This community has great homes, management and maintenance are superior!! Nice quiet place to live. I am very pleased with my home.

Loud, New management every 8 months or so it seems. I live with my wife, who is registered with the park. So yes at the time of the review I stated that staff changes and you confirm that with the statement since this last year.Re up. After asking tenants to move off of your yard well you guessed it. Drive up even further.

The mobile homes in the front look trashy. All their yards are unkept. Mean while the office nit picks on little things for the ones in the back. Which them ones are by far way better looking.

They never called me back.

Love my neighbors but constant sewer problems that they blame on the tenant and make you pay for it. Have never caused an issue even though many repairs went unnoticed for a year and now it seems they are pushing me out. I used to love living here and now I feel bullied.

Its what you would expect from a low budget trailer park

Stealing property. I mean anything thats not chained up. Drug use out in the open. Park office hardly ever open managers admits to not answering the phone Sewage back ups into & floods the trailer often. Emergency number never responded to. But they did offer to put me in a newer trailer if I didnt go forward with my home purchase. Yeah like I was that stupid. Never gave back my deposit after they admitted to wrong doing. So glad I bought a real home & got out of that nightmare. Never again.

This place needs some serious updating n upkeep. The lot rent is way too much for living here. It keeps going up without making any improvements to the park. And people who rent here should be made to keep their homes up. Even a simple outside paint job would be an improvement and keeping their yard clear of trash .

It is much much mucho much nicer than it was 25 yrs ago!!.

This park is fairly dingy. You get what you pay for here. The old management was good and helpful. But over the past few years, a new company took control over this park, and the quality of living in this park has receded drastically. Maintenance is hard to get, and management wont seem to lift a finger to solve any problems with the properties the tenants live on. Directly North of the park, on Maya Dr. Is an asphalt laying company that pollutes the air, and makes excessive noise during most hours of the day. The new management is not honoring the lease agreements with the tenants who lived here prior to the changeover, and it seems maintenance fees increase periodically, with no new benefits to the residents in the park. The streets are littered with trash, and management is rarely available for any purpose other than receiving rent. I recommend that if you are looking for a mobile home community to live in, keep looking. The quality of this park has been significantly reduced under the new ownership.Edit: I have been consistently trying to speak to management for two weeks now. No one is ever in the office within normal business hours, Im fact, business hours are no longer even listed on the office door. Ive been trying to get some paperwork and ask some simple questions, but alas, no one is available. Does anyone even work here anymore? And if so, maybe they could spend more time maintaining the park, than trying to investigate the people leaving negative reviews. Perhaps there wouldnt be as many negative reviews then.

If I had the funds to, I wouldve moved the day this new manager came into office. This place used to be family friendly. This place used to have a heart in it.All that begins with the management and other staff. Not anymore.. not since the new manager has thrown her r ridiculously rude attitude in everyones path. In my opinion, as well as MANY others this new manager has made this park into her graveyard.

No rating for crappy!!!!! Park managers NEVER address the issues in the park, roads dont get plowed, nasty all the way around. I keep my place CLEAN but u cant change the filth u live next to. But all seriousness, if they had someone with brains to maintain n upkeep this place is wouldnt b so bad n push the scum out.

When I lived there they never fixed the roots from trees in my sewer line. It always had to have people out to fix it only to have them come back.

I dont live there, the house are very close together.

Very crappy employees. Dont help tenants at all. If thefts, they dont Care. Call the Cops, not our problem. Dont screen people living in Trailer Park. Music to loud and cars speeding though Park.

Sewage pipes back up into peoples trailers, always threatening tenants for toys in the yard. Management is a nightmare, mouthy unprofessional woman.

Nice old school trailer park. Not snobby not too trashy.

Inconsiderate., ignorant, disrespectful, imature neighbors. No help from magment in handling things. Neighbors leave trash in streets. Lawn decoratitions stolen. Strangers parking in front of houses not belonging to them or even people they know.Just deliberate disrespect through out the park and managment.

Its a trailer park...neither here nor there...management changes often but doesnt really seem to effect anyone living there.

Staff frequently changes. Maintenence is rarely performed. In the year I have been here they have gone through 7 maintenance persons and 2 separate office managers.
