Awesome place to live. Very quiet community.

Too many rules but nice looking park.

I have been doing research on the Manufactured Home Communities around the Grand Rapids area and have heard only good things about the park. I have also driven through and seems to be the nicest in the area!

Nice home / trailer park

Just visiting. Nice park but not an active senior community. No pool or club house.

Great place to live. Nice and quiet, with strict rules to keep everything looking nice.

I have lived here for 3 years..the only times I have gotten a call back from them is when rent was late..the only way they take rent is by check or a dropbox only at west location..the water fees have increased every year..which has added to lot rent..having trouble with one of our neighbors for the first time ..and my property owners wont return call.this is first review I have ever done..maybe it will help!?

They really dont even deserve 1 star. Can never get a response from them from calls or internet inquiries. Males you wonder how they handle their park.

Mom has lived there for years

Ole people with nothing better to do then call management complaining you parked you car on the road so you can shovel your driveway if your dog gets out and wants to play with another dog that someone is walking will kick your dog in the head just dont move here the only reason my family and I do is because we own the trailer out right and which makes it one of the cheaper places to live so my kids can stay in Byron center schools cant be gone fast enough so if your someone who hate the world around them and loves to get people in trouble this is the park for you
