Since rent control...the place looks wonderful. I used to live here and it was sketch.Now seniors can feel safeAnd tend their gardens.

Of the several mobile home parks Ive visited in the Santa Barbara region, this was the worst maintained and ugliest. It was next to old industrial buildings. I was actually worried someone would vandalize my car.

Nice atmosphere and people. Clean and well run.

Quiet place but a bit run down.

Older community, grounds well kept, 2 miles from the beach& 6miles to mountains
