Nice quiet park. Friendly neighbors. The yards arent very big and they are strict on rules, but overall its a nice park. I like it. I dont live there but I have many family and friends that do and I visit often. They enjoy living their.

Pinegate Mobile Village is a quite mobile home park. It looks kinda dumpy, but its a nice park to live in. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and will wave as you pass by. Lot rent is wonderful if you own youre own home. Not many kids or young adults live in the park, mostly older folks.This is a safe and comfortable park to live in.

My mom lives here & everytime we visit I regret not moving into this park instead of the poopy one I moved into. Quiet & friendly faces. Everybody watches out for everybodys things.
