stand around complaining to other employees. No supervision. Kids were not having a great time because they could not complete a course due to kids playing through from side to side.
Wonderful experience! Staff was amazing. Communications were flawless. And... It was CLEAN! We booked the Flipping Awesome party for my 11 y/o. Everyone had tons of fun.
Its not the best trampoline park weve been to, bit the kids still love it!
My wife bought tickets a week in advance for my daughters birthday party. When we arrived we were informed that they were over capacity and we would have to wait an hour past our scheduled jump time. We explained that this did not work because we had arrangements for parents to pick up their children. The employee was very rude and argumentative and said thats just the way it works.....
This place was awesome! My kids had a blast the employees were very kind and helpful very clean even the restrooms . Definitely recommend
Fantastic if you are just having a couple of hours with the kids. I wouldnt suggest booking a party there though until they get their party planning committee in order. Had my 10 year olds birthday party there and it was not very organized. Someone signed us in and that was their hosting. Kinda disappointed. The venue has so much potential.
Gret place to have fun with my children and wear them out
Took the grandkids here and they loved it! Good prices and a variety of activities kept them going for the 2 hours that we paid for. Always had 2 employees monitoring the trampolines and they werent afraid to correct unsafe actions.
Dont go! WE drove 2 hours to come here. So we prepurchased a reserved time and was turned away because of a birthday party. Came back at 11 took forever to check in. No one left from the 10am slot even though they said they were at capacity then. Horrible customer service!!! Very small area to jump in, not worth $12 for an hour.
Loved the variety of trampolines: dodgeball area, jousting, American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course and basketball dunking. Wonderful customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for everyone to visit!
You have not really lived until you have been catapulted at mach speeds into the side of a trampoline wall, only to be launched back with the force of 1000 men into your younger sibling, crippling him for life, and causing your family to go thirty five grand into debt due to exorbitant medical bills. Fun place. Would reccomend.
Kids had a great time. 1 hour was enough for sure. Our two youngest were wiped out. Brought 4 kids aged 2 - 12 and they loved it.
The trampolines are not bouncy. The only entertaining part is the foam pit. The ninja course is no fun there is not enough enough foam in the ninja course I almost broke my back and had to leave. There is a bar that you grab and it spins and nobody can do it and that is why I had to leave in the first five minutes I would never go again.
It was very busy. Expected. Extremely hot in there n i wasnt jumping. But the kids had such a great time! Great family fun!!!
Good times always! Watch for the littles, they like to have fun too!
Have to try the zip line
Friendly staff. My kids enjoy it so much every time. Clean, well maintained.
My daughter had so much fun and gained confidence at the same time!
Its really fun!! Staff is nice. Also for open jump there is a platform for the foam pit and other things like a rope ladder and a surfboard thing but anyway its higher then the free jump so you can jump off that onto the long trampoline and get a lot of extra speed and its so fun!! Definitely better and more convenient then sky zone and xtreme air! And one more thing, their arent a lot of rules
Fun place. They even have an ultimate ninja warrior section which is pretty unique to most of the trampoline parks weve been too. Could have been a bit larger, but they said they are adding on.
Fun
Fun, supervised play for kids!
This is a place that is super fun and- where I found out I am old I am sure all of the movies we watched with Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, Jean Claude Van Dam, and power rangers contributed to the millennials we bore to be part ninja automatically the older kids do some crazy stuff! Nonetheless awesome place for the kiddies.
Kids have a ball here but the toddler area could definitely be much better!
Kids love it here, a great way for them to burn some energy. Adults can go too, I like that!
Have only been there for Toddler Time, but for that it can be a lot of fun. Reasonable price for keeping a kid busy while also tiring them out a bit. Not much foe refreshments, so if you go for a long period you may want to bring your own snacks and drinks.
Son went for a party and had a great time
Excellent entertainment for the family. Little spendy but fir an hour of time in GB not horrible.
Smaller place than were used to compared to the Appleton place but the kids had a good time. It was a birthday and they got 2 hrs free for next time. It was great.
It smells really bad and very small for the price
Wow!!!! We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and the place looks to be in despair. The Ninja Course has duct tape on the padding. The safety staff aren’t doing anything to keep by the rules, thus making this a preschool romper room. Sad to think, this may be our last trip here!
Once this place is at full capacity then you can either leave and come back or wait with out sitting.
Fun and the kids had an amazing time.
The place is super fun for children, but some of the staff dont really pay attention to whether or not kids are following the rules until one gets hurt. This place hosts birthdays.
Four stars for the fact that it just a little pricey... Otherwise a very nice place to take your children.
I really dont understand why everyone is writing such negative reviews about this place. I have been here twice now, and both times the staff were friendly and it was a positive experience. I forgot my jump socks the second time, and they sold me another pair and were really nice and friendly about it. My friends and I had a great time both times. I am going to purchase two hours of jump time in the future instead of one, because it just goes by way too fast. It may be small right now, but they are adding on more and it will have more stuff to do. Its still fun as is, and I will be returning again.
Was here a couple of weeks ago and was not impressed. Have gone to numerous tramplonie parks in Appleton and would reccomend them. The good: They are open during the day, while others are not. Reasonable rate. Child had fun. Clean. The bad: Got yelled at for EVERYTHING. We are grown adults with a 4 year old. Felt like we were constantly being watched. Never, at any other trampoline parks, which we go to weekly, have we been yelled at. And considering we werent doing anything out of the ordinary I felt it was excessive and unnecessary.
Too crowded and didnt seem organized
Place is an ok size. Smaller than say a sky zone. But for Green Bay Area thought it was a cool place upon finding it on google. The manager, (blonde, snude for no reason) is a bit much though. When explaining the rules he was nothing but rude. Upon hearing me explain it was the first time we had experienced the policy for purchasing times i was looked at like I was a jerk and told I must not have been to a trampoline park before. I told him it was maybe the 15th just this year.... before we walked away to wait. As Myslef and 5 kids were walking away he explained to I’m assuming what was a trainee that if there was anymore problems to just, then he tapped the sign that read they may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.i back stepped and told him that was clearly unprofessional and that he could have at least waited until the kids were out of hearing range, he began to pick a fight and I simply told him I wasn’t there to hear his opinion and walked away then sat down and watched him be more than kind to Jaír about every other family that came in. Only difference I noticed was some of the kids I had with me were minoroties. I’ll make no more assumptions about this kid (I say kid only because mentally he is built like one) other than he is a jerk and shouldn’t be in any type of management position let alone customer service. The owners need to be more hands on with who they hire or maybe they just don’t care. Regardless this place could be a quaint, yet cool lil spot if it was ran better....
People were nice I just expected more
I fell over and twisted my knee! Everythings fine though. Albsolutely everything.
Its okay. The price is a little ridiculous for how small the place is. Small children are restricted to boring areas. They dont allow anything fun like flips. You cant even sit on the trampolines. We signed a waiver, we should be able to do what we want and if we get hurt its our own faults.
Great fun for the kids and Great staff !
We went on Saturday afternoon around noon for my daughters birthday, we didnt book a party with them because we just werent going to invite that many kids. They let my daughter jump free and gave her a shirt for her bday! How cute and nice, definitely wasnt expecting that!It was clean and there was plenty of room to sit!I loved that there wasnt too many big kids at the time we went so my 3 year old could jump! They do have a designated little jump section (48 inches and shorter) which is so nice!It didnt get packed until around 2 ish! This trampoline park is on the smaller side but it looks like theyre still adding on!They dont have a concession stand but do have vending machines!Overall we had a super great time! Plenty to do and the staff was friendly and attentive to make sure rules were being followed!
Kids had fun, but expensive.
